I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could.

When we arrived, we found that the bed sheets were dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. We contacted reception expecting housekeeping to replace them. Instead, we were told to go and collect the replacement bed sheets ourselves. When we got them, they were all different sizes, and we were left to figure out which ones fit the bed and make it ourselves. That is not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel.

The Wi-Fi was another major disappointment. It was extremely slow and often didn’t work because, according to reception, too many guests were connected to what seemed like a limited internet plan. When I reported the issue, the receptionist simply told me there was nothing he could do because I was “the only one complaining.” Rather than trying to help or acknowledge the problem, my concern was dismissed.

To make matters worse, one of the elevators was faulty. You could press your floor, the doors would close, and then immediately reopen without the elevator moving. This happened repeatedly, making the elevator unreliable and frustrating to use.

Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, maintenance, and internet quality were all far below what I expected. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly would not return.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e ne ho apprezzato in primis l'ottima posizione: trovandosi sul corso principale di Larnaca e direttamente di fronte al mare, è una base perfetta per godersi la città e la spiaggia.
Le camere sono moderne, ben curate e offrono una vista mare davvero splendida e molto apprezzabile. Un plauso particolare va al servizio di pulizia: le stanze sono sempre ben linde e il personale del piano s'è dimostrato estremamente cortese, disponibile e flessibile rispetto alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

Nelle sistemazioni doppie viene fornito un solo adattatore per le prese britanniche. Alla richiesta di un secondo adattatore, la reception ci ha semplicemente indirizzati verso dei negozi locali per l'acquisto, cosa che può risultare poco comoda per chi è in vacanza. Il segnale Wi-Fi non raggiunge la zona piscina, limitandone l'uso a chi ha necessità di rimanere connesso anche nei momenti di relax all'esterno.

It’s our 2nd stay and we definitely will come back
Pros:

The staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms very clean and beautiful, the location is perfect. The pool has a good size and even a breeze going when it’s hot outside
