Pros:

La grande penderie chauffée dans le placard de l'entrée et toute les penderies. Les radiateurs. Tout cela permettait de faire sécher rapidement les vêtements de ski et gants etc... le lit confortable. La cuisine équipée et tout le linge de toilettes. L'emplacement idéal. La magnifique piscine chauffée. Le calme le soir de notre appartement.

Cons:

La personne à la réception pas très accueillante et qui ne fait pas d' effort face à une cliente étrangère.

Location is great! Close to everything as it is in the centre of the village.

A lovely hotel with easy access and friendly staff, good restaurants & reasonable rates.
Pros:

Loved the views from the big windows of Room 708, the king size bed. Ample towels. cleaning staff especially Eden, cleanliness of room, kettle, location, pool spa & gym ok. Reception staff was welcoming. Black Cockatoo Restaurant manager, Tim, was a real professional. We liked his quiet understated friendliness & efficient way of looking after us. Thanks, Tim.

Cons:

single beds, would love to have a micro wave oven instead of TV (hahaha, too tired to watch TV and we had our phones anyway for news and updates), pool area needs improvement: shower recess is ridiculous, sauna hard to work on and off, overall still ok.

Brilliant location for a ski hotel
Pros:

Location brilliant - ski straight out onto the chair lift

Cons:

Sofa bed uncomfortable and takes up the entire room with no space to walk around to get to the master bedroom. Parking offsite.

Pros:

The location was great and the staff were fabulous.

Cons:

It is quite pricey. We were disappointed that we didn't get a discount for leaving early when the village was closed for safety reasons.
