Cons:

The room could be more cosy, , like Tuscany style but it was too raw interior style. We spent there only one night
But anyway it was very good place

Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde ottima per un week end di relax! Camere accoglienti e pulite, staff disponibile e molto gentile.
Su richiesta abbiamo mangiato la fiorentina che non era compresa nel menu della mezza pensione e ci hanno fatto pagare soltanto la differenza (era ottima, consigliatissima!)
La piscina era riservata a chi soggiornava nel resort quindi molto tranquilla

Ci sono piaciute l’aria piscina e il personale sempre gentile sorridente e disponibile.

Cons:

-La cena in mezza pensione aveva pochissime scelte e quasi nulla di tipico toscano, nessun piatto di carne per dire, tra i secondi c’erano solo delle polpette al sugo vegane.
- il servizio bar aveva pochissime alternative abbastanza costose e orientate quasi esclusivamente all’aperitivo. Suggerirei di aggiungere almeno frutta e/o yogurt in modo da dare un’opzione di merenda anche ad un bambino. Abbiamo ordinato una pallina di gelato ad 1,50€ che erano letteralmente 3 cucchiaini di gelato.
- sfortuna ha voluto che l’impianto di condizionamento abbia smesso di funzionare alle 3 di notte, purtroppo io il mio compagno e il mio bimbo di 18 mesi da quel momento non abbiamo più chiuso occhio. Contatta la struttura, non ci è stata offerta alcuna soluzione (un ventilatore? Un cambio camera? Un rimborso parziale per scusarsi della situazione?)
-per concludere la nostra ripartenza è stata alle 6 del mattino, abbiamo dunque richiesto la colazione al sacco che prevedeva esclusivamente cibo confezionato di bassa qualità. Suggerisco di includere almeno del pane fresco, 2 brioche non della bauli o almeno una fetta di torta da colazione.

Schön aber mit kleinen Mängel

Es war eine sehr nette und süße Unterkunft, die Zimmer waren super. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, zum Teil aber etwas durcheinander.
Lage ist super, für Tagesausflüge etc.

Cons:

Um das Haus herum war es allerdings etwas kaputt und unaufgeräumt, auf der Terasse standen auch kaum Möbel.
Wenn eine Feier ist wurde man zum Abendessen an den Pool verfrachtet & in den Zimmern war es abends dann auch etwas lauter.
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was wir ganz schnell bereut haben, am ersten Tag haben wir ala Carte gegessen. Und ab dem zweiten Tag gab es dann 1 von 4 Halbpension Menüs, die sich alle 4 Tage wiederholt haben.

מלון מקסים במיקום יפהפה, מוקף בטבע ונוף מרהיב. הניקיון היה ברמה מושלמת, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה מאוד והצוות היה נעים ואדיב. מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה שלנו ובהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב.



A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, surrounded by stunning nature and scenery. The cleanliness was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be happy to come back again.
