The location

Cons:

Wet sheets on the bed. No spa salts/ bubbles. Paint flaking off the walls. No spare blanket. Damp robes. Not enough power points in the bathroom
The room service menu is missing leading. I ordered a piece of cake with ice cream and I got a thin slice of cake
We booked in for my birthday and I was left disappointed I expected 5 star
