The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was other peoples hair all over the place in the room, even in the bed. As soon as the blanket was pulled back it wasnt very nice. A clump of hair was found and a pile of black hair. I went to take a shower and the tiles had a bunch of little hairs all over it.
Oh and on check in, be careful with it. They wanted to charge me full price for the room plus deposit and the receptionist could be bothered. She was annoyed that i already paid for it and when i made a comment about her trying to double charge me she got real short. No remorse and no apology either.

Pros:

The room overall was excellent, beds were comfortable, furniture in a great condition and quality. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond.

Cons:

The bathtub had some hair so it wasn't cleaned properly and the next room doors slamming was so loud it woke me up many times throughout the night...

well worth a trip back should i be in the area again.
Pros:

Everything was perfection staff are a 10+ breakfast delicious and kept fully stocked, bathroom was bright and well stocked, shower head could have been a little larger.

It was pleasant. I would stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

We were only there for one night. It was clean and quiet, free parking. Once we figured out where we were, access to the hospital from the Inn was close. I was very grateful for your late cancellation policy. We were coming from a distance and it is winter and the driving conditions have been very difficult. Knowing I could get a full refund if I had to cancel on the travel day if necessary was a real bonus. Also being able to book through booking.com instead of a call centre was also appreciated. I didn;t realize that the first two calls I made were call centres and the didn't seem to know much at all about facilities in the area, One booked me into the wrong town, wrong dates, and very short cancellation policy. I've never used booking.com before but I would again.

Cons:

I didn't have breakfast as I had to be fasting. My friend said it was not the best.
