The Front Office staff & concierge couldn’t have been nicer always there to help & beautiful smiles.

最終日、お昼には空港に行かないといけない中で、朝食のオーダーをしてから提供されるまでに30分以上かかってしまい、いらいらしてしまいました。
オーダーが通ったか確認した際も、準備してますとの事だったが、絶対にオーダーを通し忘れてた。私より後に来た人にも料理は提供されていたので。
Great location close to the wharf and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rooms were well designed & laid out. Full of good light.
The reception area layout is awkward with the staff sitting at desks. Weird and keeps u standing in front of the desk rather than using the even weirder low chair in front.
Some of staff were surly & lacking in friendliness at reception especially but also at the restaurant.
The rooms are getting tired: missing paint, shutters that were no longer on their tracks, lack get fittings hanging out of the ceiling etc.
I love this hotel. We visit every year. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the cleaning.
For 4 days nobody bothered to vacuum or change the sheets on our bed. After 4 days I said something and they finally did it.. I really shouldn't have to say anything.
Besides that I still love it. The pool area is nice and relaxing with plenty of deck chairs.
I felt welcomed and comfortable at all times during my stay. The staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and had everything I needed.

・カフェでの朝食は種類も多く、どれもおいしかった。スタッフもフレンドリーだった。
・エスプラネードにもリーフターミナルまでも徒歩圏内でとても便利な立地だった。
・カジノが併設されており、夜も楽しく過ごすことができた。
