We had fun, in spite of the extra expense in staying 1 more night.

We really enjoyed staying at your hotel and casino. Thank you.

Cons:

We were going to stay for 1 night, but decided to stay 2 nights. The charge for the second night was much higher than what we paid for our first night.

Pros:

The room was large and very clean. A free drink per person was included at the bar. There was a bottled water in the room, some dum dum lollipops, and little amenities such as a tooth brush, tooth paste, and shower cap. The bed was also super comfortable with extra pillows! We were very impressed.

Nice Stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The heat/ac unit was extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows...nice and soft. It had a nice large, dog area which i found by accident. (They need to add it to their map) Anyway, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

My only suggestion for improvement was they said there was room service, but there were no menus in the room, and when I called the restaurant, they said they were busy and when more staff came in, someone would bring a menu...it never happened. Thankfully, I had a half of sandwich and some chips left from lunch for dinner. Maybe they should not offer room service if it can't be provided. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.

Smoke-free room is anything but!
Pros:

The front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

The entire hotel smells like cigarettes! Even in our room, the cigarette smoke from the casino was super strong. Very disappointing as I am extremely allergic.

Clean, well equipped and friendly.
Pros:

The room was excellent. Clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Note that the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy which was appreciated. Staff were great. I'd stay again

Cons:

The reception is in front of both the casino room and the hotel rooms, so the "aroma" of the casino gave a less than totally positive first impression.

This place is great once you get past the smoke smell in the lobby.
Pros:

the room was very comfortable......quiet, clean, comfortable bed, lots of TV stations. the service in the restaurant was top notch. Glad the rooms and restaurant were smoke-free!

Cons:

The smoke smell in the lobby and the casino was overwhelming! Awful.

Newly remodeled rooms are very nice as well as clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are outstanding!!!
Pros:

We were traveling with my wife's older cousin. She is nearly deaf and has significant lung issues. She requires the assistance of a service dog which she had with her. When we arrived the hotel, only rooms on the 2nd floor were available. She enjoyed the hotel so much she asked if we could add a couple more days to her stay. The hotel was able to accommodate adding two nights. Lori at the front desk was able to more her to the first floor in a dog friendly room (dog bed in the room). Additionally, the cleaning staff was able to clean the new room quickly which made the transition between the two rooms seamless. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and quite friendly! We would highly recommend this property.

Cons:

My only concern was the smell of smoke in the casino. They did a great job of keeping that out of the hotel section, but you have to walk through the casino to get from reception to the hotel rooms and to the restaurant. Otherwise it was great

Pros:

Friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

If you have any sensitivity/allergy to cigarette smoke DO NOT stay here. You have to walk through the casino to access your room. Once you are out of the casino the smoke/odor is not as noticable.
