Pros:

I liked the bed and pillows

Cons:

I stayed multiple times at Marco Polo and it is getting a bit old now. The food is also not that good anymore. Feels like a change in management happen. I called the reception maybe 3 times and out of the 3 times 2x nobody answered and I had to call again

Staff are friendly and the facilities are good.
Pros:

Good location and size.

Cons:

Not good labelling or understanding of allergens. Lots of sauces with oyster or soy sauce not marked as containing gluten, meaning any gluten free options are very limited

I was really disappointed as I stayed here 15 years ago. So it was sad to see how run down it was. There was only 1 opt

Kind,helpful and accomodating staffs
Pros:

The staffs are very kind and accomodating.
Breakfast was good, restaurant as well but not so much choices for room service.
Over all we enjoyed our stay and we we're satisfied 😊

Cons:

Maybe need to renovate the bathroom abit.
