Excelente experiencia. Desde el check-in el personal fue atento y profesional. La habitación estaba impecable, bien insonorizada y con una cama muy cómoda.Ubicación facilita moverse sin complicaciones. Sin duda regresaría.

Depois de passar por 10h de voo, e chegar em um hotel, nada melhor que ter uma boa cama e banheiro, mas tive a infelicidade de no dia que cheguei e na manha seguinte de tomar banho frio......e a temperatura no dia estava em 15graus.

Magnífico fin de semana en camino real
Pros:

Todo fue increíble, la habitación en condiciones excelentes y una vista panorámica desde el cuarto piso sorprendente.

Cons:

El único detalle es que el camarista no realizo el aseo por la mañana y cuando volví al hotel a las 4:00pm a descansar fue a tocar más de una vez para realizar el aseo lo cual no me agradó, fuera de eso fue excelente

The service is very slow and sometimes scamming although people look nice. The facilities are fine and the area is quite

The breakfast is nice, the bed is comfortable, the internet works good.
Also they had iron in the room, nice working TV and tea/coffee.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have windows that open so there is no fresh air.
Also they don’t have adapters for socket to borrow so I needed to borrow hairdryer as it is not available by default in a room. The worst part was once I asked for it, I had to wait for two hours, call several times and go downstairs to remind them about it.
Also I had another unpleasant situation with the laundry: I gave them my clothes, they never advised my it should be prepaid and promised to deliver it on the next day. Passed two days, I had to check out, nobody reminded me or brought my laundry. I had to go downstairs, paid for it and it resulted that they charged me more for it. I noticed it once I was in a room and called to check it. They came after two calls to my room and gave me back the overcharge. So overall if you don’t notice and are not attentive, expect scamming in this hotel.
