Good location, poor windows and poor check-in policy.
Pros:

The location on the perimeter of Old Town is very good.

Cons:

A room with no natural sunlight, tiny window facing other rooms.
No notice of a 50 euro per night charged to a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Of course, takes a week to have the hold lifted.

Lite konstig ventilation. Varmt men satte man igång luften så blåste det ganska kraftigt.

Förstod inte det där med att betala deposition för minibaren. Vilket vi inte gjorde men då kom de en person en stund senare som knackade på rummet och som sedan plockade bort godis etc och låste mini-baren (kylen). När vi checkade ut frågade de ändå om vi tagit något från mini-baren. Det kunde vi inte eftersom den var låst. De hade regat kontokort så hade väl räckt med att man regat sitt kort och sedan sagt till om man tagit något i mini-baren och betalat för det.

Disappointing. Let down by deposit and subsequent questioning

Perculiar lack of trust, asked for 50 euros night deposit against bar or other spend, then when you go to the bar, they query whether you've paid the deposit every time you buy a drink, once needing to send someone to reception to check!.. they'd be better off just making you pay drinks as you go, rather than making guests feel.like thieves

Beliggenheden var super god og sengene var yderst behagelige. Jeg var glad for vores værelse ikke lå ud til hotellets reception mm.

Cons:

Det kvindelige personale ved receptionen var ikke imødekommende eller venlige. Vi ankom og stod o flere minutter ved receptionen før hun sagde hej. Og ikke noget med velkommen. Hun havde mere travlt med at taste i computeren, det virkede uprofessionelt i allerhøjeste grad.
