Servicio no estuvo a la altura
Pros:

Teníamos una boda en Forte dei Marmi y reservamos taxi a través del hotel en el momento de hacer el checkin. El día de la boda bajamos vestidas de boda para coger el taxi y desde recepción nos comunican que finalmente no había disponibilidad de taxis para ese momento. No nos avisaron. Encontrarte en esa situación en un hotel de cuarto estrellas me parece lamentable. Entiendo que no hubiera disponibilidad de taxi pero deberían de haberlo comunicado en cuanto lo supieron y no esperar a que llegara el día. Ni si quiera se disculparon trataron de llamar en ese momento y y nada. Por suerte lo pudimos gestionar por nuestra cuenta viajando con otros invitados. El buffet y la comida estaban muy buenos. Pero si eliges comer en el hotel, ten en cuenta que entre primer plato y segundo se puede hacer la digestión. Pedimos un agua extra que no llegaron a servir con el calorazo que hacía y estuvimos esperando mucho rato.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, in ottima posizione, con la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e di utilizzare la piscina panoramica sul tetto dell'edificio. Ottimo il buffet della colazione.

La signora titolare poi siamo entrambi in camera c'erano 30 gradi e mio marito perché del mestiere ha dovuto aggiustare l'aria condizionata.... non ho parole

Zen Hotel is an immaculately maintained hotel in a residential area so it’s nice and quiet at night but within easy acce
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, efficient and friendly staff, great location. Breakfast selection is excellent. Ten minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes.

The pool area was very quiet while we were there so it was perfect. The pool itself is not deep but it’s a godsend in the heat.

Five minutes walk to bus stop, a short ride to Forte dei Marmi (5* resorts & high end shopping). Fifteen minute ride into Pietrasanta train station and from there Pisa and Florence are easily accessible.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great. Ideal for a peaceful break away.

Un hôtel confortable dans un endroit calme avec la mer proche
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre confortable. Il y a un restaurant appréciable hors de la période touristique.
Le parking privé est accessible via un ascenseur à voiture en demandant l'accès à la réception . Accessoires de toilette très complet
