It was a good stay n the service staff at the restsurant were fantastic.
Pros:

Breakfast good n loication was excellent.

Cons:

When they clesnd the room im afraid the toilet floor was not cleaned n the cups were not washed. Also the ventilator in the toilet was not working. When checking out the reception mentioned a charge to ouf bill which was not ours but hopefully they sorted that out.

Le camere molto accoglienti moderne e pulite
Unico neo la moquettes che però era pulita
Colazione ben fornita e varia anche molta frutta fresca di qualità
Da migliorare la varietà del ristorante con buoni piatti ma limitati

Se proprio devo dire la moquettes e il copripiumino scenografico ma ruvido

Un hôtel avec un personnel au top tout près de la basilique
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, l’emplacement. Le personnel: nous avons pu bénéficier de notre chambre à partir de 11h sans surcoût, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la première chambre qui nous avait été attribué, après un contrôle rapide on nous a immédiatement changé de chambre et celle-ci était encore plus spacieuse, nous avons pu faire un mate check-out moyennant 30€ de plus. Vraiment parfait

Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Le personnel de la réception est super et j’ai apprécié pouvoir échanger avec ces dames très souriantes et à l’écoute.
De plus, notre amie ayant des allergies, les serveurs du restaurant étaient au petit soin pour nous quatre.
Un grand merci à tous.
Les lits sont très confortables.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu petites, difficulté « à se croiser » entre le lit et le bureau.

Lourdes in famiglia, esperienza meravigliosa
Pros:

Hotel con una posizione a dir poco strategica. 300 mt dal Santuario quindi utilissima per persone in sedia a rotelle.
Stanza pulita, bagno impeccabile, letti comodi
