Pulito, personale gentilissimo e cordiale
Matterei un po’ di colori all ingresso e nei corridoi sembra un po’ monotono eppure Firenze è una città viva e vivace
El hotel tiene buena cama, colchón y almohadas para dormir bien. La ducha grande y es muy cómodo.
El desayuno es de calidad acorde a 4 estrellas. Personal amable y atento. Muy cerca de la estación de Santa Novella y se puede ir andando al centro.
La zona de alrededor del hotel por la noche es un poco decadente. Da un poco de miedo ir al hotel.

Localización para mi muy buena a ocho minutos de Santa María Novella.
Parada del tranvía a tres minutos q es el q te lleva directo al aeropuerto.
El único problema y menor, fue que la habitación olía un poco a desagüe

Cama muy grande y cómoda, con varias almohadas. La ubicación muy práctica a la hora de coger el tranvía dirección aeropuerto. Personal muy amable . Contantemente te encontrabas personal limpiando, regando..... El hotel es antiguo pero se nota que ha tenido una reforma completa no hace mucho. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses pero no sé veía ambiente raro. Si es verdad que se veía bastante vigilancia en la zona. Militar, carabineri, policía local....
A mí no me suele molestar, tolero bien el tema de los ruidos. Pero para alguien un poco más sensible el tema de escuchar los trenes puede ser algo negativo. Se escucha muy poco. Pero algo se escucha.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, short walk into town. Great car parking. Free 24 hour access to coffee machine. Cheap beer and wine available. Excellent breakfast with a vast variety of fresh food. Large rooms with a great size balcony.
