After many days of travel, ending up in Lourdes in a comfortable, good peaceful place makes me feel content.

Le bar et l’emplacement

Cons:

Dommage la clim ne fonctionnais pas lorsque nous somme arrivés. Nous avons demandé à avoir une autre chambre le lendemain et la clim n’était toujours pas au max. En plein canicule ça a été très compliqué. La clim s’éteignait toute les deux heures automatiquement, on devais la rallumer à chaque fois en plein nuit.

Een fijn hotel om nog een keer te boeken en verblijven
Pros:

fijn personeel, goed om in contact te komen met meerdere personeelsleden (shoonmakers, restaurant) en te praten over niet alleen hotelzaken, maar ook over elkaars achtergrond. Dat geeft wel een persoonlijk tintje

Séjour agréable mais habitués à mieux manger !!
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et le calme.
La proximité des sanctuaires

Cons:

Nous étions en demi-pension. Petit-déjeuner parfait. Par contre le soir c'était vraiment pas du tout à la hauteur et nous n'avons pratiquement rien apprécié.

Excellent location, great room with a very comfortable bed and excellent customer service
Pros:

The front reception staff, especially Simona was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Will come back just for her wonderful customer service.

Cons:

The face wash wasn’t replicated by the cleaners
