Nice and relaxing green scenery
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel and the amazing view.
The room was spacious and they were changing towels and arranging our sheets daily. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Even though they were cleaning daily, there was dust on the TV screen. We weren't using it but it was strange.

Ontspannen verblijf in een mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. geweldige locatie.
Pros:

Wij kennen het hotel van eerdere bezoeken. Deze maal hadden we een kamer op de derde etage met een prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Wij kwamen laat aan, rond 23:30. Enerzijds hebben wij er begrip voor dat er dan geen mogelijkheid is om iets te drinken, maar dat zou wel een fijne toevoeging zijn aan de service.

Mede vanwege het mooie weer in april een hele fijne beleving
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel en het uitzicht over de rivier vanuit onze kamer. Heerlijk groot raam wat open kon, zodat het net was of je toch een balkon had.

Cons:

wc bril zat los en deur van douche cabine sloot niet goed, zodat er water in de badkamer liep

cadre très agréable et calme, idéal pour se déconnecter et se relaxer !
Pros:

vue splendide avec parc botanique, joli sentier de ballade.
chambre familiale très grande et confortable.
un serveur particulièrement aimable et sympathique dont nous ne nous souvenons pas du prénom hélas.

Cons:

accueil réception un peu froid, aucun effort pour nous aider à trouver une visite agréable dans le coin
aucune information précise sur les soins et l'accès au spa et fitness

Pros:

Loved the location. Right next to a botanical garden and with a river view. Really good breakfast.

Nothing really stood out as bad. The staff at check-in could have been a bit more accommodating but overall all is good

Cons:

Check in und check out dauert viel zu lange. Dies ist leider jedes mal bisher so gewesen.
Habe bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl sie per email hätte kommen sollen

Het kan echt veel beter met wat meer aandacht
Pros:

De locatie is heel mooi, maat dat is de natuur en mooi van zichzelf.

Cons:

Het hotel is van buiten aantrekkelijk en van binnen minder.
Het heeft een smoezelige uitstraling. Viezig tapijt, viezig bakje in de hal bij de lift ( zet dan niks neer)
Badkamer veel kalk resten... Het is het gewoon net niet.

Het restaurant en de service zijn werkelijk onder de maat.
Als je tot 3 keer aan toe aan 3 verschillende medewerkers moet vragen of ze je tafel wil vast zetten zodat het niet wiebelt. Vind ik dat getuigen van geen aandacht voor je werk of de klanten.
Bij het ontbijt staan de dames in de open keuken te klagen over het rooster en de collegas .. hoort erbij, maar niet in het gehoor van de klant

Het eten in het restaurant is ok. Ik had zin in asperges aangezien het seizoen is. Dus bestelde ik kalfsentrecote met asperges. En wat kreeg ik, 1 groene asperge erbij. Bij vermelding vond de serveerster het jammer voor mij, maar meer werd er ook niet mee gedaan.

Al met al, aandacht mist door de hele keten heen. Te veel jongeren die het erbij doen en weinig passie of zin in het werk. Tip aan management, kijk daar eens naar het kan echt veel beter.

Heerlijk hotel op mooie locatie
Pros:

de kamer was echt comfortabel.

Cons:

De gerant in het restaurant. Onvriendelijk, niet echt klantgericht.
Jammer dat er bij het inchecken slechts één medewerker ingezet werd. Dat leidde tot onnodig lange wachttijd.
