Didn’t even get to stay
Cons:

At check in they claimed they tried 3 times to charge my room and couldn’t do it, they wanted me to use my bank card. If I would’ve, they would’ve charge me 3 times at 990.00 for 3 different reservations. I kept telling my husband something was t right cause I knew my card I had was active and I never had a problem with it before, so finally after the 3rd time and the guy acting weird and being on the phone with his friend, we just left. We went about a mile down the road, I went in booked a room with the same card I was trying to use to get the other room, and I had no problem at all. I’m convinced it’s something fishy is going on here.

Very disappointing

Cons:

It was very old and definitely in need of repairs. The bathtub/shower was patched up. The toilet was loose in one bathroom and rocked everytime it was set on. The other toilet had a very loose toilet seat

Definitely it a good choice

The location

Cons:

The place was dirty. There was a mouse in our room, saw cockroaches and the floor in the kitchen was disgusting. The breakfast was not good.

Great for anyone on a budget. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Pros:

Budget friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. Love the king bed option and that breakfast was included. Our room was clean and AC worked great.

Cons:

The pool area can use some repairs. The gate wouldn’t open and the railing is so rusty in some areas that it is crumbling away.

Pros:

I love the breakfast, hot breakfast and cold. The room was super nice and huge!! It was like an apartment the 2 bedroom. The pool wasn't big but just the right size. And it the location literally right where everything was at.. perfect location.

Cons:

The housekeeping i wish they would make up the beds without having to to told too. They just do trash and replace towels..

Good stay and staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was priced fairly for the area and close to many fun attractions. It was quiet as well.

Cons:

The room was outdated. Our room smelled like a wet basement. The bathroom had poorly patched holes and a part of the tub that was chipped. The breakfast was subpar and the room was small for all the people getting breakfast.

Perfect Hotel for a Family
Pros:

We had no expectation when we arrived, however we were blown away with the location, room(Massive aka huge room) 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed was great, Full kitchen, and dinning table. A/C worked great and it was very close to Dollywood.

Would stay again
Pros:

The staff was great! The place always smelled nice and clean. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space. Pool was always nice and clean. Breakfast was always hot and ready.

Cons:

Only thing I would recommend is changing the breakfast up a little during the week. They had the exact same thing everyday, which tasted good but by the end of our stay I could have used a change.

We had an amazing anniversary trip
