An Absolute Diamond Oana made our family stay perfect!
Pros:

A massive thank you to the wonderful Oana at reception. Her kindness and helpfulness are on another level! She was so amazing with our kids and solved every single one of our worries immediately. She is a credit to this hotel and a total diamond. If you are lucky enough to be greeted by her, you know you’re in good hands. Thank you, Oana, for looking after my family so well!"

AVOID at all costs!!!
Pros:

Gave up my Easter weekend to help out with work.
Spent four nights at this hotel staying in room 218.

Out of the four nights the above room were so noisy I couldn’t sleep.
5 times I called reception to ask them to ask the occupiers to be more respectful of other guests and 5 times it wasn’t dealt with.

On top of that the roast dinner I ordered today was cold, beef looked aneamic and bed sheets were not changed when I left the door notice hanger on the door handle.

There is no where to store water or snacks as there is no fridge, nor a safe to leave valuables.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
And will never return.

Pool rules ridiculous
Pros:

Booked to stay prior to Peppa pig world. Booked through Expedia which stated the family friendly pool etc. while we were on the way, I looked at hotel website to see that the children’s swimming was up to 5:30pm and the pool stayed open until 10pm. Rang the hotel to explain that we didn’t know the time restrictions when we booked as it isn’t on the Expedia information and we would be arriving at 5:35pm and would it be ok for the children to swim. Told point blankly no way was there any negotiations on the times. Lady said I’ll put you through to the leisure team but you will be told no, on transfer the phone was not answered so tried again, another woman answered same scenario - 5 calls, 5 transfers, 5 calls ended but every time was told no way to let children in the pool.

Rang Expedia who kindly paid the cancellation fee and we stopped to swim on the way elsewhere and then stayed a lovely alternative hotel.

I understand there are times etc but it is the Easter Holidays so 5:30pm is way too early to close the pool. Disappointed with the service when I spoke to them on the phone

The price £12.50 for child's breakfast is ridiculous, yout competitors offer children eat free breakfasts option ( over age 5 ) were you dont . £5 each player to have a game of darts as well .

Good location for business trip. Breakfast just OK. Last day I waite

Check in process was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was very good

Cons:

No fridge or hairdryer in room. Food service in restaurant not good. Drink orders never correct. Food service extremely slow.
