La ducha se calentaba mucho y luego se enfriaba mucho. No había un medio término. Intentaba regular el agua y no era posible. Lo comenté en recepción y dijeron que lo mirarían, pero no mejoró hasta el día que me fui.

Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã excelente! Quarto bom, bem iluminado e silencioso!

Cons:

O hotel estava em reforma (externa) e isso só foi informado poucos dias antes do checkin impossibilitando encontrar outro hotel, havia barulho da obra ao longo do dia, e as cortinas tinham que ficar sempre

Beautiful, spacious room with views over Plaza Santa Ana - eventually.
Pros:

Junior suite for a week over Madrid Pride. Spacious, bright room with views over Plaza St Ana, which were unfortunately obscured by scaffolding during my stay but that should be resolved soon. Room is well equipped and quiet - apart from noise from renovations from 9am on my last 2 days - but none on the weekends, most importantly. Comfortable bed and great shower. There’s a bath too but I never used it. Good late breakfast and the staff all super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Noise from renovations on my last two mornings starting before 9am. It was loud too. But I still give this hotel 10+ because the usual peace should soon return.

No vale lo que cobran.
Pros:

La ubicacion es buena

Cons:

Que pagamos por una cama matrimonial y eran dos camas de una plaza juntas.
Entramos a la pieza y tenia mal olor y el día siguente cuando nos quisimos duchar nos dimos cuenta que venia de la ducha y aumento muchísimo el olor a desagüe, asqueroso.
El desayuno que decir, no vale nada la pena.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito y muy bien situado. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Habitación confortable. No hay ruidos.

Cons:

No tienen garaje para dejar el coche. Hay un parking justo enfrente pero es carísimo aunque en el hotel te dan una tarjeta de descuento, me cobraron 34€ por 24H.
