Pros:

Excellent location, though this also meant a noisy night.

Cons:

The blinds did not provide any darkness to the room at night and as you are central, the room remained bright all night.

Pros:

Location was great. Three floors so each of us had our privacy during sleep and varied wake up times was not an issue.

Cons:

Only disappointment was only one small coffee pouch was supplied. Making only 4 cups of coffee for five people for two mornings. Kinda cheap for a nearly $1k stay.

Location was great

Cons:

I know price points are high in Whistler - but this property is priced too high for what it is. The carpet is old and dingy, the couch is worn out, the mattress is slanted and worn out on one side from people consistently sleeping on the same side. Also - when showering, the water wasn't draining and you end up in ankle deep water.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Enjoyed the location. The team was responsive when our request was made. The studio was great for the two of us.

Cons:

The windows were not sealing in the shut position and the noise from the walkway made it difficult to sleep. Although not a problem, there was only 3 plates and 3 wine glasses in the unit and the refrigerator light was burned out.

the light in the bathroom was out of order and the maintenance come many hours after we called for repair. So we did not have light for one bathroom for many hours, which was very inconvenient.

Pros:

This is a beautiful suite in a great location. We were travelling with 3 generations and this unit met our needs. I was very frustrated with the check in process - one email for a code, one email to pre-check in form which was a pain, (both were in my junk mail so I never saw them until I was standing outside with kids in the dark and rain), then another email with entry info. Other locations I've stayed at have much more streamlined processes. However, we would def stay again.

The hair conditioner was empty, and no response after request on the first day

The coffee machine was not cleaned with the coffee residue still left inside

The loudly low frequency coming from the machine were hearing during sleeping time, and made us difficult to sleep well.

Great place to stay while exploring Whistler.
Pros:

Location is great for exploring Whistler. Close to the Bus Station in Village Center.
Check in and door code received in advance of arrival. Guest services were available during business hours by phone if needed. Pictures from Booking site were accurate. All amenities listed were provided.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing needed improvements.

We were located alongside a pedestrian route. We had to endure a lot of shouting late at night as people made their way home.
