Incredibly affordable for a great experience, Inn and community met all of my needs.
Pros:

I was in town for an interview and if I get a call for a second round this is where I’ll stay! Lenny and his staff are fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet hours are very strictly enforced. Pools were clean!

Cons:

It is on the Main Street, which is a little busy. But once you’re in your room you don’t even notice! Great recommendations from the staff and a lot of places to eat/get coffee. Sidewalks for a good walk in either direction.

The property exceeded my expectations and the location is nice.
Pros:

Exceeding my expectations. Had a heated pool and hot tub, a cute view of the water, a separate fridge and freezer (which I appreciate), the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Wish the pool stayed open later and I could hear the people upstairs when they walked around, nothing unbearable especially for the price.

Location was just what we needed, the price was affordable and we totally were able to relax and feel safe.
Pros:

Location of room, we felt safe leaving slider door open while we slept. Birds and ocean sounds were so nice. Drove in from Berkshires and a bit before check in time, front desk expedited our check in. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Nothing, it suited all of our needs.

Beautiful view
Pros:

Beautiful view right outside our window. Very friendly staff, especially Lenny the manager. Very quick to solve any problems. Good place to stay for a few nights. Good central location. Wonderful firepit and pool amenties.

Horrible! Do not stay here!!!
Pros:

We are ending our vacation early! This is by far the worst I have ever seen. The very first full day we went to PTown for a few hours and came back to our room to relax after walking for hours, we wanted to open our window because it’s beautiful outside and come to find out the window locks are broken and there’s no screen. We could’ve been robbed and or something could’ve happened our first night sleeping here. Our safety is on the line here. I decided to go down to the office and complain, the lady flat out looked at me in my face after my complaints and said “that not the reason you are leaving” ma’am, but our life is in jeopardy, our window to the porch doesn’t lock and someone could easily slide it open and break in while we are sleeping or out.
I have been working in the hotel industry for years, this is absolutely NOT okay at all.
The AC has holes to where you can see outside and there’s unfinished paint on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Good deal for the price
Pros:

I've stayed here 6 or 7 times over the past few years. Compared to other places on the Cape this place is a good value for the price. It is centrally located and the accommodations are typically good.
