Arrival time scheduled for 3 PM, and at 3:45 arrival room was not fully ready. Bathroom door did not fully shut, mattress was worn and we could feel its springs. Entire room was wet with moisture and dehumidifier did not seem to do its job even with the air conditioner running. I felt as if I had to wear shower shoes on the carpet because it felt waterlogged.

It wan’t anything fancy but it was perfect for what we needed. The website pictures of the rooms were accurate, comfortable beds and very clean. Staff were very pleasant, engaging and helpful for places to dine or adventures to try in our stay! We were here for a concert at the Melody Tent and wanted a place to stay rather than traveling back 2 hrs home. It was the perfect fit! Chairs outside the room on the deck allowed us to enjoy the summer’s night in a full moon view!
No set parking for the room selected for us. We had to park further away from the area we were at, after having to circle around a few times to find a place closest to the room.
I was quoted a price of $ 149.00 per night. The carpet in the room was soaking wet and there was an industrial hot air rug dryer device running the entire time. I was actually charged $ 429.00 for 2 nights. I never took my sneakers off. If you happen to stay here book directly and check the room out before you pay. Also its a Welfare Hotel.

Overall the location was clean. The pools were great, hot tub was luke warm. Rooms were clean. Location was easy to get to and in an overall good area easy to get to things like Dunkin', dining in both directions. Parking was a little tricky but we always found a spot. View from our room was great but no screen so the window couldn't remain open for the breeze.
Check in is super strict 3pm on the dot staff wont look at you before then. Beds are rock hard, if you like a super firm mattress its for you other wise you will toss and turn all night like I did. Blankets were very clear but very scratchy. Pillows were meh. We had a upper bay view, no screen in the window so we didnt leave it open incase something bird or bug flew in so that was disappointing. Upon check out, I had wanted to ask a question, I rang the bell in the lobby an employee walked past twice looked at me and said nothing, nothing at all. Not I will get someone or come back later just nothing dead silence.
