It was nice
The parking in the back. No staff was hardly at the front desk. They were mostly away except 2 occassions during my 4 day stay.
Large rooms
Needs some updates in the bathroom and kitchen areas
Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, completely disgusting.
The hotel is, without exaggeration, an absolute disaster. It is in a clear state of deterioration, with neglected facilities and a complete lack of maintenance that is simply unacceptable.
The lobby is particularly embarrassing. The furniture is extremely outdated—easily 70 years old—and in deplorable condition. Rather than creating a welcoming first impression, it reflects pure neglect and mismanagement.
The breakfast area is even worse. The level of cleanliness and the quality of what is offered are completely unacceptable and fall far below any reasonable standard. It is a space that immediately generates discomfort.
Overall, this place should not be operating as a hotel; it more closely resembles a very low-end motel. The gap between what is advertised and what is actually delivered is outrageous.
Quite frankly, I am embarrassed that I exposed my wife and children to this place. This is an experience I would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
I liked that I wasnt bothered by the staff at all.
I feel the visitors should be accompanied to their room, shown their room, and have any concerns addressed right then and there. I did not like that my room was dirty when I arrived. The bathroom floor was dirty, the stove was dirty, and the flooring felt very tacky/sticky.(photos attached below) The bedroom remote wouldn't work for the TV, the fridge shelving was broken. Also at one point someone had came into our room with the DND sign clearly hung. When asked about the pool, the staff didnt want to open it, when it was clearly stated upon reservation that there would be pool access.
Honestly, there was nothing about this hotel that I could say I liked. We ended up spending as much time as possible outside, doing activities, and only coming back to sleep just to avoid being there as much as we could.
The location is fine, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Everything else was extremely disappointing and far below what is advertised.
The hotel is clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in very bad condition — rust in multiple areas, damaged and dirty walls, and a broken tile by the sink that actually cut my foot. That is not just unacceptable; it’s a safety issue.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get proper rest.
Breakfast was very poor in both quality and presentation. We tried it once and decided not to return. The cleanliness in that area was also questionable — the cloth used to wipe the tables looked visibly dirty, which made the whole experience unpleasant. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
The common areas are also in bad shape, with old and worn-out furniture that does not invite you to spend any time there.
Check-in took over 30 minutes because there was only one staff member handling everything, although the credit card was processed immediately without any delay.
Overall, this property does not match the 4-star rating it promotes online. It is very misleading and not worth the price paid. I would not stay here again.
Front desk representative gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The facilities, location, hospitality, room space and comfort and continental breakfast
Pool was closed. We were looking forward to the pool
It was nice to stay in a suite close to Dollywood and pigeon forge. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We could park around the side of the building and come right in to where our room was. Night shift front desk clerk was very nice.
Our booking said checkout was 12pm. At 11:30 we called to ask for late check out and was told we should already be gone and that check out was at 11 and I’d have to pay another $25 for a late check out. We said let us discuss it and call back. Within 2 minutes a lady was beating on our door telling us to pay or leave and that they had other people needing rooms (it was spring break). We ended up paying for the extra time. I thought that was rude behavior. It was the owner.
Also, they don’t give you nice toiletries (soap shampoo etc) or cleaning supplies for the room (dish soap, paper towels) so bring your own.
Location great, easy to get in and out of with a traffic light at the entrance/exit. There was channel guide for the TV in the room, wonderful, thank you. I love to be able to find what channel I want without surfing !
Very clean, bed comfortable, nice big towels. Didn't use much in the kitchen but it was well stocked with plates, Coffee cups, juice and taller glasses and some cookware. Also towels in kitchen, nice size fridge and freezer as well, not the typical minis. We had a single queen room that was nice and big. Staff was very nice. Didn't use the pool as temps in the 60s, however did see some kids in the pool and they were having fun. It looked very clean.
Food was so so at breakfast. Eggs had no flavor and sausage a weird texture. Waffles were fine as like most other places you make them yourself fresh. Didn't try the gravy / bisquits. Gravy was just white speckled gravy, no sausage in it. Bisquits had no color but looked soft. We stayed 3 nights, every morning exactly the same. Coffee was good
No fault of the hotel but did have what sounded like a toddler or preschooler in the room above us that made good use of the space and ran around for what seemed like hrs late into the evening.(10:30pm) the 2nd and 3rd nights. Also folks in rooms near use slamming doors.
My point is be prepared for noises. Yes you can get this at alot of places, and the downfall of a hotel. Just wish folks would be more considerate.
The bed was very comfortable and it was clean
Nothing it was good
Outside of facility needs a lot of work and one whole section had tarps covering it. Interior was poorly maintained and needed additional cleaning. We ended up leaving early.
The location was perfect. The two bedroom suite was the perfect setup for pur family. The gentleman who checked us in was very accommodating.
The furniture was well worn.
The location
The sheets smells so bad, like a smelly feet.
Very spacious and comfortable stay!
Didn’t look too good on the outside of the property
