The staff was among the friendliest I have encountered. Both on the phone before my visit and while staying there. We were overall very happy with our stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be the juice at breakfast was warm and there was a slippery spot on the pool tile where my husband slipped and hurt himself. We would definitely return.

We arrived at around 11 pm. Our room had old food, drinks, toiletries from the precious occupant. The bed was changed out and clean, but the rest of the room was dirty. We tried to call the front desk but it had a busy signal every time we tried. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was also clean, kids were happy with the temp. Only complaint was we thought we booked a balcony per the Hotels.com photos associated with the room (Suite, Multiple beds). When we arrived the front desk staff told us it was a Hotels.com issue and they did not offer a double queen suite with a balcony. NOT an issue with the Hampton and staff offered to help where they could. Pleasant stay overall. We were well rested and enjoyed everything else about the hotel!

Staff were super friendly! Lobby had iced water, and waters were offered upon check in. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was sink was plugged up and wouldn’t drain, a simple fix I imagine. Great for my family and small children. Breakfast was free and at the most reasonable time! On vacation we’re not early risers; nice to be able to get some rest and come down with breakfast still available.
2nd time staying here, would stay again!

Hampton Inn at I25 & Air Force Academy is amazing. Not only is it comfortable and quieter, there are 6 disc golf goals and a walking track right behind the hotel.

Staff so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was awesome.
Only issues we dealt with was cleanliness of hallways on 3rd floor. All the hallways for all 4 days we were there smelled of throw up. The elevator floors were constantly sticky and dirty as was the floor outside the elevator. One of our rooms was super sticky as well on tile. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
Area around hotel was GREAT! Everything you can imagine is available! Very new area with hundreds of spots to dine! And every big box store and anything else you could need!
