Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and one of the Christmas Markets.
Very good in a safe location and close to metro, gare du nord and shopping area.
A hair dryer would be a good option to add in the toilet
I have stayed at this hotel over many years, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It's a lot cheaper than the posh hotels
It is unfortunate that I did not really enjoy my stay and left to stay elsewhere. The best bit were the staff: super attentive, responsive, welcoming. But while I booked this place believing it to be 4 star, it was more of a 2 start place: the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the heating was sporadic, one could hear the sound of water circulating in the pipes, and the room smelled of decades of stale cigarette smoke. The staff safe said that the hotel will soon get a significant upgrade so it should all improve sometime soon.
Dirty rooms, front door was closed every time so you need to bell the ring and wait sometimes more than 5 mins.
And it's not 4-star hotel, 2-stars maximum
Friendly staff convenient and well situated. The room and mattress are fine. Breakfast is €19.
Room very noisy.
Windows are not sound proof, and we heard every airplane.
The cold water tap and AC / Heating didn’t work.
We rent for 1 night because is close to the train station.
We regretted.
Hotel is way overpriced and need maintenance!
I hope it helps,
Gabriel
The bed is very soft and has only one bedsheet. To cover myself with the bedsheet I had to sleep on the mattress. The termostat does not work. I set it at 25 C but the room temperature was never above 16C and colder at night. There is no furniture to store clothing. THe room is made for European tourists who travel for a few days and NOT for North-American tourists who travel for several consecutive weeks or months..
Overall good but not great
It is a good hotel, very clean and quiet. The only problem was a breakfast without special vegan options. Although it was requested, only tomatoes and cucumbers were offered, while champignons were served from the same dish and with the same spoon as the sausages.
Decent option. Nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet. Its probably a while since it has been re-modelled, but the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and full of pressure, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and courteous. And they upgraded my room for free. Located 15 mins walk from Grand Place, or 2 mins walk from a tram stop. Whats not to like?
My daughter and I found this hotel perfect for our stay all amenities were close by and location was excellent.
Room was comfortable and a nice bed. Ok for a B&B / guest house but not a Hotel. No restaurant for dinner and no parking. Check in good check out was poor. The Hotel was very hard to find- when eventually we did we had to pay 23 euros to park locally.
Staff is very cooperative
Just a basic hotel in the north part of Brussels. It wasn't bad, but it's not exceptional by any means. Lobby was nice, clean and attractive. Access to building was by keycard which is nice. Hotel staff were friendly.
Room was basic and clean, again, nothing exceptional. Just your average hotel room. Nothing really to complain about, but nothing to get excited about either.
If in Brussels again I would still consider staying here.
Property smelled like actual poop and the air conditioning was terrible. The staff went into our room and turned off the ac on a 35 degree day. Lots of stains everywhere, staff was not helpful
Reason for poor rating - I left an airpod in the hotel room. Tracking shows it is there and the time matches when I left. Numerous emails to multiple addresses within the hotel have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable.
It’s located at a convenient location. Nothing to complain.
bad smell in bathroom/ from water pipes
otherwise good location, close tho trainstation.
Very close to Brussels north station and Rogier metro/tram station giving you access to the rest of the city. Walkable to the city center. Shows wear and tear. Definitely not a four stars hotel. A good three stars at best.
