Pros:

hotel has a great location and spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent, the spa is complimentary, and we enjoyed a wonderful time with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful .

Disappointing experience – Does not meet 5-star standards
Pros:

On the positive side, the beds are fantastic—exceptionally large, supportive, and very comfortable.

Cons:

I recently stayed at the Pullman Riga and was unfortunately very disappointed with the breakfast service. For a hotel of this caliber, the morning experience felt more like a 3-star budget hotel or a local canteen than a premium establishment. The food quality was underwhelming, but there were also operational and hygienic issues. The kitchen and dishwashing areas were fully exposed to guests, creating a chaotic and unrefined atmosphere. Furthermore, I noticed kitchen staff preparing food without hair nets, which is a significant lapse in basic hygiene standards. It’s a shame, as the property has potential, but the management of the dining area needs immediate attention. Housekeeping failed to replenish the bottled water daily simply because there was a small amount left in the existing bottles. At this price point, you expect a seamless, high-end experience.

Gemütlich und gute Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gab 2 verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl. Jeden Tag gab es kostenloses Wasser (Still und Sprudel) auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Toll waren die lettischen Frühstücksangebote. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super.
Das große Schachbrett im Foyer wurde gerne genutzt. :)

Cons:

Leider ist der Pool sehr schmal und nicht sehr tief. Reicht zum Abkühlen nach dem Saunagang (wenn diese denn funktioniert.) Aber nichts für ambitionierte Schwimmer.

Cons:

I booked a massage and it was a very unprofessional experience. The masseurs are external from the hotel and I advice not to have one.

The room are modern with a spacious bathroom but the bed area is pretty squeezed

A fantastic hotel in a great location, with easy access to public transport—perfect for exploring this amazing city. The hotel features modern décor, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb with an incredible variety of options, and we also enjoyed a lovely evening meals in the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
