Nothing bad to say about hotel forum pompeii, the staff are friendly and helpful, Luigi at the bar is very knowledgeable and helpful with great service with a smile. I would like to mention our cleaner Susan (suzie) who accommodated my bleach allergy, making sure it was not used so thank you and no dust or dirt to be found anywhere in this hotel. The gardens are filled with orchard trees of lemon and orange which is beautiful to look at and the calm atmosphere here is perfect for a relaxing time in pompeii but close to the ruins, eateries and shopping.
I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff were exceptional and the rooms beautiful.

The fridge didn’t work. The lock on my door was broken. My daughter opened my door from the outside. Not acceptable today! And not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!

We had a bad room and complained and were upgraded to the Royal Suite without additional payment. We loved it there!
The location was great, a short walk from Pompeii ruins and the train station. The hotel had lovely gardens too, a fab place to sit and have drinks after a day of sightseeing and the dinner menu was great too. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Noisy aircon and very small and quite pricey Aperol Spritz! Please buy appropriate glasses for these!
We woke up to lovely views of Vesuvius every morning, but ideally a bedroom with a garden view would have been quieter for opening the windows instead of using the aircon.

An absolute gem of a hotel, it is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, the courtyard with lemon trees is something out of a fairytale. The moment you walk off the street and are greeted with the lemon trees you know this is somewhere special. It’s a family run hotel, I believe three generations now and it’s clearly in good hands. We did not want to leave. It makes Pompeii come to life in all the best ways. I can’t wait to come back and bring all my friends and family to experience this very special place.
The best location possible in Pompeii!
Perfect location directly across from an entrance to the archeological park. Staff were lovely, very helpful arranging a taxi and holding luggage. Room very well appointed and comfy. Wish it had not been raining as I would have loved to sit in the amazing garden surrounded by lemon trees!
Bathtub was quite high and a bit hard to get in and out.

The location was perfect for our visit to Pompeii as I don't think its possible to be closer. There was free parking very close by and the hotel itself was very pretty. We loved the garden with all the citrus plants. Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant where you have it is beautful with a conservatory looking into the garden. Our room was on the top floor so we got some amazing views from the roof terrace. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
No major complaints, in such a large room we could have done with a few more places to hang things like coats and bags. The wardrobe felt a little bit on the small side but these are very minor points

the furniture in the room needed updating and in the bathroom glass pieces missing.
