Unsafe and dangerously high levels of unsanitary issues

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, including seeing some people smoking who were clearly employees. Also the breakfast was literally just a brown paper bag with two packaged muffins and no coffee or fruit.

My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Hartford North/Bradley Airport was extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would reasonably expect from a hotel of this kind.

The most significant issue was that the air conditioning in my room (Room 289) completely failed during my stay. The room became unbearably hot, making it extremely difficult to sleep and significantly impacting the quality of my stay. A functioning HVAC system is not a luxury—it is a basic and expected hotel amenity, particularly when guests are paying for a comfortable overnight accommodation.

Because I was checking out the following morning, simply moving me to another room or sending maintenance after the fact was not a meaningful solution. I therefore contacted the hotel and formally requested a refund for the affected night’s accommodation. I provided my contact information and specifically requested that a manager follow up with me.

Three days later, I still have not received a call, email, or any meaningful response from manager Raghu. The lack of follow-up is almost as frustrating as the original problem. When a guest takes the time to formally report a serious issue and request assistance, the least a hotel should provide is communication and an attempt to resolve the situation.

Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to the A/C. The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel were also very concerning. There were spider webs throughout the room, including in essentially every corner, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. This is unacceptable for a paid hotel accommodation and made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained.
The hallways were also unpleasant. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana/weed throughout the hallways, which made walking through the hotel uncomfortable and contributed to an overall impression that the property was poorly managed.

Fighting in the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning.
Bathroom, grout and tile need attention. Dirty laundry and trash in the hallway.

Very dirty especially the room.Dirt on floor bathroom was covered in previous guest hair on floor and toilet

My daughter saw a mouse also the pool water was green...the breakfast sucked only grab and go...which was a water,granola bar, an apple and a muffin no juice and coffee sucked big time

Illegal Drugstore on site , drug dealers home, drug dealers live on site. Crazy stuff

propreté des lieux laisse à désiré. Autant dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs

Rats mice not ok

They lied about providing breakfast, there were bugs in our room. The fire alarms went off around 1 am and took a hour to shut off.

Que anunciaban desayuno con letras grande y a la hora del mismo nos informaron que no tenías hace dos semanas por una inspección y también sonaron las alarmas en la madrugada y nos quitó 2 horas de descanso
