Great location- a little noisy
Pros:

Location was great. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

Cons:

The noise from street and from pets staying at the hotel was not ideal. They give you ear plugs which gives you an idea of the ongoing issue. Parking charge is high for the location as well.

Chris is the man!
Pros:

The whole staff was very nice. Special shout out to Chris, who was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist with parking for our extra large vehicle.

Excellent!
Pros:

Stayed the night here on a family trip, and we loved our experience! We were greeted by Chris who was super friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, all the staff were very kind, and the complementary breakfast was top tier! The location was also very good, we were able to walk most everywhere downtown from the hotel pretty easily! And the free cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. We loved our stay here.

Staff is awesome!
Pros:

First off, everyone here has been so friendly. Front desk people gave great recommendations of things to do and places to see, even took the extra time to find a resale shop I was wanting to visit. Chris, who checked us in, was awesome, and very knowledgeable. Overall a great place to stay.

Very friendly service! HI and their staff met all our needs and more!
Pros:

We were in town Friday pm for TN baseball! We spent the night and went to a family event Saturday morning. The room saved us 3 hours of car time! We loved having a cool clean place to rest and relax between events!

Hilton Customer For Life
Pros:

I had to arrange a reservation for my son who was picking up his little sister at UT, using my cc. After a challenging experience with Marriott, I called this Hilton property, and Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodated my request perfectly. I am a Hilton gold member and a customer for life. Always have great experiences at Hilton and am especially grateful to Chris for his kindness and professionalism.

Would definitely come back
Pros:

Super nice staff. Clean and felt safe for my daughter and I to travel and stay alone. Very comfortable and good location within walking distance of the theater.

Cons:

It was noisy but they provide a noise machine and it is downtown so that is to be expected.

Front Desk Staff MAKES the experience!!
Pros:

Perfect location to walk to Neyland for a concert! The rooms are spacious and bed was so comfy! The best part (besides the concert!) was the amazing Chris at the front desk! He was friendly and helpful and just took our experience to a higher level! Thank you for your help during our stay!!
