Great location and lots of space!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and I love the space of our suite and how us and the kids had their own bathroom. Location was very close to the main strip. 3 beds total as well as a sofa bed. Easily could have slept up to 8 people. Great family room! 3 tv's in total so everyone could have their own and the full kitchen was nice as well.

Cons:

The only complaint I had was the 1st morning we were there, we heard a knock at the door but before I even got to the door the maid had opened it and started coming in until I said we don't need anything. They need to double check to make sure they're only coming in rooms that people have checked out of or wait for someone to answer the door. Lord knows what they could have walked in on! Next time I'll make sure to keep the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Which I did while we were out that day.

A very good option for a family group with babies.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed for our group. Having two bathrooms was also a great benefit. The small kitchen was very handy with a pumping Mama and the sitting area was nice too. Having stayed two nights, we had housekeeping service replace towels and toiletries after the first night that was unexpected and appreciated. The property was very quiet and they provided a great breakfast with a good variety. It is fairly close to the Island and other popular attractions.

Cons:

The property is a little dated, but very clean.

Very happy with our stay and location is close to attractions.
Pros:

Good breakfast, saved us from going to a restaurant and paying a lot of money.

Cons:

Hotel needs updating, which the owner said they are planning on renovation next year.

Pool was nice. Staff was very courteous.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. There was hair in our bedspread and towels. The floors are dirty. We had to Lysol and clorox the room just to be able to stay. The hotel is in dire need of updating. There are old mattresses and broken furniture in the parking lot, maybe for the trash to pickup, but after four days it wasn't picked up-Looks terrible. We left our dirty towels and trash for the cleaning staff to pickup at 10am and when we returned at 11pm it was still on the floor outside our hotel room. The breakfast was absolutely awful. We had to go buy stuff for breakfast the rest of our stay.

Nobody could get inside from side entrance doors without having a door card. Super friendly and helpful staff. I felt like it was home.

Cons:

I really don’t know of anything I didn’t like.

It was very nice and clean, loved our room very spacious, loved the pool and the arcade, and the breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to everything.

great location but there are much better options in the area. will not stay here again.

location was perfect for our vacation to dollywood. breakfast was decent. check-in was quick and pleasant.

Cons:

the outside of the hotel looks...rough. broken blinds, missing shutters, DIRTY. the lobby was much nicer, though. rooms were very dated and uncomfortable. pillows were super thin, blankets were thin. tub drain was broken. just looked and felt dirty and dingy.

The price didn’t match our stay this time. I’ll try again in the near future.
Pros:

The location is EXCELLENT! Directly in the middle of everything. Multiple food places to eat and amusement parks to take kids! Not to far from downtown Gatlinburg. The room the perfect size plenty of space. Great for walking if you don’t feel like driving. It’s really beautiful at night.

Cons:

The hotel had recently gotten rid of old stained mattresses and they were just dumped around the dumpster area. I didn’t know if the sheets were dingy or if they were just a cream color the pillow cases were white. And we saw a live roach in the kitchen cabinet. They charge an additional $25 for a late checkout.
