Top Lage und im Hotel hat es uns an nichts gefehlt!
Pros:

Lage fußläufig zum Albrook Airport in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend. Direkt neben dem Hotel beginnt ein kleiner Dschungel, in dem wir morgens Tukane beobachten konnten.

Me gustó, creo que volvería

Me gustó la ubicación, la zona residencial donde está ubicado. Las zonas verdes me encantaron, y el bosquecito que tiene. Pude observar tucanes desde la ventana de la habitación. Los desayunos ricos y variados.

Cons:

Me parece que deben dar más mantenimiento a la habitación. En la recepción y el restaurante, el trato es bueno, pero les falta más calor humano; y agregaría, más variedad al menú del restaurante.

Satisfactoria, tiene muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La tranquilidad de la ubicación, la naturaleza, zonas verdes, el personal muy atento, amable.
La bonita atención en los taxistas que contacto el hotel, mejores precios.

Cons:

Alimentación, el desayuno deficiente, poca variedad, frutas verdes, eramos 3 personas y una se tenía que quedar sin fruta, para repartir lo poco que había con los demás, solo 1 día conseguimos media tajada de queso. Nos encontramos con 4 pedacitos de salchicha para 3 personas, poco huevo, mesas sin cubiertos, faltaban las tazas para el café, por esa atención preferimos comer afuera. Y eso que cumplimos con el horario establecido para desayuno.

The value was there.

Cons:

We had such horrible service/food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dinner we received our appetizer no silverware no napkins. Appetizer was excellent. We asked 20 minutes later get got napkins. When dinner came out it was cold. Asked again for silverware more napkins and ketchup. Again we waited. Got silverware but had to ask for ketchup again. Burgers were cold and hard crust on exterior. Breakfast. Got there at 8:30. No food left. Waited got eggs but nothing else. Waited and nothing more arrived. Went back for coffee at 9:00. No coffee. Very bad service with mediocre wait staff.

En realidad no es q no me gusto algo, solo km recomendación tener una neverita en las recamara ayudaría bastante, ya q fui con un niño de 2 año q toma leche y no tenía donde guardarla
