E' andato tutto bene.
Pros:

Buona colazione, dolce e salata, buona posizione. La prima notte ho dormito poco per rumori provenienti dalla strada ( schiamazzi ancora alle 3 del mattino) . Ho chiesto in reception,ho parlato con il signor Carlos che ha risolto il nostro problema oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. Grazie Carlos.

Era tutto all'altezza. Peccato mancasse almeno un canale tv italiano.

El primer día del desayuno, la recepción había olvidado indicarme que la reserva que realizó mi cliente a mi nombre contaba con desayuno, así que llegué un poco tarde al desayuno, pero pude desayunar, como la hora de cierre se acercaba, pues una de las personas que estaba en el desayuno me habló muy mal para echarme, no me esperaba para nada ese trato, comprendo que los trabajadores a veces pueden estar irritados por cansancio acumulado o por cualquier otro motivo o porque la atención al cliente a veces nos puede superar, pero soy una persona muy amable, por lo que no cumplo con el perfil de cliente insoportable, así que me pareció muy injusto y gratuito el trato.
