Struttura comoda da raggiungere situata nel centro di Madrid a pochi passi dal teatro, cattedrale e palazzo reale, facilmente raggiungibile dalla fermata della metro Opera.
Stanze essenziali ma comode, molto buona la pulizia. Colazione continentale dolce e salata con varietà. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno nella capitale.
Hermosa habitación : espaciosa, cómoda, ventilada.
Me alojé en la suite y valió la pena aunque un poco cara.
Úbicacion inmejorable cerca de palacio Real y a 10 minutos de Sol Gran Vía Plaza mayor. Todo cerca !

Odanın içinde lavabo vardı. Odanın küçük olması sorun değil ama tuvalet neredeyse odanın içindeydi fotoğraflarda ki standart odalarda böyle bir görsele rastlamadım. Bir daha kalmam.
Hotel in palazzo storico interamente ristrutturato, situato a 5 minuti a piedi da Palazzo Reale, Plaza Mayor, Plaza dal Sol. Gli altri siti turisti, come la Gran Via, si trovano a poca distanza. La fermata Opera della metro si trova ad 1 minuto. Camera con bagno, e 2 balconcini, ampia e accogliente. Tutto lo Staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di bisogno e/o informazione. Mi è stato anche offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera. Il primo giorno ho trovato in camera un biglietto di benvenuto ed una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita, mentre l'ultimo giorno un altro biglietto di ringraziamenti e 2 cioccolatini. Piccoli gesti molto graditi che esprimono attenzione e cortesia verso il cliente. Ottima la colazione con dolce e salato: presenti anche prodotti tipici spagnoli.

I really liked the location of Mario Hotel Madrid, as it was convenient and easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Eva at reception went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute reservation after a long day dealing with a flight cancellation. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

La ubicación
No vale nada la pena como hotel. Por un tercio del precio, hay hostales mucho mejores en el centro.
Reservamos cuatro noches de hotel porque buscábamos más comodidades, pero la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. A pesar de haber hecho la reserva con un mes de antelación, la primera noche nos alojaron en una habitación que, según nos dijeron, era la última disponible. Era muy pequeña, con una forma muy extraña tipo trastero reformado, con humedades y vistas a un patio interior en muy mal estado. Además, con más de 40 grados en Madrid, ni siquiera habían encendido el aire acondicionado antes de nuestra llegada.
Solicitamos un cambio porque no pensábamos pasar cuatro noches en esas condiciones por casi 800 €. Finalmente nos trasladaron al día siguiente a una habitación bastante mejor, por lo que recomendaría revisar cuidadosamente la habitación asignada al hacer el check-in. No tiene ningún sentido que esas dos habitaciones cuesten lo mismo.
El peor incidente ocurrió la tercera noche. Alojaron al lado a un grupo de turistas ingleses completamente borrachos que estuvieron gritando, dando golpes y provocando altercados de madrugada tanto en su habitación como en los pasillos. Apenas pudimos dormir. Adjunto una foto de cómo dejaron la zona común tras su paso.
En cuanto al personal, salvo una recepcionista de pelo largo y rizado que fue amable y profesional, el resto mostró muy poca disposición para ayudar y una actitud indiferente ante todo, hasta para pedir un taxi nos ponían problemas.
Solo la entrada parece de hotel, todo el resto, incluida la reforma de las habitaciones, los clientes y el trato, es muy muy regulero. No volveremos. Por mucho menos dinero hay opciones considerablemente mejores en Madrid.
