Reception staff very helpful and pleasant
Breakfast 1st class and waitress staff brilliant
Reception and lounge area very pleasant and tastefully decorated lots of seating
The dining area was also tastefully done

Cons:

The room we where allocated was very tired and dated (the bathroom needs attention) and overlooked a brick wall but it had everything we needed with a comfortable bed

Excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, free carpark. Excellent location to the centre.

Cons:

We was on the first floor and they was a private function underneath us so we had music blaring out till midnight, couldn't hear our tv properly.
Also the maid knocked on our door at 10.15 so we rushed to get ready only to find out it was a 11am checkout. God knows why she knocked on our door.

Overjoyed when I walked in to the hotel room om with a stunning view of the beach and see,

The breakfast was delicious and the options offered on the menu, happy atmosphere and served with a generous smile

Perfect hotel for everyone
Pros:

Our 3rd stay didn’t disappoint, we booked a pet friendly family room and it was beautiful. Very dog friendly hotel, all staff made a fuss of our dog and he loved the sausages for breakfast.
The hotel is welcoming and comfortable, we can’t wait to return.
