Pros:

Esperienza fantastica di puro relax.
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Sin dall’arrivo in struttura siamo stati trattati con cura dei dettagli da parte di tutti e con tutte le comodità ed i servizi a disposizione
Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla.
Anche il nostro amico a 4 zampe è stato trattato come un vero ospite con il suo kit di benvenuto e tutte le coccole che si è preso durante il soggiorno da parte dello staff.
Soggiorno da replicare sicuramente

Could be better
Pros:

The pool was good and had bar service, Wi-Fi was working
correctly and the property is pretty and room comfortable. Lunch was good as well.

Cons:

I was advised in the morning that the restaurant was closed for dinner and it was one of the main reason I booked here. You have to order breakfast indicating quantity for each item the day before and tell what time you’ll arrive.
I arrived at 1.30pm for check-in, no one was at the reception until I asked a cleaning lady to call someone. I needed to have lunch and I’ve been told I had to hurry up if I wanted to eat and should have told them I was planning on having lunch. No pool towels, staff chills in the pool with you.

Disappointing although rooms etc were clean we wouldn’t book again for reasons given .
Pros:

I booked this hotel really so we could be in the countryside but 25 mins drive back to Pisa airport to drop our hire car back for our 1 pm
flight so hat worked out well.
But the hotel was like a stop over for reps there we 2 guys having a sales meeting by the pool when we arrived mid afternoon
And not enough shade areas there were no umbrellas just 2 gazebo areas that 2 other couples had taken over.
The room was fine nice shower decent bed etc.

Cons:

We chose the HB option as knew there would be nothing nr by to go to for an evening meal but we were given a separate menu with only 2 choices for starters/main the started was fine but the main pasta course we both did not like or eat.
We would have preferred to order from the main menu and order what we wanted even if there was a surcharge In hindsight.
Again the restaurant was mostly business men on stop overs there was only one other couple eating so it felt a bit odd.

Struttura molto accogliente ' personale gentile sempre pronto per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, ristorante tipico Toscano, quindi esperienza molto positiva.. .Raccomando per chi vuol passare un momento di relax in mezzo al verde e con una piscina meravigliosa...TOP
