Pros:

Very nice place out of the city. The staff is so professional and kind!! The accomodation is very comfortable and practical to go to both airports. We liked it and we're going back at the end of the vacation in Panama city :)

Ubicacion. Personal, restaurante, parque.

Cons:

Mi esposa se accidentó y no tenían botiquín de primeros auxilios. Cafetera no funcionaba. No la reemplazaron. La habitación que nos dieron estaba frente a la cocina, lo que estaba expuesta a fuertes ruidos. Las ventanas ,(pequeñas)estaban expuestas a la vista de wuien pasara. Deberían colocar vidrios esmerilado. No había perchas.

Llegamos y no había habitación.

Cons:

Fatal. Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que no tenían habitación para nosotros. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel a las 10 pm porque además tardaron una hora en gestionar la incidencia. Podría habernos escrito por esta aplicación para ponernos al corriente de la situación pero no nos dijeron nada hasta que llegamos al hotel y ni siquiera quiera se han dignado a cancelar la reserva, sino que hemos tenido que pedirlo nosotros a booking. Una barbaridad en toda regla.

I really like the fact that you now have solar energy and I always enjoy staying here

The breakfast needs more attention.
The eegs were cold the sausage dish was cold and there wasn't any bread for toast, and a very small verity of food to choose from, and the staff in the restaurant weren't very friendly nor helpful when I ask for some Marmalade she just said NO
