Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene todo cerca para conocer, e incluso el metro si deseas ir a lugares más alejados.

Cons:

Fuimos en invierno y no se podía regular la temperatura de la habitación, estaba un poco caluroso, pero todo el resto estuvo excelente.

Situation géographique idéale pour visiter Madrid
Pros:

L’hôtel à proximité de l’opéra de Madrid, dans une petite rue calme en plein centre de Madrid, est très bien situé.
Le personnel à l’accueil est très aimable.
La chambre est confortable y compris la literie. Elle est propre et lumineuse avec ses 2 grandes fenêtres.
La salle de bains est propre.
La salle des petits déjeuners est spacieuse et lumineuse. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects sans plus.

Cons:

Les oreillers mériteraient d’être changés.
La clé d’accès à la chambre qui se démagnétise trop souvent.

The best time spent in Madrid as first time visitors!
Pros:

The location of the property is amazing (close to the main street and all attractions, the staff are very friendly and polite, the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here!

Cons:

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect!

Great location and ideal for staying when you will be sightseeing all day and just back to the hotel for a night sleep
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good space for a room that you will just use to sleep. Bathroom space and cleaning was good.

Cons:

A bit noisy- the breakfast area was past our bedroom, we could hear every one going and smell the toast being prepared- not that bad but it could be a bother. Also there was like a mechanical noise every now and then. Not too annoying but worth noting.
