The staff was nice
I found straight hair in my shower. I told two staff and nothing was done to compensate my stay.
Bom café da manhã.
Tive problemas no check in.
Location was great.
Paid Parking is not good customer care for any hospitality company.
Close to where we needed to be. Very clean. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful
Bed mattress sunk in a little
The signage to find the site at night was poor. Should clearing state parking not acceptable to PU trucks
Always a clean and comfortable environment and located centrally to things in Knoxville
$25 parking charge should be included in the price of the hotel.
Clean and Comfy - easy check in / check out/ close to UTK
Fire alarm woke us up at 5:00 and housekeeping came before check out.
Had a wonderful stay at the Hampton! The staff was extremely friendly and ensured we had everything for our stay in Knoxville! The hotel is beautiful and clean!
Very good experience! Such a nice staff
Friendly and professional
There is a $25 charge to self park, when I get there, in the rain, the first floor covered parking was filled, there is an uncovered upper deck. But you can not access the hotel from this floor unless you have a room key. So you must trek across the top deck, down the ramp around the corner and into the hotel lobby. Then after you check in, you must go back out to the car (even though you have provided car license number, make and model) to put a placard in your window. But you can ONLY exit the garage with a room key, so seems a bit of overkill.
The TV was small, and the heat A/C unit was a wall unit, So every time it came on you had to turn up the TV. It did have nightlight in the bathroom which I always appreciate. Breakfast was the usual fare but it is served until 10AM. The front desk staff was very pleasant.
No I would not stay there again.
Close walking distance to downtown
Bed was bad
