La habitación tenía varias zonas desonchadas y las hamacas y la sombrilla de la terraza estaban muy muy deterioradas, especialmente tras haber cogido una suite junior.. Necesita un lavado de cara. Además, las vistas al mar que prometen no son de primera línea de playa. El material para cocinar es muy deficiente. Las sartenes no había forma de cocinar con ellas sin que se pegara la carne o el pescado
Me gustó mucho el apartamento, espacioso , buenas vistas al mar
Las comidas de la cena, muy poco elaboradas , pasamos los días a base de embutidos .

Overall, a very good stay at LIVVO. The apartments are off the beaten track, but this makes them closer to Sotavento Beach. The downside is that it's windier. The rooms are as described. The photos on the website are accurate. The apartments are comfortable (large TV – it was great to watch the World Cup matches) and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Housekeeping is scheduled five days a week. The gym, contrary to online reviews, is quite good, but there's a very nice fitness club only 1,400 meters away (worth checking out). Parking is easy at the property.
Since there are also Bahia Calma Bungalows in the center of Costa Calma, here's a quick comparison:
- Bahia Calma is in the city center, while Livvo is 1400 meters from the store.
- A great fitness club is 1400 meters from both locations, but LIVVO has its own gym (quite okay).
- LIVVO offers breakfast and dinner, while Bahia Calma doesn't.
- The Wi-Fi was okay on my computer, but it was intermittent on my phone.
- In Bahia Calma, the apartment is mostly in the shade (you can hear the rustle of the palm trees), while LIVVO is sunnier.

Przestronny apartament dla 4 osobowej rodziny, czysto z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Niczego nie brakowało w apartamencie, plus za dużą lodówkę. Blisko plaży, obok dużo miejsc parkingowych, sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta obsługa. Na obiadokolację codziennie coś nowego.
La cena e la colazione erano molto buone e varie, lo staff del ristorante eccezionale, soprattutto Rebecca, simpaticissima!

Nos encanto todo el complejo y los trabajadores, estaba todo cuidado al detalle. Sin duda volveremos siempre que vayamos a fuerteventura

The hotel is in a very quiet location and there is not much around so it’s peaceful. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy with good air-con. We had a great view from the balcony as well
We weren’t able to order any kind of food or drink before 6pm so if we wanted anything we had to go to the supermarket 20 mins away. The spa is lovely but I don’t think it’s fair you have to pay for it

Los apartamentos son muy amplios y con todas las comodidades.
We visited this hotel in Costa Calma in June 2026. Although its in a very quiet location the rooms are excellent with large balconies and sunbeds. The pool is well maintained but can be pretty cold. Sun beds are always available (as not many guests go to the pool.)
There is no pool bar or small shop for drinks & snacks. This appears to be because there is a large number of German guests who either stay in their rooms or go to the beach. The beach, which is lovely is a 10 minute downhill walk and there is a snack bar / lunch restaurant there.
There are drinking water dispensers which fill your water bottle (supplied.)
The nearest supermarket and few restaurants are both a 20 minute walk from the hotel.
The snack shop mentioned on the hotel's website has been closed for some time.
Car hire is recommended due to the hotel's remoteness and although there is an Avis machine in the reception area, the hotel across the road has a staffed sales point which is far simpler to use.

Having stayed in the hotel several years ago & more recently the H10 Esmeralda over the road, we were very familiar with the area. The beaches are endless & clean. This time we returned to the Esmeralda Maris, an excellent choice if you just want to unwind & relax.
I suspect the hotel has been recently refurbished, because all areas are spotlessly clean & well maintained. All staff were so friendly & helpful. we stayed in a junior suite (421) which had sea views, a really big terrace (25sqmts) and a side privacy terrace area decked out in astroturf. We really couldn't fault the rooms in the suite - exceeds all expectations
We were half board, breakfasts were excellent & evening dinner ok, resteraunt staff were so helpful especially Rebeca.
The only negative for us was that Easyjet holidays had described the hotel as providing midday lunch - they don't, and as such it was not possible to buy drinks during the daytime. But this as an Easyjet error, not the hotel.
All in all if you want a stress free relaxing break, this is the place for you - we enjoyed it so much & will return

Las camas con ruedas no me gustaron mucho ya que se movían un poco, pero nada relevante. La valoración general es muy buena y repetiría.
