La ubicacion y el hotel esta muy bueno
事前決済済みの部屋で現地で重複請求されました。1部屋を事前決済し、同行者が先にチェックインする旨を事前に連絡していたにもかかわらず、1日目に同行者がチェックインした際に、予約がないとのことで、現地で決済させられました。 翌日、私がチェックインした際に、先に同行者がチェックインしたのとは別の部屋を提供してきました。私は事情を説明し、それを断り、先に同行者がチェックインした部屋に入りました。滞在期間中、私たちが実際に利用したのは「1部屋のみ」ですですが、2部屋分を請求・決済させられました。
事前決済分と現地決済分の過剰請求について、ホテル側でのご確認と至急のご返金の対応を要求しましたが、返答がありません。

Double Charged for a Prepaid Room (Awaiting Refund)
I prepaid for one room and informed the hotel in advance that my companion would be checking in first. However, when my companion arrived on the first day, they were told there was "no reservation" and were forced to pay again at the desk.
When I checked in the following day, the front desk tried to assign me a different room. I explained the situation, declined the new room, and stayed in the room my companion had checked into the previous day. Although we only used ONE room during our entire stay, we were charged and paid for two rooms.
I have requested the hotel to verify the facts and issue an immediate refund for the overcharge, but I have received no response so far. I urge the hotel to address this matter promptly and sincerely.
I asked for a frigobar in my room because I need to keep cool my medicine, the reception did not help, they said the hotel has no frigobars in the rooms and they are not commited to provide such one
