Lovely location when visiting Madrid.
Pros:

Great location we walked everywhere. Rooms were quiet no traffic noise.,

Cons:

A couple of us had bad smells from the bathroom. We did tell the hotel.

Top Lage und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Aufgrund der Baustelle an der Fassade rund ums Hotel erhielten wir ein upgrade, was professionell und unkompliziert realisiert wurde! Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!
Das Hotel war komplett mit Folie "umwickelt", sodass keine Aussicht auf die Straße gegeben war. Arbeitszeiten wurden an den timetable der Gäste angepasst und der Geräuschpegel der Arbeiten war absolut nicht störend.

Cons:

Das offene Bad war im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße recht klein. Es gibt nur 1 Waschbecken und da die Dusche in der Badewanne angebracht ist, ist der Abstand/ Höhe zum Duschkopf für größere Personen unvorteilhaft.

A localização é excelente, a melhor para uma estadia de uma semana em Madrid, central para todos os pontos turísticos, a estação Atocha, praça maior etc. O melhor deste hotel é, sem dúvida, a localização. Destacam-se, ainda, os funcionários Emanuel da recepção, um excelente congergie, e Mariani, a camareira, extremamente educada e solícita. Vale notar que pedi um lenço de papel à governanta e ela me respondeu que meu quarto não dava direito a lenços de papel!!!!!! O quarto possui uma boa cama e o colchão é bom. Não ouvimos barulho algum.

Cons:

A entrada do hotel é muito ruim em todos os sentidos, sem conforto, aspecto decadente, uma má impressão para um hotel do preço que possui. O café da manhã também é ruim, em relação à variedade e à qualidade dos itens, além do local ser um bar que funciona anexo, inclusive em um dos dias havia um balde com água e um rodo ao lado de uma das mesas e o chão estava molhado. A pia do banheiro do quarto estava com vazamento e apesar de pedir para que fosse consertada, assim continuou até o último dia. O hotel parece ser mal administrado o que não combina com o preço da diária, excetuando-se os funcionários da recepção que são ótimos e os serviços da camareira, cuja limpeza é impecável.

Amazing location with amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were so amazing and friendly including the housekeeping and the reception staff Emmanuel and Margot were very helpful and also the breakfast lady was most friendly to me

Cons:

It was under renovation with scaffolding but there was no noise to disturb. The room was also quite small but it was enough for one person

الفندق ممتاز ورائع قريب من كل الخدمات ومن كل الساحتين مشي وفي مطاعم عربيه وقدامه كوفي ومطعم الصراحه فاجئني الفندق هاديء ووالغرفه واسعه ووتظيف ياخذون ضمان اعطيتهم 50 يورو كاش ولمن خرجت خذتها انصحكم فيه ممتاز ايضا اشكر الرسبشن اخرونا لين 1 الظهر كانو متعاونين
