Estancia agradable
Pros:

Ubicación estupenda. La atención del personal inmejorable. Buen desayuno. Las camas bastante cómodas y también las almohadas. Es un lugar agradable para pasar una buena estancia en Madrid.

Cons:

La habitación era estándar y me pareció muy pequeña. El mobiliario estaba un poco deteriorado, quizá necesitaría algo de mantenimiento, pero nada importante que reseñar, ni tampoco que hiciera nuestra estancia menos agradable.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas de las tuberías del agua. NO PUEDES DORMIR , del ruido tan grande que hacen cuando la habitación de al lado se ducha de madrugada

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger zentraler Lage mit unterdurchschnittlichem Frühstück.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage direkt bei der Oper und der Metrostation Ópera ist das größte Plus dieses Hotels, das alles in allem in Ordnung ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgeräumt und hatte alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für meine Begriffe zu weich und die Kissen zu groß, aber das ist subjektiv.
Was mir jedoch gar nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Ich steige in vielen Hotels dieser Preisklasse überall in Europa ab, aber das Frühstücksbuffet in diesem Hotel gehört definitiv zu den schlechtesten. Wenig Auswahl und mittelmäßige Qualität. Wer also großen Wert auf das Frühstück legt, sollte entweder ohne buchen und auswärts frühstücken oder ein anderes Hotel buchen.

The hotel was very good, including the breakfast. I really enjoy the location and the staff was very nice to us.

Cons:

Two points that I could tell to improve: the size of the room (it could be bigger) and the breakfast variety, because we stay for 4 days and the breakfast was almost the same (very good, but the same)
