Pros:

Staff and breakfast were excellent

Cons:

Some small aspects of the room were a little tired such as scatter cushions were both ripped, desk and tea area needed a repaint/refresh but on the whole lovely stay.

Disappointing
Cons:

The bed was tiny
Possible a 3/4 bed for 2 adults wasn’t great not what was paid for expensive for what we got
Was on top of a disco/ wedding was until 1am at least
Of all rooms to be given was given that one
Staff not very accommodating in check in process
Overall disappointed with room and hotel

Pros:

We booked a variety of rooms and the larger room with a double and 2 single beds was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk was very abrupt when i tried to explain i had pre-paid before arriving and she said i had not paid. When i shown her my booking and the paid she then checked the system and didn't apologise.

2 of the bathrooms we booked had black stains down the middle and when asked if they could be cleaned we were told they couldn't do anything as they need changing.

A lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely dog friendly hotel. Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with a sausage for our doggy. Very friendly staff.

Good location, lovely staff but some refurbishment needed to match the price.
Pros:

A good choice of breakfast and dinner. Great shower with plenty of hot water comgortabke mattresses but the bedding was too heavy for summer and the central heating was on constantly. Way too hot to sleep well.
Carpets in corridors were grubby and in need of refurbishing.
One of the single rooms I paid for was cramped with no light and an exceedingly small bathroom. Glad I wasn’t overweight!! Staff were great though. Friendly and helpful.

Another lovely stay at the Glendower, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and ideally located for us.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts thank you. Like the fact that you can take breakfast in the main restaurant or in the bar.

Great stay and great value but with top class drinks and food
Pros:

Stayed two nights , parts of the hotel look like newly updated and all lovely
Only complaint room 254 was exceptionally hot so that made me uncomfortable , managed to turn bathroom radiator off
Breakfast and service was exceptional , staff were extremely friendly , outside seating was excellent and bar food and drinks were superb
Bathroom was all sparkling and towels were white and fluffy
And nice biscuits and products in the room
Would certainly stay again
