Soggiorno da ripetere.
Pros:

Struttura ottima. Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Camera inaspettata, decisamente spaziosa e ariosa. Servizi perfetti e completi. Ci ritorneremo.

Cons:

Non ci sono cose che non sono piaciute, forse una maggior precisione nelle pulizie. Ma proprio per trovar qualcosa che è da perfezionare. Per il resto tutto ok. Grazie per la gentilezza direi.

Luxe bijkomen
Pros:

Heerlijk luxe bijkomen! De kamer was groot en het ontbijt is echt heel compleet. Het zwembadje op het dak is heerlijk met aan de ene kant uitzicht op de zee en de andere kant op de bergen.

Cons:

Wij waren niet gewend aan de Italiaanse strandcultuur; je kan niet met een handdoek aan het strand gaan liggen. Je moet een bedje huren of gaan rijden met de auto. Behalve het strand is er in de omgeving verder niet zo veel te doen. Wij hadden gekozen voor 4 losse bedden maar 2 van de bedden waren een slaapbank. Dat was niet duidelijk bij het boeken en vonden wij ook een beetje tegenvallen voor een prijzig hotel als dit.

Soggiorno molto rilassante.
Pros:

La struttura è molto curata ed ha un personale professionale. La posizione è ottima e tranquilla. La colazione è molto valida sia per qualità che assortimento. Magnifica la piscina ed il solarium panoramico con vista mare. Molto buono anche l’arredamento. Utile anche il parcheggio sotterraneo raggiungibile mediante elevatore.

Cons:

Le camere non sono molto ampie. Il materasso del nostro letto era molliccio.

A lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Super location and lovely attention to detail in every element of this hotel. From the great amenities in the room (Marvis toothpaste and Prorasso shaving cream and special kids toiletry sets) to the incredible breakfast selection, I’ve never seen a breakfast set up like it in my 22 years of travelling around Italy! Super comfortable beds and a lovely quiet balcony. A special mention to the lady that checked us in, I asked for some pizza recommendations for my kids, I came back to a printed list of local places. Such a classy touch!

Widespread ant infestation and aggressively hostile staff
Cons:

We woke up to find our room completely infested, with hundreds of ants pouring directly out of the structural walls and swarming our bed and open luggage. This is clearly a widespread property issue, as we actually witnessed other guests picking ants off their own clothes during breakfast.

When we reported this severe hygiene hazard, the staff's behavior was shockingly aggressive. Rather than apologizing or helping, staff members actually entered our room and began yelling at us while my girlfriend was still sleeping. They completely denied reality, absurdly claiming there were "only 2 or 3 ants" despite hundreds of them being clearly visible all over the room.

In a desperate attempt to deflect blame for their building's structural infestation, they falsely accused us of causing it and loudly declared that eating or drinking in the rooms is strictly prohibited at this hotel (which we had not done anyway).

In over 10 years of using Booking.com, this is the very first time I have ever needed to contact customer service for an escalation. The complete lack of basic sanitation and the appalling, hostile way we were treated by the management ruined our vacation.
