Beautiful place to stay, would definitely return.
Pros:

The accommodation was fantastic, really clean and well equipped. We had a lake view which was beautiful. The bed was really comfortable, best nights sleep 🥰

Fantastic stay, views were amazing.
Pros:

Great location on the water front. Fantastic views. 10 minute walk into Ambleside. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Had the added bonus of being upgraded to a room with its own terrace. Will definitely be returning. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Could do enough for us.

Nice staff, lovely location, good value for money, would certainly return
Pros:

Location was perfect, right on the edge of lake windermere. Ideal for all local attractions.
Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was well appointed with convenient parking.
Breakfast was buffet style in the opposite building, there was plenty of it and it was of good quality.

Cons:

Going across the road for breakfast wouldn't have been Ideal if it had been raining however we were lucky as it was dry

The place has a wonderful friendly atmosphere and staff.

Cons:

It was a git of a downer when we read the bar prices (wine) in the room and in the bar at the table only to find that they had put them up by 25% that day.

Great for dog lovers & great location
Pros:

Lovely venue, spotless room & great location. Staff pleasant & very dog friendly.

Cons:

Food okay, nothing to shout about. Floors didn't look too clean. Glasses still on outside tables from previous night. Dog friendly room was up 2 flights off steep stairs which was a struggle for our old dog. Very clean but smelt very doggie

The room was clean, warm, and ideal for me and my dog.
Pros:

When I first arrived, there was a distinct lack of attention in telling me whereabouts my room actually was!!
I had a key and room number, but no directions.
I ended up phoning someone online, which was not ideal.
However the young man who was in charge of booking in and out, was very apologetic and came to rescue me.
