Pros:

The friendly atmosphere and staff being essentially nice & providing excellent customer service

Cons:

The bathroom was full of roaches and a hole was in the wall where you could see they were crawling from
The chairs were awfully dirty & it smelled like mold

Did not stay upon arrival.
Pros:

I did not stay because the facility was dirty. The location was fine, and the gentleman helping us was fine.

Cons:

The sheets, chairs, and carpets were dirty.I just couldn’t stay there because everything down to the elevator was filthy. Many doors had small holes or chips in them as well.

Disgusting Poor Experience and NO ONE Should Pay for that service

I only liked the location

Cons:

The room was nasty, bed had brown stains in it. Front desk was non communicative and rude. Didn't care to be helpful just took our keys and didn't ask us what was wrong or offer us another accommodation we demanded to be moved from the filth we were put in. We never received money back or a free complimentary stay for having to move rooms two times in the middle of the night due to poor room cleanliness and comfort.

Disgusting and should be shut down
Pros:

There was nothing enjoyable at this hotel. It was broken down, poorly lit, smelly, and falling apart. Staff and general manager were rude.

Cons:

Staff was rude and smelled of BO, the room was falling apart and had black mold at the baseboards, the rest of the hotel was very unclean and dirty. The room felt unsafe (door didn’t lock) and had dirty sheets and counters upon entering. Absolutely disgusting.

Cheap place to stay get what you pay for
Pros:

It was clean and easy to get to there was no pool and tge pull out bed was broken and they wouldn't come fix it like they said they would

There was no pool
The tv only had like 8 channels
The pull out bed broke they don't offer to fix it or move us

Horrible!
Pros:

Everything was stained and stinky. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Sheets, walls and towels were stained. Very high humidity in the rooms.

The Twilight Zone
Pros:

It was quiet.

Cons:

The rooms had a not so pleasant smell. Had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working, there were no pillows on the bed, furniture wasn't clean. Carpet had noticeable stains. The new room refrigerator was too small, when you sat on the bed, it would lift up from the rails. Limited channels on the television. Asked for extra towels & wash cloths, was told laundry wasn't done at the moment.
