Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt. Der Palast, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol und Plaza Major sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und nur zweckmäßig eingerichtet, haben aber alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und vor allem die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr ganz so frisch, wie auf den Fotos und sollen gründlich renoviert werden. Das Haus ist unglaublich hellhörig und man bekommt von seinen Nachbarn so einiges mit.

Genel anlamda konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık tekrar tercih edebiliriz.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu mükemmel, neredeyse her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Temizliği ve çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği fena sayılmazdı. Odalarda şampuan, duş jeli ve nemlendirici bulunuyordu ve kalitesi de iyiydi.

Cons:

Odaların boyutu biraz küçüktü ve duşta sıcak su gelmesi için biraz beklemek gerekiyordu.

camera molto rumorosa. non si poteva aprire la finestra durante la notte, o x la pioggia che batteva su un tettuccio di plastica, o per rumori “meccanici” indefiniti.
in più la porta della camera isola malissimo cisi che si sente qualsiasi rumore nel corridoio a qualsiasi orario della giornata/notte

une expérience mitigée : une belle chambre, très propre et bien équipée, mais hélas mal insonorisée
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, et le personnel est très agréable, efficace, tout en restant discret. La chambre était d'une propreté impeccable, spacieuse, bien équipée et bien agencée. La literie était correcte.
Petits cadeaux de bienvenue appréciables.

Cons:

Le bruit! La chambre était située au 1er étage, côté rue. Certes, il y a peu de circulation, mais des livraisons tôt le matin dans le supermarché à côté (dès 6h30 et ensuite non stop jusque vers 9h on entend le transpalette sur les pavés), et la chambre n'est pas bien insonorisée. Et quand le bruit n'est pas dans la rue, il est à l'intérieur! Les cloisons sont extrêmement fines, on entendait les voisins utiliser les toilettes, l'eau de la douche couler etc. Sans compter les passages dans le couloir, bruits des pas dans l'escalier. Les gens ne sont pas toujours respectueux, mais il y a des hôtels qui sont très bien insonorisés et ce n'est donc pas un problème. C'est vraiment dommage car cela aurait été très bien sans le bruit. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus (mais le café est bon!).
