Obligatoria ya que el evento al que iba era en ese hotel
Cons:

La comida era demasiado cara para la calidad que ofrecían las camas duras las almohadas igual y los cobertores demasiado pesados la calefacción nunca funcionó solo aventaba aire frío , el agua embotellada no fue surtida cómo prometieron un contacto no funcionaba y en el servicio al cuarto trataron de obtener más propina de la que ya venía incluida en el servicio el personal de check in fue amable hasta que solicité que me llevaran las maletas al cuarto y todos actuaron cómo si pedir eso no fuera normal el olor el primer día tanto en elevadores cómo el restaurante era insoportable pero cuando lo mencionaba todos contestaban que no olía a nada y no estoy segura de que el taxi que solicité en el hotel realmente era un servicio de taxi o un particular

Ich habe an zwei Tagen jeweils eingecheckt und beide Male hat es extrem lange gedauert. Lange Wartezeiten, wenig Personal beim Check in sowie gefühlt alles manuell

Estadía en el DF agradable y cómoda en el Hotel Barcelo
Pros:

Con muy buenas instalaciones, el personal muy amable , cualquier servicio a la habitación es atendido de manera muy eficiente. El desayuno muy bien, la ubicación excelente.

Bien mais des détails agaçants qui peuvent être évités.

Bon emplacement et bonne taille des chambres.

Cons:

Très peu de personnes dans le personnel parlent anglais…
Passer commande en room service relève de l’expédition ! La touche de raccourcis du téléphone pour le room service n’oriente pas au bon endroit. La personne ne vous transfer e pas et dans la deuxième chambre de me deuxième nuit Il n’y avait pas le menu dans la chambre. Bref très compliqué de commander à manger….
