There was construction work on the hotel site that we weren't informed about, and to make matters worse, they gave us a room whose window overlooked the construction site, so we woke up at 6:45 with the arrival of heavy machinery on site and the start of the work...

Déçu, qu’il y ait plusieurs classe de clientèle. Et que la mienne est été moins importante.
Pros:

Comme le siège social de l’entreprise est à ste-foy, c’était mon endroit préféré pour séjourné.

Cons:

Cependant, durant ce séjour, le mercredi soir vers 20h00 on est venu m’aviser que je devais quitter ma chambre le lendemain matin pour soit une autre chambre (ou les animaux ont accès malgré mes allergies) ou aller ailleurs dans un autre hôtel. Comme j’y était pour le travaille, donc tôt le matin, j’ai dû faire mes bagages pour 5h00 le matin et me débrouiller pour la suite. J’ai dû choisir l’option la moins contraignante, soit la seule autre chambre et moucher toute la nuit.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Ongoing road works around the hotel made it more difficult to walk there from Ste Foy Station. But we had been notified. Hotel facilities on a Sunday were not open.

Pros:

Je séjourne régulièrement au Sepia et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Personnel attentionné, chambres confortables, excellente literie et établissement très bien tenu.

Après quelques petits problèmes à l'arrivée, le confort de la chambre et la qualité de l'ameublement étaient fort appréciés.

Cons:

Dommage que tous les travaux sur le terrain brisent un peu le charme de l'hôtel. Le restaurant fermé, c'était décevant.
