Pros:

The Glendower was very welcoming. I was a single traveller so the room was more than sufficient for me. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast selection was great.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, it was clean and comfortable and just down the road from the wedfing I was attending

No acknowledgment of a bad experience
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel three times this year but our last visit wasn’t the best. From 10.30 pm until at least 3.30 am there was an altercation between a couple staying on our corridor. We didn’t get any sleep and weren’t the only ones. When checking out next day we mentioned it at reception and got a quite dismissive well I’ve only just come on but the night porter did mention it. Another guest was also mentioning it at the same time. We checked out and went home but in hindsight I felt like an apology for the disturbance or a coffee or something should have been offered and I sent an E Mail with this feedback. That e Mail to date has never been acknowledged.

Not a true representation of the pictures on the website. And overpriced for what I got.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

My room was in need of refurb. The bathroom had been cleaned but the mould around the bath and mould and mildew at the bottom of the shower screen wasn’t pleasant.
And also the table in the room near the window had historic dirt underneath the glass.

Pros:

Hotel nicely decorated and furnished. Friendly, helpful staff.
Great location.

Cons:

Quite a few dogs in during my stay....and some didn't exactly get on with others. Could have been quite unnerving for anyone that isn't a dog lover.

Best Place to Stay in the Area.
Pros:

Although only an overnight stay, excellent from start to finish. Started staying there as a little girl, to taking my own son, to returning with my partner.
Staff friendly, patient, kindly giving of their time. Manager Victoria, first class. Room was excellent. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced, very clean. Will stop again
Pros:

Pleasant reception staff, clean rooms, near beach

Cons:

Bar was a bit pricey which might explain why there weren’t many people using it. Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted for breakfast, which was fine when it came

Lytham break.
Pros:

Staff we're pleasant very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Only fault was the room rate for a twin and a double a little pricey.
Nearly £40 difference between them.
My wife uses a sleep apnea machine therefore prefers the twin as a double is a little too small.
