Hidden Gem!
Pros:

What a great experience with an amazing staff. Room was great and well equipped for a short or long stay. A special shout out to Aldo, the bartender, who was so attentive and we had a great conversation our last night. Perfect spot for before and/or after dinner cocktails and coffee.

Excellent choice for Bologna city vacation
Pros:

This hotel is very centrally located with short walking distance to most tourist sites in the city center. The hotel is modern and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. The internet was fast and the desk can be used for some work. There was not a view from this room, but that did not matter as we did not spend much time there. The breakfast was fantastic. I don't think they could fit a better selection of different types of food in that little space space and always fresh. This is not a large hotel with many rooms, so even if the dining area is small it was never full when we ate. Attentive and smiling personnel both in the reception and at breakfast. There is an elevator for to get up and down with luggage, which is not always a given in these old city hotels. The walls might be a bit thin, but not something that bothered us. Even though it is centrally place, you could get very close with a taxi. Only 20m to walk and easy to use both taxi and uber from the location. Many good places to eat nearby, including shopping. Highly recommended for both couples, families as well as for business.

Great stay in modern, clean hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan. Reception staff super helpful looking after bags and sharing info regarding local area.

Our room was on the third floor. Quiet as per my request. Very clean and modern.

Great location, super close to restaurants, bars, markets and major sites in the old city. Would stay again.
