Rodeway Inn Augusta South

The condition of the hotel was very poor. The strong stench of cigarettes was everywhere. The parking lot did not seem like a safe place to park a nice car.

Dirty and smelly had to check in through a bulletproof glass window

The hotel has nothing but drug activity all night, and this family had to call the police to just feel safe to get to their car to leave. Not a good hotel at all

The photos on the website are not what you actually see at the location. It shows an outdoor pool that is nice and clean. Get there, the pool is locked up, closed. Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Next day, they took the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. Not such a good part of the area either.

My friend and I were disguised not neat sheets , pillowcases dirty everything towels, floors, dust desk no goods for us. 🙁🙁

The room smells nasty, dusty. The towels were all grey and old. We asked to change, but still old.
No tissue, no hair dryer in the room, so we needed to ask.
After flushing the toilet, water spilled on the floor, so we changed the room.
The shower water wasn't hot. Everything was outdated.

When we arrived the owner let us know the hot water broke that morning and offred a refund but we said not a problem we just needed the eoom to get ready for a party and sleep before the long ride home she was very apologetic about the water and said it should be repaired by monday.so because of rhat the hotel was empty and quiet. The beds were firm and no carpets in the room was a plus for me.

The staff are really friendly and nice. The room needed a lot of repairs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!The room was not clean, the fridge had food in it, the sheets were not clean with stains on them, had grease all over the place and then when asked for now sheets and to be cleaned they stated that house keeping wouldn’t be back till the morning, so I ended up having to change hotels because they stated we couldn’t get a new room and we didn’t get a refund!

Dirty, old, wornout, sheets, bed covers had many stains/holes, towels were old, stained and low quality. Stay away, go somewhere else or sleep in your car.

I've been to a lot of different hotels! My husband and I needed a hotel for two nights after a 16hr drive and this was the closest we could find and affordable prices! This was the worse experience!! Staff was weird and when we got to the room all dirty , walls were dirty and bathroom was disgusting!! Roaches and lies!! Couldn't sleep we had to get out of there first thing in the morning, we paid for tonights and no refund!! Conditions at this hotel are disgusting!! So dissapointed and I lost my money
