I had the most amazing weekend at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino and could not fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team were absolutely amazing — warm, welcoming and incredibly professional, making check-in seamless and stress-free.
My room was immaculately clean, beautifully presented and the spectacular views were a real highlight.
The pool area was incredible and the perfect place to relax.
Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino for making our stay so seamless and enjoyable. The level of care and service truly made this an amazing weekend, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The hotel was amazing in terms of its location; it is very close to the marina where the tours set out, and there are great restaurants on the way, such as Ollie’s Italian.
The breakfast was an à la carte service offered by the Merchant Café, which is located between the hotel and the casino on the ground floor. The options were very limited—only 11 items (you can check the photos). Although the food was tasty, the dishes were very basic and quite similar to one another. When I ordered more food, the staff responded with comments like, “Are you sure you can finish it?” I completely understand their zero-waste policy; however, their attitude was shocking and very rude. When I asked for a half portion or a mixed plate, they were not helpful at all in customising the order on the very first day.
The small café did not meet my expectations for a so-called five-star hotel. I think the manager should visit other brunch cafés and compare what they offer. If we had stayed for just a couple of days, it might have been okay, but for six days, the options were extremely disappointing. They should offer pastries such as croissants or cookies, as well as pancakes, etc. The menu is also not attractive for kids. There was a couple staying with children, and the kids were asking for cereal and chocolate, which of course were not on the menu.
Another issue was that the rooms are old. You cannot connect your Netflix account to the TVs, and overall, the rooms need to be modernised as they feel a bit outdated.
The last issue is that although they offer items such as mouthwash, cotton swabs, or complimentary water, you need to call reception to request them. Why aren’t these items already left in the room? Why should the customer have to ask for basic amenities?
