Old dirty
I called the same morning of our stay to make a dinner reservation. I spoke to a lady on the phone, and she confirmed my reservation for 6:30. I asked if she would text me a confirmation and she said yes, around 10:30 I had not received the text so before we left home (Greensboro) I called again and another lady answered. I said I had not received confirmation, she said she was the manager and the restaurant would be closed that evening. Naturally I was confused and asked how I could have spoken with an employee 1.5 hours earlier and made a reservation. She said she did not know and apologized. She told me however the bar would be open and they would be serving pub food. My wife and I walked down around 7:00 and there was a lady in the bar, we asked for a few drinks and menus. She said she was the only person working and the kitchen was closed. This was a comedy of errors on your part and I shared this with the front desk with nothing being offered. We have stayed here many times over the years and nothing like this has ever happened. Not a good look for your fine property. Robert
The AC on the room can’t go below 67°. The pool was not warm.

Falam tanto do restaurante, entrei lá 8:02 pm e já fui tratado feito lixo, não me deixaram sentar em qualquer lugar e me deram um cardápio com 6 opções. Um hotel que quer ser chamado de resort e tem esse tipo de tratamento? Em que mundo vocês estão vivendo?

Service was below standards. No water, robes in room. Bathtup not comfortable and difficiult to access.
Great location and comfortable room.
Took forever for hot water. Didn't try Bob Timberlake's restaurant because reviews were so bad. Front desk staff had no personality.
