Melhor hotel!

Tudo!! Adorei o quarto, o hotel, a localização, o pessoal atencioso e gentil...tudo confortável, limpo e totalmente adequado. Nosso vôo chegou muito cedo e nos deixaram entrar em 1 dos quartos, antecipadamente, porque estavamos muito cansados! Precisávamos esticar o corpo, usar o banheiro e comer...foram muito atenciosos. A localização é perfeita! Desde 2018 vou anualmente ou até 2 vezes por ano a Madrid, a partir de agora não quero outro hotel!

Cons:

Não posso dizer que não gostei, achei bom, mas o café da manhã poderia ser melhorado, com opções permanentes de iogurtes habituais, mais opções de frutas, pão branco e integral todos dias...e os proprietários poderiam gastar um.pouco e comprar louça nova, pois manter pratos e canecas lascados além de feio é anti-higienico.

Au cœur de l’action.
Pros:

Aménagement de la chambre. Mobilier de la terasse. Très bon et généreux petit déjeuner. Au centre de tout ce que le touriste veut voir. Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Everything was good, the room was clean and the stuff working there were very nice and polite. The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't inform me the mini bar in my room was not free, when I left the hotel they sent me an email telling me I had to pay 77.50 euros for the mini bar for the three nights I spend in the hotel. I had already paid my room.

Chambre toute neuve, spacieuse et bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique. Situation parfaite.

Cons:

Il faut absolument prévenir les clients que dans certaines chambres la salle de bain n'a PAS DE PORTE, et qu'on sort de la douche directement devant le lit. Ce n'est pas évident si on est 2 dans la chambre.

Great location but hotel property has a few rough edges
Pros:

The location is excellent. It’s quite convenient to the museums, Plaza Del Sol, and the Anton Martin metro station. The bedding was good in the room. We needed to ask for a fan and extra luggage stand, both of which were provided. Housekeeping staff were very good.

Cons:

- Note that this property does *NOT* have heating AND air conditioning. It has heating OR air conditioning depending on the season. I suspect in summer and winter that works. But in spring (and maybe fall), when it gets warm outside the system is still set to heat. There’s no way to cool the rooms, except opening the window. The upper floor rooms get very hot. The neighborhood is great, and that means lots of noise well into the wee hours of the night. So sleeping with a window open isn’t really an option. They gave us a fan but that only did so much.

- When we arrived we were upsold to a room with an exterior view. They told us that our room wasn’t ready, but for 10 euros more per night we could have a better room. So we took it. When we got to the room two minutes later there was a note there welcoming us by name. Turns out they were going to give us that room anyway- and we fell for it. Our mistake. But kinda creepy that they’d pull something like that. A 40 euro lesson learned.

- Note that the shower temperature in our room was very difficult to control. I’m guessing they removed the temperature safety from the shower control. It can easily get very very hot. Use care and don’t let kids use that shower alone.
