It’s a joke they don’t hear the pool with all the money they would be making
Friendly staff, easy check in, very clean and comfortable
No milk or water supplied, we had to ask reception to bring up milk and needed to purchase water from the bar.
アラカルトの朝食が抜群に美味しい！ビュッフェじゃないホテルが珍しく、少し不安だったのですが、種類も多く、どれも美味しく、最早ビュッフェには戻れません。また、部屋が広く、テーブルがある程度広いのも良かったです。ジャグジーも最高で、何よりスタッフの皆様が本当に親切でとても良い時間を過ごせました。

I liked the room layout and the location of the hotel.
There was a significant delay with our room not being ready from 2:00 pm onwards. To apologise, we were offered drink vouchers, but unfortunately, this wasn't an appropriate solution for our family. We were travelling with our 11-year-old son, and my husband doesn't drink alcohol, so the vouchers were of no use to us. We would have appreciated a more suitable gesture, considering the inconvenience we experienced.
Another disappointment was the housekeeping service. Every day before leaving our room, we placed the "Please Clean My Room" notice on the door. However, each time we returned, our room had not been serviced. This happened every single day of our stay. We had expected the room to be cleaned and refreshed daily, so it was very disappointing to come back each afternoon to find nothing had been done.

１）スタッフさんが時間にルーズ。オンライン会議に間に合うようにチェックインをお願いしており、OKと言いながら間に合わなかった。何度も催促したがOKOKで結局間に合わなかった。ビジネスコーナーはうるさくて会議ができるような場所ではなかった。
２）広い612の部屋で両親にくつろいでもらおうと予約したが、ゴキブリは出るし、コバエは出るし、清潔とは言えない状況でとても残念だった。
