Pros:

Full size fridge. It was a 1 bedroom suite so I like having the bed out the living room

Cons:

Anytime I went to desk. No one was there. Even ring the bell no one came expect when I was checking in. The pool was suppose to be open but was locked when trying to enter after buying myself and kids bathing suits. Had to find someone to unlock the pool. Also while swimming the pool underwater light fixture came out the side and was floating with wires. Told the people at the was suppose to be at desk was in lobby sitting. No once seemed to care. Was told will tell maintenance. Don't know if they did or not?

Pros:

The king bed and tv.

Cons:

The tub had no disability rails. Tub was rusted thru in spots. . I couldn't take a shower as I couldn't get in tub. Kitchen cook top was broken. Breakfast was fair. Won't be back to this location

Get away weekend
Pros:

Perfect location for was everything and catching the trolley to dollywood was super close to catch.
Breakfest was good for the most part.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall I would request to friends and stay again.

Cons:

Better quality in towels.

Pros:

Was close by to a lot of things. Very nice staff. Loved how quiet it was. Full kitchen.

Cons:

Got a king room with sleeper sofa . Room was small. Outdated. Shower leaked water.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, bug free, and quiet. Breakfast was good, fresh with many choices. Good coffee is available all day. Staff was very nice and helpful. Kids loved the pool.

Cons:

Kitchen trash can was very small. Sink was separate from bathroom.
