Great location for the Knoxville Marathon and many restaurants within walking distance.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Room was nice and spacious. Staff was fantastic and always checking to see if we needed anything.

Cons:

Parking was a little steep. I received a notice that it would be $25 per day but when I arrived I was charged $30 per day. Shower door was a little strange that it didn't close. Had to put a towel near the opening to prevent water from getting all over the floor. (Room 614)

Probably pass on staying there next time.
Pros:

breakfast was great! staff was excellent, kept food full and was very nice. Grounds were clean and hotel was clean as well. front desk staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Room was very noisy. some from inside the hotel, other guests, but mostly traffic noise. Prices online didn't say anything about pay to park, when I asked I was told $25 per night, but was billed $30.

Too loud despite great staff
Pros:

It was a nice hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was close to downtown.

Cons:

The pool was pretty much permanently closed (pool was supposed to be a selling point) the “fix” was for us to pay $10 at the Y. The road noise was horrible. It felt like all the loud cars/trucks and motorcycles were in our room. It made it hard to relax/sleep. I doubt we would stay here again even though the staff was great.

Pros:

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Ebony for her exceptional kindness and assistance during my stay. I had a disappointing experience at a previous Hilton location in Boston, but Ebony made this trip much easier and more enjoyable. She really went out of her way to help me out and make sure I was happy here.

Pros:

The room was very clean, the shower was great, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect—about a 10 minute walk to the University of Tennessee campus and right in the heart of downtown Knoxville, which made everything really convenient. Chris at the front desk was amazing—he was very informative about local amenities and the university, and he was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, such a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back!
