Cons:

Ran down. Dirty walls, room smelled like mildew, stains on sofa, screen door broken, sink clogged, hot tub was not hot, facility looked old with paint chipping. Housekeeping does a poor job, there were old beverage cup marks on the tv stand. I was not impressed at all.

Pros:

Nothing went well, besides the room view to the ocean somewhat.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The floors were dirty and full of sand, there were no extra towels, and there was no quilt or even a small throw blanket for the extra bed. The coffee machine didn’t work, neither did the toaster or the microwave.

The bathtub was clogged, and I had to inform the owner to send someone to fix it, which she did promptly. However, our first shower was extremely unpleasant due to the dirty water coming up from the pipe.

There was no toilet paper besides the single roll on the holder. There were no cleaning products, not even a small sponge for the kitchen. The kitchen silverware and pans were in terrible condition — dirty, greasy, and clearly not washed. We had to clean everything before using it. There were also no trash bags.

On top of all this, my son’s cellphone was damaged after getting soaked because we woke up to water leaking through the wall from the upstairs room. The smell and appearance made it clear the water was coming from the upstairs bathroom.

We informed the owner about all these issues, and the only response we received was: “I’m sorry for the experience.” This is completely unacceptable for someone renting a room and advertising that everything works and that amenities are provided, when in reality nothing worked and we had to spend extra money to fix my son’s phone, as well as being forced to eat out because the kitchen appliances were unusable — not even a simple coffee machine worked.

The entire hotel was consistently dirty, and the pool was definitely not clean enough to use, which we never did.

Overall, this stay was totally unacceptable and absolutely not a place I would ever stay again or recommend to anyone.

Second year in a row that we stayed and loved it
Pros:

Loved how clean and safe it was and the view was amazing

Cons:

Picnic tables by grill weren’t able to be used after grilling , but we made it work by eating inside of our room

Inside is updated and clean. Comfortable beds and clean pool.

Cons:

No tea offered. No coffee or tea in the reception area. Staff didn’t care that there was no tea. Said only coffee in the rooms.
