Very nice stay and comfortable base to explore the island while enjoying amenities of the hotel
Pros:

Wry friendly staff and good location to drive to the main attractions on both west and east of the island. Sauna is a nice touch and a must. Also very spacious room. We were there for our anniversary and they left cute little gifts for us in the room which shows classy management. Breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful place in Funchal at the beach
Pros:

Good location right at the beach (off center), nice amenities and venue.

Cons:

A bit on the busier side with for example breakfast where guest experience might get lost in the hustle and bustle when the staff is really busy.

Stunning views
Pros:

This hotel has stunning views and it’s worth upgrading to an upper floor sea view room you won’t be disappointed. My room was on the 9th floor with a corner balcony with a table and 2 chairs , room is spacious and very clean lots of storage space and a great shower fridge with a chargeable mini bar . Kettle but no tea bags coffee or milk only herbal tea is provided. I was aware of this so I brought my own coffee sachets.
My room included a robe and slipper but safe is chargeable. Cleaners do an excellent job with daily cleans if needed.
As a mature female solo traveler I felt welcomed by the friendly staff especially the restaurant staff I was half board and found the food to be varied and tasty the desserts are excellent.
Location is good hotel offers a shuttle bus into Funchal town but I used bolt for 5/ 6 euros there is a local bus stop near by. Close to the forum shopping centre 5 min walk which great for stocking up on supplies and snacks .Pool area is lovely no sunbed wars here there is also a indoor pool and gym
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again

PERFEITOO
Pros:

Desde da limpeza dos quartos ao pequeno almoço tudo estava perfeito. Ainda tivemos upgrade com quarto virado para o mar.
Ainda para mais todos os dias que chegávamos no quarto da parte da tarde tínhamos : ou bolinhos , ou fruta. Muito agradável mesmo.

Até chegamos a ir ao restaurante Italiano , o menu não era muito longo mas a comida era muito boa e a preocupação na apresentação dos pratos era notória. Parabéns à chefe.

As meninas da limpeza sempre simpáticas e prestáveis.

O nosso check out a meio da noite foi super tranquilo e rápido.

Se voltar à Madeira, já tenho hotel !

Cons:

Gostei de tudo , pena nos dias mais frescos a piscina interior não tinha água muito quente.

Las vistas desde las terrazas del hotel. la piscina maravillosa. el personal amable. las habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
el desayuno buffet y la cena muy bueno y variado.

Cons:

todo fue estupendo. La única cosa que no me gustó fue que el agua de la ducha sale con muy poca presión.
