Godt lille hotel beliggende centralt på en meget trafikeret gennemkørsels vej.
Vi boede 1 uge på værelse 301 med ikke mindre end 3 balkoner, så stort rummeligt værelse med soveværelse + stue.
Lidt slidte gamle møbler men det har også sin charme! Sengen var lidt hård, men OK. Dejligt bad med kar.
Der er mulighed for kaffe/the på værelse og dagligt genopfyldt vandkaraffel.
Morgenmad var god og serveres ved bordet.
Personalet er belevent med meget lune.

Generally very satisfied except for beds! Disappointed again about catering for single friends who are not a ‘couple’

Didn’t get twin beds as requested - sofa bed was just a chaise longue which had to be made up - was very hard and uncomfortable.

Staff is the best in the business! I felt like I was with family. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Location was incredible, close to downtown. Great view from Miradouro! Parking was an added bonus. My special thanks to Diogo, André, João and the lady that served breakfast (sorry, didn't get the name). My second time at this hotel with same employees is a rare thing. Thank you to all. We will be back! Highly recommended!
