Staff was not at front desk upon arrval. Upon departure staff couldnot print a reciept of zero balance on card that was placedon hold. Employee was not professional and did not know his job. He tried to argue his point by repeating his unprofessional answer. When asking his name he was rude and asked my name. I gave him my name and he wiuld not return the favor. He stated this washis part time job and i did not even know his full time job. He said he did not care and he did not know wgat else he could say but that i did not understand. He went on to say he was sorry that I did not understand. Staff is not in the field if hispitality it appears to be evident in the responses ofboth the day andnight staff front desk employees.

It was close to my needs.
It’s was dirty. Initially walking into the room I smelt mildew. The toilet handle was broken. The ac filters were filthy and beginning to mold. The shower enclosure had moldy conditions. My sheets were torn in two places. The pool was excessively dirty. I’m a professional commercial and residential real estate inspector and will not stay at this place again.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to our destination and plenty of food options
The room smelled of mold the ac did not lower past 74 the mini fridge didn’t keep drinks cold even checked to make sure it was on the breakfast on the weekend was sparse the juice for breakfast was watered down
Close to where I needed to be breakfast, while late each day was good pool was cleaned middle of the day on a weekend so no one could swim
Elevator broke fire alarm broke no ice gross mold room not clean before we got there
Rooms were a good size and spacious.
The carpet was moist and it smelled bad. The bathroom sink and part of the floor boards were rusty

The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating and pleasant.
The elevator was broken. The side door was unlocked. Didn't even need my key to get in. Very unsafe. We could hear the people above us. The sofa bed was not clean and linen was not readily available. The frig rattled and hummed. There was no TV in the master room.
