Great location in St Annes, friendly helpful staff, lovely bar and restaurant area, great breakfast.
Although comfortable the bedroom and bathroom were in need of an update.
The breakfast was excellent although there was a ten minute wait before we were asked what we wanted

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son in a family room - absolutely credible stay, staff are so lovely, genuine, professional and friendly, we found the other guests were equally as lovely, especially the furry ones!
Decor in the hotel is very nicely done, lounge and restaurant areas are really inviting and clean.
Genuinely nothing to fault, great stay, amazing food, service and room. Wouldn’t hesitate to return! Highly recommend.
They handled a procedural error in my booking process (slow net glitch) with great efficiency and courtesy. The food is always good at the Glendower and it's a very comfortable place to stay. Furthermore, unlike many a promenade hotel, they've managed to capture a lot of natural light, but their actual lighting across all the public spaces (bar, reception, lounge and restaurant) is bright and airy.

The room was lovely
Customer service was non existent, not helpful when arriving after travelling. Online says sandwiches available after restaurant is closed wasn't offered anything and not advised to what it close by. I had requested a fridge for the room told it wouldnt be a problem arrived and had no fridge had to buy one because they only could offer the ball room and it was for diabetic medication as stated.
A sink without a functioning plug without being able to have a bowl of water whilst shaving is unbelievable and about to be downgraded to a 2/3 star with appropriate pricing is what the hotel is worth. The staff were great and welcoming , it’s just the sink!!!

Very comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious. Wedding was beautiful.
Toilet was very noisy when flushed and didn’t flush properly.
Everything apart from we would like to return with the dog and they don’t allow dogs.

The Room was very clean. Hostel had a nice restaurant and bar
Tv didn’t work. By the time I realised I didn’t want to wait from someone to fix it. I used my iPad. I was going to mention it at check out but the receptionist was not friendly and didn’t ask how my stay was so I don’t bother.
