Worst experience I’ve had in Charleston
Pros:

Location near different places

Cons:

Staff was rude, room wasn’t up clean tv didn’t work and pull out bed was dirty l. Went to get more sheets and the front office said they were going to bring them up but never did & had other people hair in shower

This hotel have bed bugs and I had to change my room 4 time in one night I will never stay there again and I don’t recom

First time in 40 years of staying in hotels, this one did NOT provide soap or shampoo. Bathroom on f

Locaation, close to interstate highway.

Cons:

I needed to do laundry, coin operated machine were there, however I didn't have quarters. Front desk didn't have any either. They suggested I walk down to gas station, they didn't have any either. I drove to laundrymat 7 miles from hotel. Either have change at front desk or place a "change" machine in laundry room for guests to get quarters.

Room outdated. First room smelled and tub leaked. Move to a new room. Beds old outdated chairs stained bedsheets stained. Rooms for mist part clean. Paint in bathroom peeling. Very dated needs updating.

The smell was horrible made my stay very uncomfortable and the bad smell gave me a headache and made me feel sick my whole entire three nights there I loved this hotel the very first time i stayed there last year after this recent experience i probably wont be staying again

Very disappointed
Pros:

When I arrived I was not welcomed I was only asked for my name and id. When my parents and I got to the room there was only enough towels for two people and no bedding for the sofa bed. The lamps in the living room didn’t work. The tv in the living room didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for bedding the sofa bed and told that there was only two bath towels I was literally handed one bath towel and a flat sheet. No fitted sheet and no blankets and no face cloths
