Good location in the centre
Hotel très bien situé, dans une rue calme, à deux pas des lieux touristiques et du métro. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux, disponible jusqu'à midi.

La ubicacion en un lugar centrico y de muy buen ambiente. Ademas con muy buena atencion y predisposicon del personal a cargo.
Posizione ottima!!!!ad un passo dal centro nevralgico di Madrid. Ottima colazione ma migliorabile. Letto comodo e cuscini top. Lo consiglio!!!
Location, friendly and accommodating staff
The room was smaller than presented in the pictures.
La ubicación excelente,a un paso de todo (Palacio real,sol,plaza mayor,teatro real,Gran Vía…calle muy tranquila,con edificios típicos madrileños. Por cierto el desayuno es fantástico,como en todos los hoteles de la cadena Room Mate y la gente que trabaja en el,muy atentos y educados.
Bueno soy bastante seguidor de la cadena Room Mate,en este caso es un dos estrellas,lo elegí por la ubicación tranquila y céntrica,pero el hotel está a falta de una buena remodelación,bastante obsoleto,muy gastado.

O quarto era limpo, a cama bem confortável e o banheiro limpo e com um bom tamanho.
A localização é ótima, tem vários cafés em volta, a rua é muito segura, mesmo à noite. O metrô Opera fica a 100m do hotel
O quarto é um pouco pequeno, dificulta um pouco abrir as malas e se movimentar
Café da manhã muito bom e com boa variedade. A localização também é muito boa, perto de estação de metrô e da Gran Via, além de alguns pontos turísticos, o que facilita muito.
Não gostei do choveiro, da água quente e do ar condicionado. O choveiro é muito baixo, e eu com 1,75m tinha que me abaixar para lavar o cabelo. A agua quente funcionava quando queria. O ar condicionado não gelava muito e após um tempo ele disparava, ficando apenas ventilando. Quando isso acontecia de madrugada, acordávamos com calor. A sorte era o ventilador de teto que deva uma ajuda.
