Très bon emplacement. Un très joli ancien palazzo, très raffiné. Personnel très prévenant et attentionné. La chambre était parfaitement équipée et nettoyée. L'offre du petit déjeuner était très variée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans l'hôtel, un havre de paix après les visites bondées de touristes.

It is close enough for a short walk to the Duomo, but far enough to not be manic and crowded.

The WiFi on the top floor on this trip dropped occasionally but if that’s our biggest concern, ignore it.

Very warm welcome, great attentiveness to service and excellent breakfast.
Shout out to Filippo who manned the front desk most of the our visit - he took special care and helped us with multiple things.
And secondly to Daniel who attended to us at breakfast for 3 days.
Excellent deluxe room, great bedding and incredibly convenient. Not one thing short.

It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located.
