Cons:

Der Pool kostet 5 Pfund pro Person extra. Dies sollte bei einem Familienzimmer inklusive sein.
Es fehlen im Bad Möglichkeiten ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Grundsätzlich war es sauber, aber einen Nachttisch, einen Schreibtisch oder eine Tür kann man auch mal abwischen. Dort klebte es teilweise.

Expensive but comfortable.
Pros:

The room was stylish and comfortable. Swimming pool and leisure facilities are great, clean and well-maintained. Staff are helpful.

Cons:

Nothing was open on checkout 7am Saturday. Starbucks and the breakfast facilities were shut, meaning we had to buy food and coffee elsewhere.

There is a high pitch siren from the hospital next door at all times.

An enjoyable stay apart from a few exceptions
Pros:

Staff amazing very helpful especially with parking. The food in The Village Pub Grill was excellent reasonably priced with excellent service.

Cons:

My room: no tissues, no bottled water,.no spare toilet roll, no room service, no help on arrival with luggage.

Value for money stay that was reliable and affordable.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, rooms were great, loved the modern feel, we stayed because my wife was in labour across at the hospital and I was able to come back sometimes to get some pockets of much needed sleep/shower. Having the starbucks in there was very useful as well. Location for anything hospital related was very good as it is only a short walk across the road. The shower soaps smelt nice and the rooms were decently sized as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room I stayed in had a broken AC unit and the blind was broken. The next room I stayed in also the AC didnt really seem to work or was explained to me how it worked.
