Wonderful
Pros:

Everything. Room was more than we expected. Breakfast was amazing. Bed was great. It was quiet and clean . A gorgeous atrium.

Pros:

Équipements défaillants - ne vaut pas son évaluation à 9 !
Pros:

L'hôtel est effectivement très très bien situé pour visiter le site de Pompei... si vous ne partez pas en visite guidée (auquel cas il faut généralement se rendre à l'autre bout du site, à la Porta Marina - compter plus d'1 km)... Mais, pour le reste, nous avons été très déçus...
A noter aussi dans les points positifs : la chambre triple était propre et spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien et le monsieur au service aimable. Le parking à proximité est offert.

Cons:

La chambre se trouvait au bout d'un dédale de couloirs, escaliers (malheureusement!), terrasse, rampe... dans une espèce d'annexe. Lorsque vous avez des bagages de longs séjours, c'est difficile. La chambre était vieillotte (meubles, électricité). La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Elle faisait un bruit de soufflerie assez conséquent mais sans refroidissement. Bref, juste un gros ventilateur très bruyant qui n'a jamais aidé à rafraîchir cette chambre à 26° pour ce début mai - il faisait plus frais dans le hall!! C'était un critère de choix de cet hôtel, donc une déception... et un scandale compte tenu du prix.
Pour le surplus : pas d'eau offerte, une douche à hauteur maximale de poitrine, dans un bain haut à enjamber et très glissant (mais on vous fournit un tapis anti-dérapant des années 80) dont l'eau s'échappe sous les parois non étanches, transformant le sol de la salle de bain en piscine. Un bidet qui fuit... Habituée des classements Booking, cet hôtel ne vaut certainement pas le prix demandé et ne mérite clairement pas une évaluation à 9! Tout au plus un 7,5 en ce qui me concerne...

Prachtig hotel met mooie faciliteiten
Pros:

Het hotel ligt perfect tegenover de ingang van de opgraving. Het is een mooi hotel en zeer sfeervol. Ook het eten is prima.

Cons:

Bij ons bezoek aan de opgraving huurden we tegen betaling een audiotour. Later bleek dat die gratis is in Pompei. Jammer dat het hotel hier niet tegen waarschuwt.

F you are visiting Pompeii this hotel can hardly be bettered for its comfort, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic location: literally across the road from one of the entrances to the ruins
