Pros:

Pros:

The suite was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery used at breakfast time. The coffee and tea from the machine was luke warm.

It was convenient to the Island.

Cons:

We had a hotel room close to the main road and it was loud all night long. The room was not very noise proof. We had a jacuzzi tub (king room) in the bedroom but when we tried to fill it up, the water pressure was so low that it would have taken days to fill it up. When I checked out, the lady said I should have said something sooner, except I had my two grandchildren with me and wasn’t about to play musical rooms.

I liked that the property was close to Dollywood. Also liked that it was a 2 room suite

Cons:

The property needs to be updated. The bathroom in particular was bad. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet and the bathtub had chips that had been painted but the overall appearance of the tub was bad

Pigeon Forge is an amazing place would definitely go back to there we loved it, just wouldn’t stay at that hotel again 🙈

Just didn’t feel clean, really needs an update everything looks tired and worn, didn’t like at breakfast that there was only paper plates cups, and cutlery. Glad we where only there for one night

Nice and quiet stay!
Pros:

The facility was located very close to Dollywood! The property was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good! The staff was pleasant as well. We booked two rooms for my family and me. I loved the kitchenette and sitting area!

Cons:

The top cover/sheets were stained. The sheets had a bit of a yellow tint to them. I requested new sheets, and they were a little better, but a staff member's long strand of hair was on them when I unfolded them (horrifying for me because I do not like seeing loose hair on my bed sheets/towels...especially when I'm traveling). The bathroom tub had stains also. I think investing in new bedding and a little maintenance can solve these issues. I believe they can do it! :-)

Great price for so much
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Everything was provided including kitchen items for the small kitchen we had. We definitely liked how comfortable the bed and couch were. And I can't forget to mention the free breakfast! Everything was so good. The staff were also very friendly.

Cons:

The only thing we weren't too happy about was the curtains in the room let in too much light from outside. At night we had a street light shining through the window, which made it harder to fall asleep. Maybe if they added a darker shade or an extra curtain then that would be great.
