הייתי נותנת למלון 3 כוכבים ולא 2 כפי שכתוב

Très bel emplacement mais demander une chambre plutôt sur l’intérieur
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter à pied le centre historique du palais royal aux grands musées madrilènes et tous les quartiers animés de Madrid

Cons:

La première nuit côté rue dans la première chambre. Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit extérieur (gens parlant fort dans la nuit, passages sur rue pavée ) de l’absence d’insonorisation efficace. De plus le lavabo était dans la chambre d’un côté et la douche et wc de l’autre côté dans une sorte de placard à quelques centimètres du lit : désagréable et gênant. Le personnel m’a dit comprendre et nous a proposé pour les nuits suivantes une chambre de catégorie inférieure mais plus grande, très calme et donnant sur une cour intérieure. Malgré cela, on m’a facturé 4€ pour une bouteille d’eau. L’établissement aurait pu avoir le geste…

Gute zentrale Lage, aber schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Oper und an einer Metrostaion.

Cons:

Für fast 400 € pro Nacht war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf tiefem Niveau, also überteuert.
Die Aussicht ging in einen dunklen Hof mit Küchenentlüftung des nächstgelegenen Restaurants, so dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.
Leider konnte die Klimaanlage auch nur auf hohem Niveau laufen.

Zentral gelegenes Hitel für ein paar Tage in Madrid

Die Lage (ein paar Schritte von der Metro Opera, fussläufige Entfernung zu vielen interessanten Orten), das freundliche Personal, das bequeme Bett.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging zum Innenhof raus, wir hatten von daher zwar keinen Straßenlärm, aber dafür von den Wohnungen, die auf vier Seiten zum Innenhof lagen. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel, zum Schlafen vollkommen okay, aber nicht zum Aufhalten.

L emplacement près de l opera et d une station de metro, la décoration de la chambre et sa fonctionnalité, le petit déjeuner tres bon

L insonorisation assez mauvaise quand les voisins parlent fort. Le prix tres excessif pour ce sejour du fait d un évènement special dans Madrid

Pros:

La atención fue excelnete, la persona que nos hizo el check in fue muy amable, muy directa al hablar, pero segura y una persona que, por lo que vi, sabe gestionar y solucionar.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, una maravillosa atención, si tengo que decir algo, seria esos mueble negros funebres, !pongale mas color a la recepción! jajaja honestamente no hay quejas.

Cons:

Hotellet har åsatt sig själv fyra stjärnor. Tyvärr når man inte upp till det -inte på långa vägar!
Hotellet är inrymt i två grannfastigheter i gamla stan med interna nivåskillnader mellan huskropparna. Det blir väl många interns småtrappor för att ta sig runt i huset.
Frukosten var oinspirerad och saknade fräschör

Cozy stay in a very centrally located hotel, with a lovely staff.
Pros:

The amenities were good and the room was clean, also very quiet. So not much noise and could sleep well for most of the night. Location is great and conveniently located. Staff is lovely and very nice, much better than many places in Madrid.

Cons:

The room was a bit on the small side. The interior rooms, while quiet - do overlook an unpleasant patio with other neighbours or rooms looking in on your window. I think the rooms need a little updating, especially the bathrooms. They are in the middle of renovations, so some of the morning noise was a bit loud. Perhaps they could wait until after 10am to do work.

Hôtel agréable en plein centre
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé près de l'Opéra pour visiter Madrid à pieds. Pour autant la rue de l'hôtel est calme. Notre chambre était confortable et bien équipée et la salle de bain spacieuse. Avec en prime un petit balcon très mignon. Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité. Le personnel de l'accueil était charmant.

Cons:

Petit bémol, rien de grave, sur les parties communes un peu vieillissantes, mais je crois en cours de rénovation.
