Location
Nothing
Lovely hotel our room was in the front with a large bay window looking out in the beach loved it
Nothing I found no fault anywhere
Comfort and atmosphere of surroundings lovely .relaxing feeling ,all food and snack s served by wonderful staff .
Great location and overall was lovely.
A bit dated, decor was shoddy and painting was left unfinished on walls and landings. The bed was so hard I ached from it, not comfortable at all
Great beachfront location, clean and lovely public areas, didn’t eat here just a quick overnight stay.
Very friendly for dogs they get their own food and water bowls a welcome letter and a bag of treats.
Dog friendly bedrooms.
The view from our room outlook onto a brick wall and scaffolding,
We expected a compacted room with the dog.
Not much
For nearly £300 for 3 nights, not even a breakfast thrown in, expensive drinks, had to take my lager back, because it was dreadful, if you had any decency you would reimburse me and my 9 year old Granddaughter who was not impressed with her stay, as you can see , not impressed
Location was good!plenty of Parking!dog friendly!made us all feel welcome!
We had a view of scaffolding outside our window but the price of the room reflected that !but we were still happy with what we paid for!
ALL WAS GREAT XX
One of my favourite places to stay lovely rooms great staff very clean comfy beds
I prefer a walk in shower - the type of room I had it was a bath over the shower
Staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. My son was even gifted an Easter egg too from the team for the Easter weekend which was a lovely bonus
Above us were extremely loud and noisy meaning you could hear all conversations and jumping / banging around. This woke us up during the night multiple times and our child too.
Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Amazing food. Comfortable room.
Good atmosphere
The location couldn't be better, and staff are mostly helpful and friendly.
The hotel is dog friendly which is why I chose to stay. I opted for the Executive King room with a sea view which was lovely and spacious, and the view of the beach was amazing. I slept really well for the first two nights.
I did eat at the hotel a few times and the food was decent.
The cost of the room worked out at £135 a night - room only, for me and my dog, so for the money, I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. No mini fridge in the room, and only one sachet of milk on the tea / coffee station for the first couple of days, and only one teaspoon provided.
Toiletries were almost none existent, a tiny bar of soap, and a single use shower gel & body wash was your lot. I was also left without any toilet roll on the last day despite the request for the room to be serviced.
On the final night, there were random loud bangs coming from the bathroom late on, startling both me and my dog so I struggled to sleep. When I did manage to sleep, I woke to water on the bathroom floor which was strange.
