It is safe and welcoming.

Cons:

The beds are terrible. I asked for a double bed, I was given two single beds placed together and obviously they move in all possible directions. The mattress was not comfortable I got an upper limb discomfort. And water leaked from the wet area of bathroom to the dry area. There is no separate walking path to the hotel; you need to be careful about the cars and the other option is to walk through the dark forest. The receptionist refused to provide me with an invoice for my stay.

Prettig verblijf op een mooie plek!

De locatie is prachtig!!

Cons:

Ik vond het ontvangst wat lauw! We kregen niet meteen een heel welkom gevoel!
Het personeel bij het ontbijt en het uitchecken was heel vriendelijk!
Maar zo’n ontvangst is wel belangrijk voor de eerste indruk!

Heerlijk verblijf met mooie wandel- en fietsroutes in de directe omgeving.
Pros:

Luxe hotel met mooie grote kamers op een top locatie. Heerlijk ontbijt. Arboretum naast hotel is aanrader.

Cons:

Personeel bij de balie is niet servicegericht, tussentijds niet en ook niet bij in- en uitchecken. Ik wilde een extra dekbed maar die was nergens te vinden omdat er alleen invallers stonden. Uiteindelijk na veel aandringen toch nog een kinderdekbed kunnen krijgen.
