There was nothing good about this place. The photos online make it look like a nice location to stay, but the reality is completely different. It’s a rundown motel that is in very poor condition.

I didn’t even bother checking in. As soon as my family and I pulled into the parking lot, we all looked at each other and said, “There’s no way this is the place.” The condition of the property was that disappointing.

While we were sitting in the parking lot, we started reading the recent reviews from other guests. Seeing so many negative reviews that matched exactly what we were looking at only confirmed our decision not to check in. We left immediately.

The only area that looked welcoming was the front lobby. That’s the only reason this review gets one star—and that star goes to the construction workers who built the lobby, not the hotel staff or the establishment itself.

This property really needs to be reviewed and placed in a more accurate hotel/motel category. The photos used to advertise this location should also be updated because they do not accurately represent the condition of the property. In my opinion, the listing is very misleading and creates expectations that the property simply does not meet.

I would not recommend staying here based on what my family and I experienced when we arrived. Be safe, family safety first!!

The website stated breakfast included. I had to go to front desk and ask for breakfast, the front desk handed me a brown bag with a bottled water and a granola bar.

Only 1/2 toilet paper roll (& no spare), no tissues, nonfunctional outlets by the beds, no hair dryer, tub drain smelled of wet socks, and the advertised included breakfast was not even available.

I would not recommend or even go back and stick my toe in. Worse stay ever. Pictures includes disgusting sidewalk I had to use to take my pup uout. Don’t think it was ever cleaned the whole time I was there

Breakfast was a joke. It was a paper bag with apple water muffin and a bar. I was looking for the normal breakfast you get at other ramadas.

The hotel is right next to a bar, so loitering seemed an issue, the fridge in the room was so loud, I had to unplug it to be able to sleep, but the late at night people walking on the hallways were loud, and someone actually banged at our door at midnight scaring us up. It felt worse because I was traveling with my 2 younger kids, and thrybfelt uncomfortable.

There were police on site, reminding us to lock our doors and windows.

Did not stay because the room was unaceptable and was charged anyway

The most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at! Rooms were filthy, not cleaned. Stains (of unknown origins)on the walls, floors were filthy.

Bed was broken and very uncomfortable and there was trash underneath it.
We booked this hotel for the pool but it was cloudy, green and smelt revolting so no body was willing to get in.
The hall ways were filthy as were the communal areas.
There had been an event the evening of our stay and the next morning there was trash and left over food throughout the lobby and breakfast area.
Breakfast was late being set up and limited. Had to ask for more coffee cups.
Staff were unenthusiastic and sitting round not doing anything.
There was trash littered all over the ground outside the rooms.
The gym had broken equipment, no cleaning stuff or towels, an overflowing trash bin and trash all over the floor
Very expensive for an absolutely disgusting hotel.
Would never recommend anybody stay here.
