The room was very good, comfortable and very clean, staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, as was the service.

It was a decent hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location was good, close to the marina where I went for an excursion to the reef.

Cons:

It said I should get a drink voucher, I never received that. Also I put my card out for the "Go Green" initiative and even though they never cleaned my room, I was told I couldn't get the credit because I didn't call the front desk. Really? You never cleaned my room.

Pros:

The amenities and location were fantastic.

Cons:

We noticed the price of the room was $239 a night online, we were charged over $340, I showed the Clark at the front desk and he had no interest in adjusting the price to suit the online advertised price, very bluntly.
Because of this we will not be returning to your facility again.
Absolutely ruined the occasion. .

Smells like mould everywhere you walk. Rooms are very tired. Lots of deteriorating areas. Pool area there is steel that is rusting everywhere.

Great weekend away in the sun!
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and stylish. Fantastic bathroom and shower. Loved the separate toilet!!

Cons:

The Merchant Cafe was very slow to take orders and produce food. Their staff service and wait time was the only disappointing feature of my stay.

Feeling important from moment arrived until I left ( customer service open door offer bags)
Breakfast was great
Pool was also nice

Cons:

That the blind/shutters the slide doors one knob broke unable to close /so room wasn’t dark
