I don’t think I’ll be staying there anymore. I was disappointed. The picture on line was not the same. The other hotels

The T.V wasn’t working. I’ve never in my life even as a kid stayed at a hotel and didn’t have T.V I ordered a king size bed on line and when I got to the hotel the employee told me they don’t have any more. So I had to settle. I wasn’t up but I was a little disappointed.
The breakfast was horrible and the floor i stayed on was strong smell of marijuana.

The WiFi had a horribly weak signal. The TV was hard to operate and only had 6-7 channels none of which were networks. The noise from someone stomping around in the room above us kept us up most of night. The Breakfast consisted of watered down apple and orange juice, The milk for cold cereal was spoiled. There was no eggs or toast, bagels or muffins, which are the usual breakfast stuff at a hotel. When I brought these short comings the girls at the front desk they didn’t care and blew me off!!

Cons:

The desk clerk was nice and professional but the room was very dirty and the elevator was broken. Only one ice maker works and it's on the top floor.

Overall, a solid 7. Not bad but not my first choice to stay.. just a quick in and out.

The property was close to the hospital and downtown for my contract, front desk friendly.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovations. The rooms are outdated as a whole, the bathrooms as well. It’s not overall bad property but it needs renovations. I stayed for a week and every night I could hear the guests on the other room, very loud. The walls are paper thin as you could hear everything. The sheets need a little more cleaning. The commode didn’t want to flush good, also the television only has 4 channels in total to watch.

Worst experience I’ve had in Charleston
Pros:

Location near different places

Cons:

Staff was rude, room wasn’t up clean tv didn’t work and pull out bed was dirty l. Went to get more sheets and the front office said they were going to bring them up but never did & had other people hair in shower
