Cons:

Staff were pretty unhelpful. Our air con didn’t work for 2 nights and after multiple visits to the reception to complain they finally told us air conditioning wasn’t switched on in the hotel until the end of April

A lovely stay in beautiful Riga
Pros:

This is a lovely, well located, renovated hotel. It's well designed and appointed. The staff were helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent and the bar was cosy and nice. A small narrow pool upstairs offered good views and was a peaceful place to relax; loved the sauna there too.
