Cons:

The air conditionning was not working. This was serious in a room under the roof. They changed the room, to another better room on a lower floor. I did sleep well all three nights (April 6-9)

Beautiful hotel in the best location
Pros:

The best location in the old town. Historic building beautifully restored. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great view into the square. Staff were very nice.

Great location in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The location is superb. In the heart of the old town close to the harbour, restaurants etc

Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

I had an issue with my room but fairly promptly repaired.

During off season bar and restaurant has restricted opening times. Although a fair price to pay as rooms cheaper in off season and the city is very quiet.

Pros:

a beautiful period building with our room overlooking the market square. the staff could not have been more delightful - friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional especially the young waiter who served us breakfast during our stay. Also the people working at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Localização excelente.
Cama confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho e ótimos amenities.
Quando chegamos, tinha uma garrafa de espumante, frutas e castanhas no quarto.
Todos os dias recebíamos uma garrafa de água.
Comida servida no café da manhã era muito boa.

Cons:

Não sei se era pelo fato de todas as janelas estarem sempre fechadas, mas o hotel todo sempre cheirava a comida.
A limpeza do restaurante também poderia ser melhor.
Ficamos no quarto 17. Mesmo já sabendo disso no momento da reserva, a disposição dos móveis é bem estranha.
