Atmospheric place to stay in Riga Old town
Pros:

The hotel is pretty modern style inside and inline with old town style outside, it is located in the old town. All the rooms, restaurant, pool area, gym look like brand new in 2026. Room was perfectly clean.
The size of the room is pretty standard, but there are small touches you rarely find in other hotels and that makes it exceptional, like included capsule coffee machine, tea pot, very nice wine glasses. (Wine is there too, but not included) Of course large TV with nice TV channel choice.
Breakfast was very, very good, in addition to standard breakfast set like eggs, ham and cheese, there were dishes from local Baltic food like different kinds of fish, 3 kinds of pancakes (very tasty!), some premium tea bags and even ice-cream (in February!). Restaurant stuff was quick enough to refill food plates and take your dirty plate.
The Pool area is on the up floor and has a view (limited) on the Freedom monument and Cathedral right from the pool. It has pretty long ~20m, but narrow swimming pool and a sauna. Very good for a hotel in old tow area.

Cons:

Es ist alles etwas älter, obwohl es renoviert sein soll. Im Bad ist die Dusche andauernd ausgelaufen.

It was strange that they asked for my card details. I paid everything in advance and also paid an additional 50 EUR as a so-called advance fee, but they still requested my bank card numbers. That seems very unusual.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit.
A special thank you to the team for organizing the birthday surprise for my boyfriend as I had requested in advance. It was beautifully arranged and made our stay extra special and unforgettable. We truly appreciate the effort and care.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone.
The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for getting around.
