Service was below standards. No water, robes in room. Bathtup not comfortable and difficiult to access.

Appeared that they were short staffed. Many times front desk and bar were left unattended. Mattress in room left something to be desired.
They need to update flyer provided at check-in. It said they closed the kitchen from 2-3 on weekends, but it's closed 2:30-5. Messed my day up!
Wedding party at Bar Friday night was very loud and offensive for this type of resort.
The staff was super friendly and accomodating.
I took a girls’ trip to this resort with my 5 year old daughter and we both had the best time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool and the playground and the beach area at the lake. The room was comfortable and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We hope to return soon!
