Very good stay until my mum was rushed to hospital but the staff was very helpful in the crisis

Very pleasant but had to move rooms as booked an extra night but we had to pay the higher price!

Pros:

Great location, nice breakfast and lovely staff. Enjoyed having access to the gym.

Cons:

The bed was hard, I was given a mattress topper which did help. Would have been good to have a fridge in room.

Lovely sleep but disappointing breakfast experience for what we paid
Pros:

Beautiful bedroom with beach view. Great location. Definitely our go to when we visit.

Cons:

Breakfast service was poor. Waited 15/20 mins for our drinks and fruit salad. Infact the cooked breakfast arrived a minute before. Sent the fruit back. Asked for a pint of ice water to receive a small glass. The cooked breakfast was lovely however more staff needed at busy times.

Pros:

Perfectly situated on the front, dog friendly. Staff very attentive, food and beverage service excellent. Loved the coffee in the bar. Thought the amenities were economical.

Cons:

Wayfinding is not clear enough. Room though facilites are great needs re-furbishment or regular maintenance. Fan in bathroom very noisy and mould biuld up on glass panel on bath. General odour in some parts of the hotel.
