Nice place / location
Pros:

The place / location is very nice, just by the lake and a very nice garden between the hotel and the lake.

Cons:

Everything was fine, but the room was very small and the selection for breakfast could have been better.

We had a really pleasant stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was lovely and the restaurant was very well run. The breakfast was very nice too.

Cons:

If I’d booked sooner I’d have chosen a room with a balcony. Our room didn’t have a view.

Great place, but felt it favoured dogs over people. Loved everything else.
Pros:

The area and surrounds are beautiful, plenty to do and good accommodation all round.

Cons:

I am allergic to dogs and I found it incredibly hard to understand why there was more places for people with dogs than there was for people who cannot be around them because of allergies. There was a tiny area that was dedicated for me and the rest of the place was filled with dogs. I suffered with my allergies due to this.

We had a wonderful stay at Wateredge Inn. The location right in front of Lake Windermere is absolutely beautiful, with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The inn is also very convenient for travelling around the area, with easy access to nearby attractions, walking routes, and transport. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake District.

Great location. Food was a take of two halves. Dirty fries were underwhelming. Pizza was better. Breakfast was great.

The room was long and dark with the window at the far end in a different section, on ground floor into a courtyard so didn’t want to leave the window open.
