I had booked the wrong night, which was my mistake and nothing to do with the hotel. Nevertheless, I found myself with nowhere to stay that night. They were fully booked, apparently. This might have been true. Also, they might have made some effort to help find me an alternative. They didn’t. I didn’t stay and so I can’t really comment on the experience, other than my impression was that it was an extremely busy and impersonal place.

The ceiling above our bed was hideous to look at. Huge stains and dirty.
I stayed the night before my operation so intended to rest on the bed, but it was not a nice sight.
Excellent hotel, immaculately clean and hotel service particularly front of house superb. Food quality brilliant and great spa facilities. Just a bigger jacuzzi please. Great stay Thankyou.

The staff at the hotel were all exceptionally helpful and friendly .

The hotel was excellent, comfortable, and very well-organized. All the staff were friendly and professional. The receptionist Aga was especially kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
When we got there, reception greeted us. We went up to our room, it was fairly clean. We looked out of our window, the only thing is the hospital that was opposite the hotel. We didn’t know was there, that wasn’t a problem the roof is blue, so it looks like the sea. That was nice, not much to do in the rooms but they had all of necessities that was needed. The pool was good, the hot tub was good. The steam room is quite over powering, some others may prefer that. But it was not my thing. Everything else, was good. A perfect stop of place for the night very calm, you have a television and a kettle with everything for the perfect cup of tea. Amazing little hotel!
Brilliant meal deal and disco. Food and service very good. Everyone from our group of 54 are having a good time dancing and catching up.
Breakfast good, much better than years ago when we started to visit the hotel. The rooms are a reasonable size, at least one easy chair would be nice. Perhaps it was a family room that requires clear floor space for childrens mattresses (there was a mattress under the bed).
Would be nice to have a couple of coat hooks in the room, nowhere to hang a damp coat except in the wardrobe with other clean clothes.

The food wasn’t great .. we had prawn cocktail starters which were ok but a bit chewy and my chicken rice bowl I couldn’t eat as so dry ..
The manager did compensate with a free coffee and removed my meal from the bill which was nice of him but wouldn’t choose to eat there again.
I usually share a burger and chips with my friend after an exercise classs. (Yes, don’t judge). We asked for an extra plate and cutlery, and Darren and Shauna, the waiters asked us if we wanted to cut in half too. Above and beyond.
