Pros:

Delightful staff and convenient location
Pros:

The personnel were, without exception, competent, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room itself was basic, but comfortable. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a definite plus.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing between rooms.

Clean room in a great location close to the train station. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very helpful with recommendations once we arrived.
