Pet-friendly rooms are limited. A GBP 15 fee per pet per night applies and guests are required to inform the property in advance.
When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents.

Great location was the best dog friendly hotel we have stayed in , perfect location on the lake and to walk everywhere , room was very clean had everything you needed and bed was very comfortable , we ate at hotel 2 nights food was gorgeous

The room was beautiful, it was large ,clean and tastefully decorated. Wonderful view. Comfy bed. Lovely toiletries provided.
The only little blip was on the menu provided for breakfast, vegetarian full english option available but you had to ask for vegetarian sausage which had to be then cooked. My husband had finished his breakfast before I started mine.
the room was spacious , twin beds large and comfy , the location was spot on and most staff were excellent , safe parking ,safe surroundings , plenty to see and do , love the night sky and views
Loverly garden areas and views to die for
on arrival we asked at reception ( the bar) where do we log our car for the car park ,a young gent said outside by the door to the right , I went and looked and it was a meter , I went back in and the same bloke had another resident asking the same question and he said "oh I can do that for you here" , I waited and when he looked at me I said is it something I said or done you did it for him and send me outside , well at least he apologised and booked my parking ,
food the menu was quiet limited for adults and when we did find a meal we ordered with mash not chips , when it arrived CHIPS , the waiter said don't worry ill get some mash , so my wife waited for 10 mins with the rest of her food going cold , then decided to eat the cool meal , THE MASH NEVER ARIVED , WHEN I QUESTIONED THE WAITER HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID OHH WELL SORRY , this was not good enough but we left it there

Location was fantastic, couldn't ask for better.. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choice. Lovely pub, with a fantastic beer garden right on the lake. Staff were all fantastic and helpful.
Room could have done with a refresh and was looking rather tired. Room was quite small but not too much of a problem for us. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin, to the point we could have joined in with next doors conversations!
Breakfast was good, room was delightful, dinner menu was adequate
The flow of accessing breakfast, many people were crossing over each other to access tea/coffee which would have been better in the lower room in the space in front of the radiator. The toaster was in the wrong place, often people waiting for their toast blocking the access to the toilets
Location good, decent sized room
Breakfast was very average and quite chaotic, staff seemed stressed and were quite abrupt and rude. We’ve stayed here before (when it was the regent hotel and loved it)…..not sure we would stay again.
Everything from location staff were brilliant. Food amazing and room clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and breakfast had a good selection.
The only downside was that there wasn’t an iron in the room. It would have been helpful to have one available.
