The location was amazing, staff were friendly, the room was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking along the river walk right near the hotel.
Good location at a decent price
No elevator. Property needs significant amount of maintenance. Minimal breakfast options and either cold or hard.
It was a nice place
The food on the breakfast bar was near inedible.
They are organized thieves. They make you sign a thing about no smoking. And if they determine smoking has been done, they charge you $250 without telling you about it, sending an email or anything. I got an alert for my bank that they were trying to scam me, I'm currently fighting with them right now, I encourage anyone that has reservations with this place to cancel them. Immediately, you're dealing with themes.
Lots of upgrades since we stayed here last time, 4 years ago. Good location. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Where do I start. One afternoon a food delivery was made.. 5 hours later the food was still sitting in the hallway. I noticed one box was yogurt (way out of cold chain compliance). Got nosey and opened another box and it was frozen (or partially frozen) sausage patties. Over 5 hours that stuff sat in the hallway. All out of cold chain compliance. I did not touch the free breakfast after that. Then the following evening, we were at the pool and watched a raccoon run across the lawn, scurry up the gutter pipe and into the roof of the hotel.
I liked the factor room was a suite that fit a family of 5 comfortably
There was evidence of mold on the ceiling on wall in room 126 that looked like they tried to paint over it .
Rust was very visible on the bathroom hardware and the bathroom sink did not drain well
When staying 3 or more days. The breakfast menu being the same was bit boring
Breakfast was okay. Location was good. Room needed updated.
The pool was closed for a couple days. We had spider webs on every window, blocking any view. They need to take more pride in the property. We won’t be coming back again!
I loved the size of the room. There was a bedroom, separate living room space and kitchen. It felt homey.

Proximity to Patriot Park. Breakfast was ok…who doesn’t like biscuits and gravy.
Bathroom could use some TLC. The room was right next to the side entrance, so it was loud early and late with people coming and going
Location
Staff, cleanliness, out dated
Locations
They didn’t have bagels or bread for toast
The breakfast was good.
The staff was rude and unprofessional.
I liked it was close to Dollywood
The beds wasn't that comfortable
Convenience, breakfast, quiet, relaxing
Sleeper sofa was rough on the kids back.
