Location and staff
Tired looking
The location is good and that is all this place has got going for it
The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever met. I don't know why she's chosen customer service as a career because she's rude, useless and looks like she needs a good wash. The older receptionist was lovely but the younger one was just terrible. She would make Basil Fawlty cringe.
.
The breakfast was lovely, staff where super helpful, check in was simple and easy
The room was a bit small, there was a few cosmetic issues such as a burn mark on the bath and the bathroom lino sticking up under door, rhe main issue though was the door kept trying to blow open with the breeze which woke us up a few times
Location and the lady in reception couldn't do enough to help us so thank you
love the location
bit dated
Convenient, friendly staff and quiet
First room was cold, staff were very helpful and changed my room. It is an old hotel after all but that said , it has a lot of character so worth the odd radiator not working .
That we was on the Front and all shops etc were all around
Room had no window and was boiling
Bins hadn’t been emptied
Location
The noisy bars at night right outside the hotel, the music was really loud and continued until 4am
