Pros:

Aurinkoinen iso parveke ja meluton.

Cons:

Huoneen ja parvekkeen lattiat likaiset. Samat murut ja hiekat koko loman ajan eikä huoneessa ollut lattian siivousvälineitä.

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet
Pros:

Flotte bungalows med egen takterrasse som gir sol hele dagen. Hyggelig betjening som ser gjestene sine.
Rent og fint. Beliggenhet nær alt en trenger for en god ferie.

Pros:

Es un resort mediano, con opción de alquilar bungalows muy completos si vas en familia. Está cerca de un supermercado Hyper Dino. A unos 20 minutos caminando de Playa del Inglés, 25 minutos de las dunas y 15 minutos del Holidayworld.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great stay in one of the bungalows for Christmas and New Year. Efficient and super friendly staff, a good breakfast with many options.

Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la piscina, y lo amplia que era la habitación, con su balcón. El precio por todos los días que estuvimos. El precio del parking.

Cons:

No nos gustó, que imformaramos en recepción, de que limpiaran la habitación no se hizo. De los 6 días que estuvimos, 4 nos llamaron por la mañana, que si queríamos limpieza, cuando el cartel estaba puesto de no molestar( aparte se lo dijimos a la limpiadora)
Y el buffet desayuno, algo escaso, todos lo días lo mismo.

Located city Centre, close to shopping and other amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinners were just ok.. nice swimming pools etc..

Cons:

The hotel is quiet old and a bit run down. We had the 2 bed villa x 5 nights family of 4 , there was no heating or AC in the living room / hall, struggled a couple of days 1st week of Jan 26. Bed rooms are too small , cleaner come daily for a quick show, quick moping covering half of floor, unless specifically asked don't even change the towels or bed sheets. Poor value for money €540 / day rate half board is highly over priced for such facilities.

Nice bungalows and receptive staff, even with a few small areas of improvement worth staying
Pros:

The 2-bed bungalows were great, especially with kids. A little odd that the larger room has the 2 separated twin beds vs being the master, but I guess more room for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen as well. Lunch and dinner buffets were better than expected, staff was broadly friend - especially front staff desk was very receptive to feedback. The entertainment was surprisingly good, almost a shame only a few people watched each night.

Cons:

Some small areas show wear, for example it's nice having a small putt-putt but it sure could use some new turf. Kids club was a big disappointment, we showed up for a 'craft hour' and the single young man staff said they didn't so any special activities because kids might not want to join them - obviously wasn't someone with much experience with kids.
