Pros:

Struttura in posizione centralissima, stazione metro a breve distanza, staff cordiale e disponibile, buona la colazione, camera confortevole.

Hôtel parfaitement situé dans Madrid.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Madrid, ce qui fait que nous nous sommes quasiment toujours déplacé à pied.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée (il y avait même un "vrai" sèche-cheveux, ce qui est vraiment appréciable).
Le personnel a été très sympathique.

Cons:

Le frigo dans la chambre faisait des bruits bizarres.
Lorsque les autres personnes dans l'hôtel tirait la chasse d'eau des toilettes cela s'entendait beaucoup.

La habitacion preciosa. La cama super comoda. El desayuno super rico y la ubicacion espectacular. Al no estar sobre una calle principal no tenes todo el ruido de la calle

Cons:

Las paredes son de yeso. Un poco Delgadas si pasaba gente en el pasillo se escuchaba muchisimo. Pero es lo unico. Todo fue espectacular

Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel y es la primera vez que el ruido de las limpiadoras y el personal de mantenimiento es insoportable . Yo iba por trabajo y necesitaba dormir , pero desde muy temprano se oía hablar altísimo. Abrí la puerta y las camareras se estaban hablando de una habitación a otra y con un hombre mantenimiento que estaba cambiando unas leves. Portazos , carritos, golpes etc etc en la sala de limpieza que estaba al lado de mi habitación . Sin ningún tipo de cuidado ni precauciones para que los huéspedes pudiéramos descansar
