I am glad it was short
Pros:

The modern look and feel. The size was good

Cons:

I had a non smoking room. There were 2 kids with me. We all have bad allergies and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was hard to breath and sleep

Cons:

Dirty carpet and should have a area where pets can go to the bathroom instead of the back exit entrance. I thought that was very disturbing and I was disappointed.

The location. 10 minutes to the airport.

Cons:

The whole building smelled like weed even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. It was 20° out when we arrived around 11pm and the heat was shut off in out room. It might have been 50° in our room. We had to leave by 4:30am and the temparure never go above 65° in our room. The bedding was thin and no blankets in the room. You could have sanded wood with the towels. The room was clean but smelled of weed. Lobby was creepy and straight out of a horror movie. Staff was pleasant but no response when I told them about the heat when checking out. You get what you pay for...

It was somewhat decent and not to bad till you put your glasses on.
Pros:

Location was amazing and the price was decent. When entering the room it looks good and clean. Staff was great during introduction and during billing.

Cons:

Kids find everything. My child found a nip bottle behind the bathroom door. The fridge or microwave don’t work and one of the beds were broken, which you can’t tell till you lay on it. Called the front desk to get the answer of “Maintenance isn’t here today”.

Pros:

It was a fairly affordable option while traveling.

Cons:

Apparently they do not believe in heating the facility. The common areas were very cold. The heat was completely off in our room when we arrived and with temperatures in the 20s that day it took all night with the room heater running to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Also, even though it claims to be a nonsmoking hotel the smell of cigarette and other smoke was very prevalent.

My wife and I are both elderly and it was a long walk from the handicapped parking area to our room. I looked out the door closest to our room and there were handicap spaces available there but no access to the building. There was a door, but there were message in which we could access the room

SMELLY ROOMS AND RAT CLIMBING ON WALL
Pros:

Easy to let the dog out if staying on the first floor with a sliding door.

Cons:

We had one stay that was fine and then another stay where the first room smelled like puke…changing rooms was a hassle as the employee walked away from the desk, I waited awhile and had to call him to reach him. When we switched rooms the new room smelled like weed and immediately when we entered it a RAT climbed up the wall. I’ve never seen anything like it and will never be back.

Not much to complement except a comfortable bed

Lets just leave it that we wont be staying at a Ramada Inn in the future. Your independent quality inspectors should be able to answer your questions.

Pros:

The rooms were dirty, tv didn’t work, we haven’t gotten back our deposit, staff wasn’t helpful. We were told we could be refunded but it would take days to get our money back. Location great the appearance was so bad.

Cons:

WiFi no working tv cleaning service was not done, staff not available, bad experience.

Experience could have been better
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast.
I liked the size of the room and the furniture in it.

Cons:

It was obvious the floors had not been mopped.
My feet got dirty fast.
There was also no toilet paper in the room and
I just decided to use the tissue paper that was there.
The tv didn't work due to someone breaking the cable and the air conditioner would not turn on.
I'm assuming it might have not turned on since it's fall time and they probably automatically shut them off.
Also, the shower and the bath tub seemed to work at the same time with no way to change that.
Kind of strange.
