The hotel is very clean, with spacious, well-kept rooms. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was traveling alone, and every morning they made me feel completely at ease. The location is excellent, and I have no complaints at all

Room service was terrible. Took too long for in room dining to arrive and then had big piece of plastic in the one of the meals. Also ordered 2 x cocktails at poolside dining, they took 50 minutes to arrive, with the excuse of they were busy. Both orders were refunded which was some compensation.

The room was clean well-appointed and spacious. We were very happy with the breakfast, nothing was too much trouble and the location was fantastic, easy walk to everything we needed
The room was quite expensive and I would have expected free parking provided especially as the car park was nowhere near full.
The breakfast was amazing and service was well above board. I couldn’t review this hotel any higher as I’m already looking to book my next trip with the same company. I hope all their hotels are at the standard truly amazing.
