The front staff would not honor that I reserved the room for my son and I was not present even though I added him as the

Mr. G and Sam are excellent!!!
So kind and helpful.
Rooms so clean, AC works great. With no smelly dusty odor. Breakfast area lots of choices.

Cons:

A few bushes outside could be cut back.

Beautiful lobby area. Convenient location. The young man at reception was great.

Cons:

The weakest coffee. More like colored water. Had to walk over to McDonald’s to get a decent cup of coffee. Also no drinking water in the lobby or the room. Tap water is not drinkable in West Texas. Had to go to the reception counter to ask the receptionist every time I needed water.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Sparse, food not warm enough, some equipment broken, staff very accommodating

Cons:

Building needs repairs. Vending machines empty. Looks forlorn, abandoned. Crack in the floor.

Pros:

Desk attendant from 2nd shift, was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was very helpful.

Cons:

The pool wasn't available, breakfast wasn't what it said on menu. Juice machine not working. Desk attendant told us we couldn't come in, our family is Hispanic and she assumed we were just loitering. We had a total of 3rms for 2 nights.

Friendly helpful folks at desk

Cons:

Room had leftover food in closet when I arrived, pillows were awful, cold eggs and meat at breakfast, warm orange juice and one day room wasn’t cleaned at all. I stay here anytime I come to Pampa, but will not be staying again.

It was nice, comfortable but a little more accommodating for handicapped persons.
Pros:

I liked the room cleanliness, the spaciousness and the lighting.

Cons:

We had handicapped room and we could have had a bar to help in the bathroom and a shower bar to hold onto when getting in and out.

It sucked from beginning to the end. I almost went to hospital.
Pros:

Nothing. I was denied access to the room. At 2:30pm asked to sign in. Was told no after I sat in parking lot for 3 hrs. They watched me through a windows. 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
