Very clean hotel room
Pros:

I only gave a lower score due to the people above us being loud all night, walking around, dropping stuff and I'll keep the other things I could hear PG. Not the hotels fault but the noise ordnance I don't think was enforced. Thankfully the air conditioner/heater gave some white noise. It was a bummer that the inside pool and hot tub were closed. Also not vonvenient the the ice machine was across the parking lot. It would of been nice to have one closer. Over all though the bed, pillows and linens were very comfy. If we ever stayed there again I think I'd choose the top floor so we don't hear all that noise again. I'd love to have been able to stay when it was a bit warmer and the fire pit was lit. We stayed in Room #173 and it was basically right out the back slider.

Not the best, not the worst.
Pros:

We stayed for one night on our way to Boston. The hotel was pretty much empty (due to inclement weather) but we were put in a room next to other guests who checked in later. The room had an adjoining door (which was locked), but you could hear every single sound that came from the room. We are pretty sure that the guest brought a hooker back to his room and we could hear the going at it until 4am. Why they put the only guests in the hotel right next door to each other, when so many other rooms were available is beyond me. Also have agree with the other reviews that the photographs are a total catfish also. Having said that, the staff on reception were helpful and welcoming and the hotel is placed in a good area for getting around.

The hotel reception was closed when I arrived at 10pm. I gave them a phone call, and they said the reception is closed for the night.

Okay clean room
Pros:

Clean room and hot water 💦 working. TV was easy to use too

Will stay here again!
Pros:

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Fresh and clean sheets. Clean room.

One of my worst hotel experiences
Pros:

Beds were neat and comfortable and clean

Cons:

TV was blurry some of the towels and wash cloths in the room where very dirty they put us next to people that we could hear when there was multiple other rooms open where no one would have been next to us we can hear the people through the door in the room next to us loud and
clear. Sharp item that poked me was found on the chair

Cons:

Room wasn't the cleanest. The shower wasn't cleaned well and the shower curtain was very dirty on the bottom. All of the towels and wash cloths had stains on them and the bed was hard as a rock.

It was the perfect place for me to be on that visit; would stay again if back in Hyannis.
Pros:

Room was very clean and well appointed. Bathroom a little data but very clean and functional. Location was very convenient and well located. As well, the motel allowed me to leave my car there a while during the day after I'd checked out. The front deck woman was very nice, efficient and helpful finding me a nearby place for dinner.

Cons:

The room not very soundproof as I could hear next-door walking/stomping around, banging , singing of Christmas songs, etc while trying to sleep. To be fair, I had a very early departure and had retired early and they were within the quire hours limit set.

Nice sized room - ready when we arrived - great location to a lot of wonderful restaurants!
Pros:

Sometimes they don’t provide an extra mirror, outside of bathroom……this room had a wonderful room to use to do makeup/hair while husband is showering! The one thing that I missed was an outlet in close proximity! Luckily, I always pack an extension cord for just this reason for blow driers and/or curling irons!
