Location
Poor customer service
Location
Every other then location
Clean and quiet. very central to everything
Over priced snacks and no complimentary / continental breakfast
$3 for a water in the room if you aren’t on their preferred customer list
Misleading because Free sticks out in bold letters just the principle of it
Location, clean.
Front desk not that friendly and no parking, longgggg wait for valet.

Location
The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday Monday of MLK weekend. You should notify your guests before they arrive. I’m not sure we’ll be back. We usually stay at least twice a year. It might be time to try the Sheraton.
great location
rooms are a little run down.
I elected to stay here despite the temporary kitchen closure, as I’d been generally pleased with past Hilton Garden Inn stays. I would not stay here again, for three reasons:
1. The TV and its remote control are abominations. It would take too long to explain, but I can't believe Samsung would manufacture something that bad.
2. The HVAC system is fairly loud and thermostat controls are not great. (You can't just set a temperature; you must toggle between Heat and Cool to get it where you want it.)
3. The valet parking is overpriced, and I wouldn't have used it had I seen the parking garage across the street in the darkness.
Otherwise, my room was well equipped and very clean.
verything was excellent
The room was too warm. I turned the AC as low as it would go and the room the thermostat was in was cool but it did not travel to the bedroom even though I left the door open all day and night.
Walkable to shops
Front desk wasn’t the friendliest, room wasn’t very clean and bed made horrible noise every movement
