Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walking distance to the Prado Museum. Due to a booking error, we received an upgrade to a better room at the original price.
We had two rooms and unfortunately the bathrooms were not cleaned very well.

Staff we so friendly room was fabulous. We had the rooftop with a pool.
There was scaffolding up, which was a shame but could not be helped. The hotel let us know in advance and offered a small discount.
