Always a reliable positive stay
Pros:

Perfect size. I had a room on the bottom floor and it was helpful being so close to all the amenities (breakfast area, Fitness center , ice machine).

Very appreciative and comfortable stay.
Pros:

We were in town for a gymnastics competition for one night. Throughout the night my husband became ill with the flu and was so ill he was not able to attend the competition. The breakfast attendant and service desk lady allowed us to complete a late check out at 1pm so my husband could remain in the room and rest comfortably while my daughter, son, and I were able to attend the competition. This allowed my daughter to compete while not having to worry about her dad becoming ill at the competition. Thank-you so much!

Great night sleep in a clean, comfy hotel.
Pros:

The property was clean. Room ready when we got there. Breakfast area was lovely. Loved the 24hr coffee/tea area.

Great stay while skiing at Holiday Valley

Great hotel, with a great breakfast for a great price!
Pros:

Kaitlyn was great - very friendly and helpful, and a hard worker!
Oh, and the woman working the breakfast buffet was an absolute sweetheart AND also a hard worker!
The breakfast bar was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel- absolutely LOVED all of the sweet toppings for the waffles!
