Not the 5 star experience I was expecting
Pros:

The hotel is quite tranquil and situated very close to the small town. There is plenty of room with separate pool areas.
The suite met our basic needs as a family of 4.

Cons:

Upon our arrival, we were kindly offered a snack, which was much appreciated given our late arrival. While I personally found the tapas enjoyable, my children, who are not typically particular about food, found them challenging. It would be beneficial if there were more child-friendly options available.

Regarding the in-room amenities, we noted that there was a limited supply of complimentary water upon arrival, and this was not replenished throughout our stay. We would anticipate a five-star establishment to provide a consistent supply of water in the rooms. Other refreshments and snacks were available in the minibar, but these were quite costly.

The suite itself was rather modest, and the air conditioning provided minimal comfort during the evenings.

We occasionally encountered some impoliteness and dismissiveness from the bar staff, particularly the more senior members. It sometimes felt as though they were doing us a favor by providing service, which was often quite slow.

On our departure day, we had a late flight and were not offered a late checkout. We were directed to the spa area to prepare for our journey home, which proved to be quite inconvenient for three women sharing a single shower and limited changing space. The changing area was quite confined, even for one person. Furthermore, it was inconvenient when the spa closed and the lights were turned off without staff checking if anyone was still utilizing the facilities.

While each of these points individually may seem minor, collectively they detracted from the overall experience one would expect from a five-star hotel at this price point.

Malgré nos remarques, pour rappel sommes dans un 5 étoiles, nous avons passé un séjour reposant, avec un personnel souri

Le cadre, le personnel, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Notre chambre aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Peinture et mobilier. Une prise sur trois qui fonctionne. La machine a café sur le comptoir très bien mais aucune prise pour la brancher? La porte coulissante de la terrasse qui ne ferme pas et coulisse avec beaucoup d’efforts. Et une très mauvaise odeur des wc envahissant la salle de bain. A contrario du petit déjeuner très complet, avons été déçu par les dîners, notamment la soirée sur le thème chinois?

Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ladet traumhaft zur Entspannung ein. Die ganze Anlage und die Zimmer wirken äusserst gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel lebt noch auf dem Charme vergangener Jahre. Das sieht man dann hier und da. Dies ist aber meckern auf hohen Niveau.

Pros:

Es increible desde el entorno, el hotel, y lo mejor de todo los trabajadores en concreto Ivan el chico del bar de la piscina. Ojala hubiese mas gente trabajando asi de bien.

Superbe séjour en famille BONNE
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Les espaces extérieurs et les piscines sont agréables, l’établissement est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant et l’ambiance convient parfaitement à un séjour en famille. Le buffet est excellent

Me alojé en un apartamento suite, muy amplio y limpio

Cons:

Muchísima calor dentro de las instalaciones, el aire de la habitación hacia muchísimo ruido. Cena muy pobre con alimentos impropios de una cena a las 21:00 comienzan a recoger . Desayuno poca variedad y de baja calidad. La terraza desconchada, falta mantenimiento

Schlechte Preis/Leistung!!!
Pros:

Personal und Sauberkeit war gut. Essen war ebenfalls top.

Cons:

Keine Privatsphäre im Badezimmer.
Hatten All-Inclusiv gebucht und nur Halbpension bekommen. Kam durch „Namenswechsel“ des Hotels zustande.
Getränke beim Abendessen mussten extra bezahlt werden. Obwohl man Halbpension hatte. Das war eher Viertelpension!!!!
