Séjour fabuleux dans cet hôtel bien décoré
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour circuler dans Québec et visiter ses principaux monuments et centres d’interêt, service impeccable et un bonus en plus pour le fabuleux petit déjeuner, décors charmants et artistiques

Un petit hôtel charmant
Pros:

Petit hôtel charmant. Décoration soignée de style contemporain dans une maison ancienne. Très bien situé, face au Musée des Beaux-arts et non loin de la vieille ville. Personnel agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

We were very happy with the location and staff of this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Generally we were very happy with everything - just a couple of very minor items:
I didn't love the soap dispensers - a little hard to get any soap out.
The bedside lighting was a little dim.

Séjour en auberge de jeunesse de basse qualité
Pros:

Emplacement à côté des plaines d'Abraham.

Cons:

-Nous avions loué une soit disant "suite", confort, propreté et équipement pas du tout à la hauteur d'une suite.
-on nous a chargé 60 dollars par jour car on avait 2 chiens alors qu'on m'avait annoncé 30 dollars.
Tout ca pour se faire entendre dire, que nos chiens ne doivent pas faire de bruit et qu'ils ne sont pas une garderie.
A la base ils ne voulaient même pas nous donner la suite que j'avais réservé. Et bien sûr, ils appellent le matin même de notre arrivée, APRES que nous ayons été débité.
L'hôtel est soit disant "chien domestique admis" mais aucun confort ou équipement pour nos amis les chiens.
Et puis on nous demande que nos chiens soient calmes, sauf que l'hotel est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui de passe autour et les gens sont loins d'être discret.
Propreté vraiment à revoir, portes sales, linge de lit sale également. On ne vous remet pas de serviette à chaque jour. Poussière immonde sous le lit. Traces dégoûtantes sur les rideaux et mobilier.
-Sommeil horrible car bruit incessant, vrombissement dans le mur, à côté de la tête de lit, qui fait caisson de résonance, horrible.
-Petit-déjeuner qui est décevant, pas bon, pas de choix, soit disant buffet continental, une vraie blague.
Vous aurez droits à des œufs durs, du yogourt et un peu de fromage si il en reste. Pas de jus à volonté. Le pain pas bon. Vraiment nul.
Hotel qui se veut soit disant chic et art déco mais qui ressemble tout juste à une auberge de jeunesse médiocre.
Nous sommes très déçue de notre séjour, nous avons rarement eu d'aussi grosse déception.
