a gem in Dubrovnik
Pros:

a beautiful period building with our room overlooking the market square. the staff could not have been more delightful - friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

the room was quite small even though we were upgraded

Pros:

Pros:

The staff was exceptional especially the young waiter who served us breakfast during our stay. Also the people working at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Localização excelente.
Cama confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho e ótimos amenities.
Quando chegamos, tinha uma garrafa de espumante, frutas e castanhas no quarto.
Todos os dias recebíamos uma garrafa de água.
Comida servida no café da manhã era muito boa.

Cons:

Não sei se era pelo fato de todas as janelas estarem sempre fechadas, mas o hotel todo sempre cheirava a comida.
A limpeza do restaurante também poderia ser melhor.
Ficamos no quarto 17. Mesmo já sabendo disso no momento da reserva, a disposição dos móveis é bem estranha.

Gran lugar, gran hospedaje, vale la pena.
Pros:

Desde antes de la llegada, la comuicación del hotel para facilitar mi hospedaje fue fluída y excepcional. La habitación, la ubicación, la atención todo fue perfecto y se complementó con un gran desayno.

Neorganizirano, neprofesionalno osoblje. Izuzetna neurednost restorana. Na stolicama uz sank nabacana gomila pomocnih stvari . Uza zid naslonjeni prljavi partvis i stojeca lopatica. Nedostaje osnovnih stvari. Nemaju caj od mente jer su ga bas sinoc potrosili. I moglo bi se toga jos nabrajati.
Hotel ne zavreduje niti tri zvjezdice, vec zahtijeva kontrole, kako ne bi sramotio hrvatski turizam.

Excellent choice for historical, well appointed hotel in the centre of old Dubrovnik
Pros:

Fantastic high end hotel, located in the centre of old Dubrovnik right by the historic market square. Friendly, helpful, well appointed rooms, great service, clean. Was very quiet while we were there but it was out of season; I can imagine you'd probably be keeping windows closed in peak season, given the location.

朝食が美味しかったです。卵料理、フレンチトースト、フルーツ盛り合わせ、シリアルなどなどから選べて良かったです。
設備が古いけれど、それはそれで味わい深く、ゆったりとできました。
観光へのアクセスも良く、快適でした
