Best location!
Pros:

The location is perfect for any tourist! This hotel is near the bus station and in front of an amazing museum, a church, and a park. It was 20 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot to reach Old Quebec.
Amazing breakfast and staff.
The restaurants around were great.

Cons:

The worst part was the noise. In the baisement room 200 you can hear all foot steps from upstais and stairs, and other rooms conversation. Also, our room had some garbage (stickers, razor caps) when we arrived.

The listing mentions “private parking,” which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. However, after booking, we were informed that parking actually requires a separate reservation — and it was already full.

This feels a bit misleading, especially in Quebec City, where parking can be quite difficult and is an important factor when choosing accommodation. Unfortunately, this led to a disappointing experience upon arrival, as we had to park two streets away.

Um ótimo hotel!!
Pros:

Hotel pequeno e charmoso. Gostamos muito!! Quarto espaço camas e banho ótimos. Café da manhã simples mas tudo muito gostoso!!! Localizado há uma caminhada muito agradável de uns 15 minutos da região turística. Na quadra ao lado tem uma rua com muitas opções de restaurantes e mercados. Staff muito simpático. Quando voltarmos para Quebec ficaremos neste hotel novamente!!

Cons:

O estacionamento poderia ser incluso no valor da diária.

Très bel établissement, plein de charme. Personnel très souriant et serviable. Chambre u p eu petite mais tout à fait confortable et accueillantes. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

De meilleures possibilités de stationnement. Il paraît qu’il fallait réserver un emplacement, mais cela ne nous a pas été proposé lors de la réservation.

Murs en cartons donc difficile de bien dormir quand on entends les voisins discuter comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Seul point négatif, tout le reste est parfait !
