The staff was not helpful, water was over the floor from AC they charged me before I got there and bathroom was dirty had to clean it with cleaning supplies

We booked a double queen room and it was changed without notice
The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
In the past, the breakfast at this location has been much better. We were disappointed with the breakfast. The pool had a bit too many chemicals in them. I used booking.com and had reserved the room on my normal card to pay upon arrival. I advised the person at the desk I wanted to use a different card to actually pay for the room. Unfortunately, she charged it to the card on file instead of the one I wanted to use. When asked about it, she could not immediately refund and use the correct card.
There was a good size gap at the bottom of the door frame of my room. The muffins were marked. I thought I was getting a oat brand muffin, but it was a banana muffin. I am allergic to bananas. One of the night stands plugs didn't work.
I only eat healthy food so I didn't care for the breakfast but the gentleman cooking the breakfast was doing an excellent job
