Ramada by Wyndham Hartford North - Bradley Airport

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was terrible from start to finish.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised that breakfast was included. However, we later found out that breakfast is only available on weekends. There is no breakfast offered during weekdays, which feels very misleading and like false advertising.

Housekeeping was practically nonexistent during our stay. We stayed for several days, and no one came to clean our room. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom was especially unclean. We were a group of four people and were provided with only one towel.

By the third day, since no housekeeping had come to service our room, we went to the front desk to request cleaning. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told to leave a review stating that there was no housekeeping. That response alone shows how little management cares about guest satisfaction.

The service was terrible, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the advertised amenities were not accurately represented. We were so dissatisfied that we ended up checking out and switching to another hotel. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

I did not receive an invoice for my stay and thought it would have been emailed. The room was comfortable, but NOT CLEAN! Bathroom was not cleaned as well. We had to ask for wash cloths.

That they would take the towels and not replace them,that there was no shower certain in the tub,that there was a mouse running around in my room,that it smelled like wet dog in the room ,the sofa and the floors smell like dog piss. I will not stay in a hotel that is pet friendly anymore.

Third world accommodation 10days we where there once only where the bed sheets changed. You have to ask for clean towels if you want clean towels daily.
Let's start with the breakfast in a brown paper bag (NO JOKE )It contains a small bottle of water,apple and bagel with cheese spread. This found its way in the bin.
Swimming pool go in if you dare
Gym blink and you miss it .
Corridors smelling 🫢 litter all a long them.pizza boxes take-away cartons all in all.
Just a poor hotel👎👎

Did not like. No shuttle no breakfast dirty bathroom.

It was dirty, hardly no drawers for storage or closet space. Found a cockroach in shower. No elevator and had to walk the lenght of the building up stairs and a few lefts and rights to get to room. Parking lot and the grounds were filthy with trash. No breakfast. No coffee.

First impressions: the walk to the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpets were filthy (dirty, food bits, wrappers). The room was dingy untidy (dirty a/c unit, film on the floors, tub smelled of mildew, dead bugs on the floor), the bedding smelled of stale cigarettes and beer and for a room that sleeps 4 there was one bath towel.
As for service, we were initially checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned (linens on the floor, full trash, lights on) - instead of an apology, I was told "it says it's clean in the system" and when I later came to the front desk to get a bath towel, there was again no apology. I'm totally fine with a "no frills" hotel - but it needs to be clean!
