Noise in restaurant
Room was clean,comfortable and it seems recently updated. Breakfast served by friendly staff and excellent choice and quality.
Good car park with no charges.
I think that bar prices bring a tear to the eye.
Staff are outstanding, every single member of staff are welcoming, polite, very smart and presentable.

I was ok but I am not sure I was asked if I was ok with stairs as no lift to the room I was staying in

I found the bed felt lumpy and uncomfortable
Good location, breakfast superb, family room extremely spacious.
My 84 year old mums room was directly above the event and there was extremely loud music playing late
Numerically the rooms were next to each other 124 & 126 but physically they were not actually next to each other.
We’ve stayed here at least a dozen times. It’s half way between home and family. The hotel is perfectly located; right on the beach, 10 minutes walk into town with lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
10 minutes walk to a lovely cinema too. Staff are lovely. Hotel is very clean and dog friendly too.
The standard rooms are a bit on the small side but are comfortable.

Check in great, staff very friendly. Nice bar which was not too expensive. Breakfast was good as well with helpfull staff.
There was a party on in the main ballroom which we didn't know about when booking but could be heard from our room. Would have asked for a quiet room when booking if so. Only went on until midnight though so not too bad

We have stayed several times over past 8 years however the bed this time was far too short for two adults slightly over average height.
Room was warm on arrival , was cosy , bed was comfy , reception on arrival was nice and pleasant and I was in room in minutes , def stay again
I left at 8 but if was there for more social , then 10 checkout is early for me
I was alone ages 78 , and felt comfy trouble. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast. They need a new chef. Bacon must be cooked early and be under lights. Leathery. My wife was even offered an uncooked egg. Hash browns full of oil. Perhaps deep fay fryer was not hot enough. Croissants were frozen then heated. Not nice.
Clean, comfortable room, breakfast in a lovely airy room with good variety on offer.
