The rooms were spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, offering a level of comfort that made returning after a long day of sightseeing a real treat. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — extremely helpful, warm, and genuinely friendly, going out of their way to make our stay special.

Közel a belvároshoz, szerényen felszerelt szoba, gyenge reggelivel. A mi szobánk a lift mellett volt és zajos. A felettünk lévő szoba fürdőszobájából csöpögött a víz az álmennyezetre. Érkezéskor rögzítették a bankkártyánk adatait, ami eddig sohasem volt gyakorlat, azt mondták, a szálloda elvárása.

Un weekend fantastico
Pros:

La camera era molto spaziosa, il letto grande e anche il bagno grande e con una doccia molto ampia. La vista dalla camera dava sul parcheggio interno dell’hotel, sicuramente un plus per chi viaggia in auto. La struttura internamente è molto bella. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, ha accontentato le nostre richieste. La struttura si trova a 650 mt dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti a piedi. La sera la zona tra la Stazione e l’Hotel è un pò isolata, però ci è sembrata tranquilla. La colazione ottima e con una vasta scelta. Un soggiorno davvero bello! A nostro parere ottima qualità-prezzo!!

Cons:

Giusto un pò il rientro serale a piedi dalla Stazione all’Hotel, anche se comunque la zona è illuminata e ci sono anche altri hotel nei dintorni e passa anche il tram

Buona base per Firenze
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione, comoda per raggiungere il treno e non molto lontana dal centro storico. La camera singola aveva buone dimensioni. Rispetto ad altre strutture di Firenze mi è sembrato che abbia un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Forse l'aspetto della camera era un po' spoglio. Comunque era dotata di tutto quello che serve. La zona attorno all'albergo è un po' deserta ma come dicevo con una camminata di 10-15 minuti si arriva in centro.
