Pros:

We were self catering, but I did go to the restaurant for a coffee and the staff were super friendly. The Reception staff were also super helpful and friendly. The pool area was always clean. We will definately return for another visit

meglio cosi che niente

colazione ok, cena scarsa qualità (ma io sono Italiano) piscina normale,piccola ma tanto non c'era nessuno.

Cons:

non farei fare lavori nella camera intanto che è occupata per esempio.metterei più trappole possibili per gli scarafaggi perchè trovarseli dappertutto fa schifo, persino dentro la piscina . E sono solo le due cose più evidenti.

Dove lo staff fa la differenza in strutture che spesso si equivalgono.
Pros:

Tranquillità e privacy grantite dal posizionamento delle varie suite molto spaziose, pulite e con area esterna attrezzata. I letti (due singoli accostati) sono eccezzionalmente comodi e grazie al silenzio assoluto della struttura garantiscono un ottima qualità del sonno ma la vera differenza viene fatta dallo staff dell'hotel a partire dalla reception ad arrivare allo splendido ed accogliente personale di sala che ci ha coccolati in tutte le colazioni e cene ( che consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo) fino alla colazione al sacco del giorno della partenza. Parcheggio in area limtrofa gratuito e 3 minuti a piedi da una siaggia di sabbia chiara tra le piu' belle, a mio avviso di Costa Calma.
