Clean and helpful staff
No handheld shower
The super clean and new hotel, spacious room and bathroom.
Great location, room was beautiful and comfortable
The parking when coming in late was next to none had to park in lot next to hotel was restaurant's lot
Toilet paper was lil rough for the price of the room , didn't want to get a paper cut lol
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, room was great.
There was some hair found in the bathtub and in bed... I hope they had cleaned it a bit more thoroughly. Also the kids were running around yelling and screaming in the hallway until late evening and were playing in the elevator so we ended up having to take the stairs down.
the property was very well maintained, the breakfast was good and staff were very welcoming
there were 4 kids hockey teams in and the boys were running/playing in the halls. Staff did speak to the kids but on the morning they checked out as they passed our room 210 they BANGED on our door in passing..... The hotel should have offered us a different room at the time we addressed the issue or compensated us in some manner.
