The staff were very accommodating to our needs and very friendly.
There was things missing like soap. Lighting was poor. My mom who stayed there was very uncomfortable. We could smell very strong weed smell in hallway when passing other hotel rooms. There was a whole list of things my mom didn't like
Not one thing! Staff was very rude to my child whom I made the reservation for!

Rooms so clean, AC works great. With no smelly dusty odor. Breakfast area lots of choices.

Beautiful lobby area. Convenient location. The young man at reception was great.
The weakest coffee. More like colored water. Had to walk over to McDonald’s to get a decent cup of coffee. Also no drinking water in the lobby or the room. Tap water is not drinkable in West Texas. Had to go to the reception counter to ask the receptionist every time I needed water.

Everything, they told me I’d get my refund for the dirty room and now I’m getting told I am not receiving nothing
Desk attendant from 2nd shift, was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was very helpful.
The pool wasn't available, breakfast wasn't what it said on menu. Juice machine not working. Desk attendant told us we couldn't come in, our family is Hispanic and she assumed we were just loitering. We had a total of 3rms for 2 nights.
Friendly helpful folks at desk
Room had leftover food in closet when I arrived, pillows were awful, cold eggs and meat at breakfast, warm orange juice and one day room wasn’t cleaned at all. I stay here anytime I come to Pampa, but will not be staying again.

Room was dirty. Things from previous tenants weren’t removed. The WiFi didn’t work.
