Very Friendly Hotel
Pros:

A lovely very friendly hotel that suited our needs. The room was nice with a lovely sea view. Beautiful newly fitted bathroom.

Cons:

It didn't effect our stay as we were out and about most of the day and evening, but a few small problems with the electrics in the room with the lights tripping out and bathroom heating not working. We informed reception and I'm sure they will sort this out for the next guests, I think it was connected to the new bathroom, something was obviously not quite right.

Relaxing after stressful time at work
Pros:

Choice of breakfast
Location - easy walk into town onto beach

Cons:

I was ok but I am not sure I was asked if I was ok with stairs as no lift to the room I was staying in
The door to the bathroom didn't shut properly - not sure if the fan worked as a result so opened window to let out steam

Pros:

Good location, breakfast superb, family room extremely spacious.

Cons:

My 84 year old mums room was directly above the event and there was extremely loud music playing late
Numerically the rooms were next to each other 124 & 126 but physically they were not actually next to each other.
