Pros:

Toller Service sowohl beim Empfang wie auch im Restaurant. Speziell möchte ich die zuvorkommende Bedienung von Paul erwähnen. BRAVO !

Gutes Hotel mit schlechter checken Policy
Pros:

Hotel wurde wegen der Lage eines Festivals gewählt. Hotel ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung und jeder sollte etwas finden.
Parkplatz Preis ist ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Einziger sehr negativer Punkt ist das einchecken, daher auch ein Stern Abzug. Offiziell ist 15 Uhr eincheckzeit. Ich war 1,5 Stunden früher da, da das Festival früh anfing. Obwohl das Zimmer fertig war bekam ich keinen Schlüssel, außer ich bezahle 26 Euro für frühes einchecken. Das finde ich eine Frechheit, um eine Tasche abzustellen und habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Etwas Kullanz wäre hier angemessen und ein guter Service, insbesondere bei einem Zimmerpreis von 150 Euro/Nacht.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, - liebe Grüße besonders an Anna - die Gegend ist super ruhig und viel Natur drum herum. Auch das Hotelzimmer war komfortabel, zwar ein bisschen 80ger Jahre Flair und leider ohne Kühlschrank, aber durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist das zweitrangig. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!
