Check in, staff were horrible, though it was confirmed that part of the issue was booking.com as they mixed up my last name, which is weird because they are Dutch.. Carpet stains in our second room.
The rooms are wonderful, very comfortable and clean. The location is amazing, very convenient to everything.
The only thing was that the street facing rooms are a bit noisy with the night clubs and people on the street.
It had a great view of the city and harbour :)

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
It was difficult to find information about the hotel. I couldn't scan the QR codes. There were insects in the bathroom.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
There was no complimentary water in our room. We assumed that the water in the fridge was the complimentary water, so we used it only to be called and told that we didn't let them know we had used the mini bar. This was pretty poor considering this was the only water in the room. They charged us for it anyway.

2歳半の子連れだったのでジェットバス付きのバスタブがついてるのは良かった。
電子レンジもリクエストしておくと、部屋に設置してくれていたのでご飯の温めなどに利用できて助かった。

Sauna innen ist das Holz sehr veraltet.
Das Zimmer Bodenteppich hat Flecken (veraltet)
Aussenpool die Wasserpumpe ist sehr laut, Tip: müsste das Wellenlager ersetzt werden, oder die Pumpe.
