Fantastic location with parking!!! Our room was classed as “cosy” but it was huge! Loved our stay……would definitely book again! Breakfast was buffet style and the food was lovely
The view of the lake 😍 i took my mum for her birthday and the views were amazing. She preferred this to walking around Ambleside village.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Breakfast was excellent and I was able to order a different variation of eggs.
We ate in the Evening, food was well presented, hot and enjoyable.
No signage indicating Check In Area/Desk, more staff required around the check in time of 15.00 pm.
Location the rooms are modern and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly with their guests.

The property was great - I would book again
We had an issue with the checking where there was incorrect information about late check was provided due to some confusion between the hotel and the booking team. We were arriving very late but we were given access to the facility. Everything else was great!
Location
Drip through light in bathroom. Notified staff who came and looked whilst we were out the next day but left the bathroom in a mess. Had to contact staff again who sent housekeeping to clean.

If you are not a fan of dogs best avoid. Not a serious negative, just my personal dislike, and did not spoil an otherwise excellent stay.
