Clean room and very quiet.
Excellent breakfast.
Only 1 lift which was very busy in the evening as there was a function on.
We were on the 5th. floor and the stairs not an option due to limited mobility.

Cheap toilet rolls. No clean up of room so ran out of milk.
The cleanliness.
The room was suppose to be a family room, instead we ended up with a double room with 2 mattresses on the floor. It was such a tight squeeze. We were literally falling on top of each. There was barely any space to watch around let alone put our things down. The lighting was terrible. The room was alway dim. The breakfast was average. Half the swimming pool was closed off (for members, I think). And the other half was filled families bumping into on another. For your money, it really wasn't worth it for us.
Everything, Good customer services, Breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Stayed here for my dads 60th. Beds were comfy, all of my family had an excellent night sleep. Rooms were spacious. Shower was great. I loved the rain shower and the song lyrics on the shampoo, soap and shower gel.
I paid for the celebration package for my father and it was so nice. He really liked it. It was worth the money paid.
The pub was nice. We didn’t eat there but we did have a couple of drinks when we arrived. The staff were lovely and attentive. We also stopped in at the Starbucks and they were equally as nice and wished my father a happy birthday and actually said ‘drink for the birthday boy’ when they handed him his drink. He loved that.
The only things that were minor issues, that didn’t affect our stay too much but would make the next stay even more exceptional.
Having more than 1 lift, the decal in the lift was funny and I enjoyed reading it, but having more than 1 lift would make life easier.
Having more lights in the room. I mean the light outside in the day time makes the room look amazing. It’s just at night. But you can still see with the lights there, it’s just not massively bright.
We also enquired about a fridge but we were told they are not supplied in the bedrooms but if we wanted to use a fridge there was one behind reception. But due to needing the fridge for breast milk, we decided to bring our electric cooler.
Would definitely stay again and have already recommended this hotel to family and friends.
Breakfast, pool & spa, cleanliness & style of rooms - all excellent.
Asked if our rooms can be nearby each other and she said no straight away without even trying to check if it was possible (even though I said I specifically requested for this during the booking.com process and it was confirmed by Claire that the rooms would be allocated next to each other).
AC didn't work in one of the rooms and the first night they gave us a fan. When we complained the next day that we couldn't sleep because it was so hot was when they thought to move our rooms.
Everything was clean the pool was lovely. Children loved it stayed whikst visiting bournemouth beach. Would book again

Broken blind in bedroom
Lady on spa reception couldn’t have been more unwelcoming. Despite me having my id and us having a booking on our phone she wouldn’t let us in without my partners id. She smugly said ‘you could always come back tomorrow’, what a stupid & ridiculous thing to say. Had to drive all the way back home and come all the way back again to simply flash some id for all of two seconds. The sauna was constantly monopolised by a large male group for our entire visit, another lady felt it necessary to lay in the middle of the jacuzzi star fish fashion whilst other patrons tried to squeeze in around her??? Would highly recommend you try elsewhere.
Room was a family room which was a normal room with 2 beds on the floor.
The room facilities lacked. Very poor
Had Starbucks free swimming for kids & nice restaurant. Friendly staff & clean overall.
Large groups of people arriving, waiting for lifts. Bit noisy.

I had to get up at midnight to go down to reception because of the noise from the room above. I was as told that 'he is a doctor and therefore wouldn't be making a load of noise'. I had to ask twice to get staff to ask him to stop banging around the room. I was with my two children to catch an early ferry and was expecting to be able to actually sleep. I was offered absolutely no apology from anybody at any point.
