Pros:

very nice breakfast, Nice customer service.

Cons:

Roof top bar - very disapointing. Staff were not willing to attend - we had to wait 20 min for someone to bring water and drinks. We and other guests were made feel unwelcome 1.5h before closing time. Staff starter to put chairs away, taking rubbish bags away- no was to order anything - we asked twice is closing time was changed - and no-it was not .

Reception staff - ladies - very pleasant only when checking inn - later on there were not that enthusiastic.

Best Check in experience of my life!
Pros:

This is a great hotel, value for money five star. But more importantly I was really floored by the staff here. I had the best front office and check in experience at this hotel (an experience that continues to inspire me) because of Ms Denise and Ms Yeda. I wish both of the them and Marco Polo team the very best.

まあ、OKと言う感じ。

今回の滞在期間の木曜日、金曜日、土曜日、生演奏があった（このようなイベントは、公式サイトで開示があれば、とても助かっていた。実はかなり調べたけど、事前に分からなかった）。イタリアレストランの食事の質が高いと思った（生演奏を聴きながら、イタリアレストランのメニュが楽しめると気付いたのは、最後の晩だった）。

Cons:

部屋備え付けのシャワーが、もっと、暖かければ良かった。シャワーの水圧が、もっと、強ければ良かった。トイレの水量、勢いがあれば、一回で流せた。エレベーターに乗る時に、カードをかざすのでなく、タッチが必要とチェックインのの時に説明して欲しかった。タッチが必要と分かったのは、DAY2だった。さらにいえば、30～40年前の昔の良き時代の、もう一つのプール、地下のディスコホールの閉鎖が残念だし、今回、朝食、スタッフについても昔ほどの感激はなくなった。

Relaxing Staycation

I’ve been to many breakfast buffet and this one did not disappoint. Really delicious food and offers variety of menu. The staffs are all lovely.Thank you!
