La recepción la piscina
Lo sucio, la persona que nos recibió nos mandó a un segundo piso con maletas y 2 niños sin ascensor etc todo fue un desastre los pasillos sucios las máquinas de hielo rotas
Staff was very friendly
The room needed some repair. There were holes in the bathroom wall, splattered paint on the back of the door, and a box of something that needed to be installed just laying on the floor. Bedding was thin. Because of the wood floors, I could hear a lot of sound from other guests.

Dirty pool, Dirty room with no towels, the place was a mess, clearly the manager needs to be fired!!
False advertisement - no breakfast with no alternative or substitute - Manager rude and unaccommodating, really needs to find a new job., whoever employed him was drunk. Not manager material at all.
Had a bed to sleep in close to airport
It was dirty. Didn’t have room we reserved. Room they put us in had no plumbing in bathroom sink. Turned on and pipe fell off and water pouring out. Changed our room again
In morning heard three gunshots
There was no airport shuttle and I was not told it was not working before I got there
Location
Pool was closed all day Sunday, and my first room was filthy when I checked in. The next night the cleaning service didn’t clean the room until 7:00 pm. My kids found a bag of drugs walking in the hallway
Not a thing!
There are no elevators so with a 1 year old baby we needed to make multiple trips across the hotel and up and down stairs to get our things to the room. When we finally arrived at the room it REEKED of weed. We were moved to a second room, which was not totally clean, including something crusty in our ice bucket. The pool water was cloudy, gray and ICE cold, as it is unheated and there were no towels available in the pool area. At night we were kept up until after 3 am by music blasting.
