Would definitely recommend this hotel whether you want quietness or the hustle and bustle of Sorento itself. A Fantastic
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place out of the hustle and bustle. With outstanding views. They have a shuttle bus to take you into town which is run quite regularly throughout the day. Staff are incredible, super polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

We had two wonderful nights in the Art Hotel. An excellent base for visiting Sorrento.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for peace and quiet after 4 hectic days in Naples. The shuttle was on time and comfortable, taking just a few minutes to the centre of Sorrento.
Our room and the outside dining area had stunning views over the bay of Naples.
Dinner in restaurant was excellent although breakfast was simple.
The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble .

Cons:

The only downside for us was the lack of furniture in our generously sized bedroom. The public areas were spacious and well furnished.

Fantastiskt poolområde och läge.
Pros:

Poolområdet är fantastiskt. Även bussen som går ner till centrum och tillbaka är superbra. Vacker miljö.

Cons:

Rummen var inte så roliga. Vår balkong låg ut mot en stenvägg - satt aldrig där. Viss personal var trevlig. Andra inte trevliga alls. Kosta på er ett bra rum som gärna vätter mot poolen/havet.

Minden rendben volt, fürdőszoba tisztaságára talán fordíthatnának nagyobb odafigyelést. Vízforraló hiánya.
Pros:

Tengerre nyíló szobánk volt a legfelső emeleten, szép kilátással, transzfer a szálloda lakóinak

Cons:

Gyalog szinte megközelíthetetlen a nyári melegben, kevés parkolóhely autók számára

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je l'ai trouvé très simple. Très bonne carte pour le repas du soir( tout était bon) et le snack du midi. Chambre très spacieuse et propre donnant sur la piscine et la mer (splendide vue sur baie de Naples et du Vésuve). Parking trop petit. La navette pour descendre en centre-ville très appréciable rajouter des plages horaires serait un plus. La piscine est grande, pas mal de places et la vue somptueuse.

Le point fort est sans hésiter, le personnel, accueillant, attentionné, d'une grande gentillesse.

Cons:

Bien que le service de navette soit très efficace, il nous limite un peu dans nos déplacements. Par contre, il est nécessaire étant donné que l'hotel est situé en hauteur, ce qui vous une vue imprenable, des couchers de soleil splendide durant les repas.
