The overall appearance of the hotel was less than favorable for what we paid.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. The side door was unlocked. Didn't even need my key to get in. Very unsafe. We could hear the people above us. The sofa bed was not clean and linen was not readily available. The frig rattled and hummed. There was no TV in the master room.

Need to have better customer service because this can effect your guests mood during t.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The evening Front desk personal was not friendly. She could have cared less in helping the guests. If she was having a bad day she should have stayed home. When checking out the next morning the guy did not ask how our stay was or anything. Just saying checking out.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location too.

Cons:

Elevator not working. That was no previous warning. So we had to use the stairs. Curtain was not closing. Plus we forgot eye glasses at the room that no one finds. Nothing was value for money.

This was an “ok” stay. It was clean and not far from campus.
Pros:

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

Cons:

It seemed older than it initially looked. It felt like an incomplete remodel. The valance did not match anything in the room. My tub had scratches/ rust marks in the bottom of it. It felt old. The latch on the door near the pool that leads into the building was broken. The elevator was broken.

The parking was ok

Cons:

The location was pure nasty. All the carpets are stained, where the floor meets the carpet there is no transition sonits a tripping hazard. Worse part though was the elevator was out and the lady at the desk stated it's been out since last September. How does an older person walk up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases?? She stated it was on the site. We looked and of course if it was we saw it no where.

Good place right price and friendly staff

It was clean and staff very friendly
