Great place to stay, wonderful staff and an affordable spot for family trips.
Pros:

The rooms and property were clean and comfortable. The beds were a little stiff, but I still slept well. The in room coffee supplies were a little stale. The pool room was wonderful, very clean, kept warm and jacuzzi was very enjoyable. Outside pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were super nice, and very helpful when I locked my key in the room. The location is great , short drive right into Hyannis. Also an easy walk over to some restaurants

Cons:

I do wish that the common room was stocked with snacks, the vending machines were empty, but that could be because it was off season. Would like a better coffee station in rooms, the supplies were a little stale. Maybe a keurig in the common room would be nice.

The Cape Sands is a good value. The care and concern of the staff was exceptional.

The staff was exceptional, especially Liz! Any problems or concerns were addressed immediately. The room was pleasant and comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet is outdated and dirty. It could use a good shampoo or replacement.

Good accommodations in a popular spot to call home base on the cape.
Pros:

Nice room, easy parking. Pool if you choose: indoor and out. Great views if you are on the back of the inn.

It was a great location with many places to eat. The cape cod mall was great.
